We've stayed all over the gulf coast but this was our first time at Navarre Beach. This was by far the best condo we have stayed at. The condo was so well stocked, there was not one item I needed that was not available. Extremely well kept and the pictures matched what we arrived to. The pool was large and never had a problem being too crowded even on the busiest days. It was so nice not having to stand in a line to get checked in with a management company and pay for parking. Never had a problem getting an elevator. We will be back again.

As grandparents who took family to the beach, this was a perfect condo for us. It was clean, roomy, and had an excellent view of the ocean. The location was perfect…right by the swimming pool and walkway to the beach. We loved being on the balcony too. I would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was nice and had everything we could have needed and more. Our first night there the smoke alarm was chirping (low battery). Contacted the host the next morning and maintenance was there to change it promptly! Thanks for the memories!

Good/Bad/Ugly

I'd rate the stay higher if it weren't for the "ugly" described below. The good, the condo is very nice and comfortable. If you have a disabled wheelchair bound person it is set up for them, except the kitchen. Easy access, good beds and furniture arrangement. Gulf water and beach sand are gorgeous. There were some cleanliness and technical issues. Cleanliness was rectified right away, equipment problems were not fixed during our 2 week stay. If you don't mind the bad and ugly it's a worthwhile stay. The bad (and the ugly) are not the owner's fault. Unfortunately we were there during a deluge of sargassum seaweed which made getting into the water, frankly nasty. And it covered the surf and beach making it difficult to walk on the beach and at times smelled really bad. We were told this was unusual, just our luck. The ugly, since this condo is in a 19 floor high rise with 72 units beside a sister complex with 108 units with other high rise condos on either side there were a lot of people. Each building had fee paid umbrellas and chairs on the beach covering the majority of the beachfront. For the small amount of beach remaining, if you didn't get out by 6am and stake a claim of space you were well away from the water. Likewise, if you didn't stake a claim on a table or lounger at the pool by 6am you weren't going to get one until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. In both cases many of the early claimants wouldn't come out until 11 or 12 in the morning. The manager stated that they had a policy against doing this but it wasn't enforces during our stay.

Fantastic views, Fantastic rooms!

Everything we encountered was fabulous! The condo is excellent in every way! More than enough room for everyone! 3rd floor views are spectacular! Everything you need right there! Washer and dryer are a great amenity! Clean clothes to take home instead of a weeks worth of laundry. Found 2 small issues. Pull handle that leads out to patio from master, has been broken for some time. And also pull knob on entertainment center in master is stripped from nut. Those did not hinder our fantastic family stay! Wonderful amenities throughout. Including the puzzles we worked on as a family at the end of each day. Everything a family needs right there! Including coolers to take to the beach. Thank you so much!

Perfect Location!

Loved the location. Right on the beach, loved waking up and walking out to dolphins swimming. Pool access and ease of check in and out. Excellent service by owners. Only complaint was the cleaners could have done a better job. But all in all we would book this place again!

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was great and it was very well-stocked. The owners had thought of everything in the kitchen and also throughout the property - including nightlights in most rooms, board games, extra bedding. The only complaint we had was about the exterior of the building that was being repaired and painted. As a result of this, our entire balcony railing was covered in plastic along with the all the doors leading to the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was not in good shape and had paint flecks all over it. So much for having a good view of the beautiful beach and sitting out on the balcony! In addition, one day while I was the only one of our group in the condo, one of the workers jumped off her high rise platform onto our balcony and then opened our sliding glass door. When she heard me talking on the phone, she closed the door and hopped back on her platform. It made me wonder - why did she want to come inside? That made us all very uncomfortable. After that we kept the balcony doors locked at all times. In spite of that, we did have a good time and would book this unit again.

Enjoyed a fantastic week at the Beach Colony Condos. Condo was in a good location, good floor plan, kitchen was well stocked with necessary appliances, dishes, etc. Excellent umbrella service was available. Our hostess, Michelle always responded to our questions & concerns. Her help was greatly appreciated.

Loved our stay!

Great Property. All communications were answered quickly. Best stocked kitchen I've ever stayed at. Love the area with great views of the beach. Family came to visit while we were her and the kids loved playing in the waves, sand and looking for shells. On third floor so we could use stairs to avoid close contact in the elevator during pandemic. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Spot

Very nice 3rd floor condo in a well kept tower. Located right on the beach about a quarter mile from the island's causeway/bridge. The condo itself is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and living room furniture is quite comfy. The best feature is the balcony - It's wide with lounge chairs and a full-size table & chairs. The view is great. Overlooks the dunes, beach & the Gulf of Mexico (and the pool). We would definitely stay here again.

By far the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental, there were labels letting u know where things are!! We had 2 toddlers under 2, there was plenty of room for them to run around. This is the second time we have stayed at Beach Colony, the complex is clean, quiet and right on the beach!!Already making plans for next year!

Perfect Get-Away

This location was perfect for a get-away to the beach! We loved the layout and decor of the condo - it had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, and Michelle was super-responsive to any questions or needs we had. The beach was a bit more crowded than we were hoping to maintain social distancing, but we had plenty of time and space in the morning and late afternoon. The pool was gorgeous and easily accessible for my mom who has trouble with her knee. We hope to return to this great rental in the future!
