The kitchen also comes with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal during your stay. It also features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops to add a luxurious detail to the rental.

Beach Colony Resort West offers incredible amenities the whole family will enjoy. For the guests who enjoy breaking a sweat while on vacation there is a fitness facility and tennis courts available. Those who simply want to lay on the beach day in and day out have access to Beach Service available for a fee in season. There are also BBQ grills, a community pool, and an elevator.

Property was perfect for our annual girls beach trip. The condo was just as advertised and we settled in quickly. We have stayed at this property numerous times, albeit in various units. The hot water was tepid so we messaged property management. They were quick with a response and sent maintenance to the room within a couple of hours. Issues was resolved and all else went smoothly. Great unit!

Great beach vacation

Condo was really really nice. Everything was as described. Beach service was great. Need was comfortable. It was a home away from home. Highly recommended. We've already booked for next year.

Horrible guest relations

This is through VRBO but is really a rental company called southern vacation rentals that does not care about guests or their safety. We had maintenance men show up 3 times and the one man let himself in while we were outside. Talked to guest relations the first night about it and kept happening. Will not return.

Yearly girls trip, 1st time to Navarre but will be returning. Condo was perfect, assigned covered parking was close, security codes for safety assuring, beach was so clean, water was exceptionally clear/colorful, not your typical crowded-touristy coastal spot.

Wonderful and Relaxing Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first we have been back to the panhandle in about 10 years and were looking for a great place with no worries about details. This condo is lovely and well-maintained and updated. It was nice to see staff on site and that they were available if you needed them. The gym on site was an added benefit. We will definitily come back!

Beautiful and relaxing!

Our condo was beautiful and extremely clean. The pictures are exactly what you see when you arrive. Every question was answered promptly. It is such a beautiful property that we wanted to rent the same condo for the same week next year. The price went up so much, for 2024, that sadly, we will have to look elsewhere.

We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again. Everything was just as pictured and it seemed like the unit has been recently renovated. The view was incredible. Loved that they had a Keurig!!!

Unit was great!

The unit needs dusting (lamps and around nightstands) . The refrigerator was very dirty inside and the trash cans were nasty.I had to go and buy cleaners to clean and freshen them up. The unit is beautiful.

Perfect

One of the cleaniest condos we have ever stayed in! All furniture including patio furniture was great! Access to the condo was seamless and super easy! Our only complaint is the U-Verse boxes need to be replaced with newer digital boxes. The LR box went on the blink while we were there. Very small issue but just a recommendation. We will definitely stay at #5B again!
