We are disappointed to hear that we did not provide you with the comfortable and enjoyable stay you were expecting, Susan. It’s always our intention to prepare our amenities for guest use ahead of their arrival, and we apologize that the fireplace and grill were not properly prepared for you. We appreciate that you let us deliver a full propane tank for you to grill with during your stay. Our team has since restored the function of the fireplace by clearing the gas line of air that had built up during the warm season when the fireplace wasn’t being used. Thank you for letting us know about the areas that weren’t cleaned to your expectations so we can emphasize these items as we prepare for stays moving forward. We’ll be sure to tidy the front door area, to address the shower knob, and to replace any light bulbs that need it. Thank you for your detailed feedback that will allow us to improve our services moving forward. We hope with these improvements you’ll consider choosing us as your host again in the future.

We appreciate you pointing them out, and we’re actively addressing each concern to prevent this from happening again. The steep driveway is indeed a challenge for larger vehicles like boats, and we are working on better communicating that upfront in the listing. We're also already coordinating with our maintenance and pest control teams to resolve the faucet, shower, and odor issues, and we’ve scheduled a landscaping visit to manage the overgrowth on the property. While we’re glad to hear you found the beds comfortable and the AC working well, we understand that these do not make up for the other frustrations, and we sincerely apologize.
