Great time in Boynton Beach

Location was convenient for our group of 7 people. Having the onsite heated pool was amazing for lounging in the afternoons. Plenty of space for everyone in the house. Replies from host during our stay were prompt. Would recommend this location to others!

Vacation spring vacation

House was very clean and plenty of open space even though there were only 3 adults, it was exactly what we needed for our week vacation. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was excellent would highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This entire property was beautiful, in a quiet friendly neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping and dining in Boynton Beach/Delray. The house is extremely spacious and sound-proof, beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The pool, hot tub and outdoor living area was perfect for our family’s needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning someday.

Traveling to Boynton Beach for a family wedding. Traveling with adult children and granddaughter. Was a very spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and space to gather. The patio and pool area were PERFECT!! Would definitely choose to come back next time we return to Florida!

Three times and counting

We just completed our third stay at this property and couldn't be happier. It is the perfect place for our family of 7, six adults and 1 child. The house is spacious and well decorated with several sitting areas for us to spread out as needed. The pool is a main attraction. There are plenty of floatables stored on the property that just add to the fun. The kitchen is well stacked with whatever is needed for preparing meals and stacks.

Family Vacation

We rented this house so that the whole family could stay under one roof. The children had a great time with plenty of space to run free. There were plenty of beds and couches for everyone, even several who we weren't even planning on. The pool was terrific and heating it made all the difference during April. Family reunion 2023

We chose the right place to spend a week for 6 adults and one child. The house has several spacious rooms for gathering, a large and comfortable deck, and a heated pool and spa. The kitchen is a great size for several people coming and going, and everything you need for cooking and baking. The grill on the deck is high end, and we made good use of it. The location is great, an easy drive to beaches and shops.

Homeaway from Home

This was our second stay here and we're already planning for next year. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for six adults and one child. The furnishing are all new, and the beds have all been replaced and are very comfortable. Let's not forget the heated pool and spa, which we used several times per day. Any needs are quickly addressed by Richard. We will be back.

Warm weather get away

Our stay in Boynton Beach was absolutely wonderful. It was our first time staying this area. The location was very convenient to the beach, 4 miles to Atlantic Ave in Delray. Shopping was minutes away. We enjoyed the house by ourselves for part of our stay and were joined by 2 of our adult children’s and their families. The house worked beautifully when full. We enjoyed eating outside under the covered porch and swimming in the heated pool. We will definitely be going back!

Great Property and location

My family and I were very pleased with our host and the property. We loved the layout of the house. The rooms are on one side, and the kitchen and family room are on the other. Traveling with two college students, it was great for us to go to bed and not be disturbed by the TV or card playing. The location was very convenient to the coast and other natural parks. The pool, hot tub, and deck were perfect for our needs, and we would highly recommend them to those looking for a perfect family getaway. Richard, the host, was very prompt in responding to and accommodating requests.

Boynton Beach Holiday

We had a wonderful experience. The pool and spa were nicely maintained and easy to heat/cool. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8,with plenty of space to meet everyone's needs (quiet space for working, and a number of common areas for hanging out together). The house was well equipped with all the essentials, and the pantry was well stocked with spices, etc. Richard was very responsive, quickly answering any questions we had during our stay. He kindly mailed an item left behind. We really enjoyed exploring the local beaches, restaurants and nature centres recommended by Richard. the location was excellent.

You will be amazed at the size. Great value

This was a little overkill for just two pilots but it was a great stay. This property could readily handle 3 couples with probably even a couple of children. It is large and spacious with good separation for privacy. It is very clean and effectively furnished and equipped for easy living. Pool is in the backyard overlooked by a large deck. A side yard allows for normal additional outdoor activities. You could easily park 3 cars and all would have there own freedom of egress . Close to great shopping and the Atlantic Ocean beaches are close also. Great fishing on part of the Ida Lake complex of canals just down the street from the home. I caught several Peacock Bass and some Lsrgemouth also. I would gladley recommend this property.

Beautiful home, excellent amenities!!

We planned a family vacation in Florida for seven (3 couples/one adult) and this home and layout was perfect. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, the main living areas are large and the kitchen was also quite large. We gathered often in that open large space. The backyard and property is beautiful, private and well maintained, we loved the pool and the spa, both were used and enjoyed often. We did have some repairs (leak/AC) we had to logistically work through, as a homeowner I know that stuff happens. Richard responded quickly and effectively, and the maintenance guys were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. If we plan another visit to South Florida, we would gladly stay in this home again, it is a beautiful home, well-kept, and with excellent amenities. Thank you Richard!

We love this home because of its sunny style and great yard, deck and pool. Unlike many propertues, this property has plenty of room for guest to spread out. There is room for a convesation in the kitchen, another in the dining room, another on the patio, in the library and by the pool. a great place for a family to vacation together without being on top of each other.
