Nuestra casa es una casa de playa renovada, espaciosa y de lujo con todas las comodidades, incluida una piscina climatizada de agua salada. Ubicado en Palm Trail, la calle más buscada en Delray, está frente al Intracoastal, a tres cuadras de Atlantic Avenue y a un corto paseo de la playa.

Hay una cocina gourmet con placa Wolfe, horno doble y encimeras de mármol. La casa es perfecta para adultos y familias por igual.
El área exterior está completamente cercada y cuenta con un área de entretenimiento con una hermosa piscina climatizada de agua salada y una valla de seguridad para niños opcional. Lo más especial es la cocina exterior cubierta y el comedor con nevera, fregadero y barbacoa incorporada. Además, hay zonas de césped con sombra donde puede relajarse o los niños pueden correr.

La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que un cocinero pueda necesitar. Además de la vajilla de porcelana, hay hermosos platos y vasos de plástico para usar afuera o para niños. La mesa del comedor se abre a 90 pulgadas, para acomodar una reunión familiar.

Great old Florida charm in this updated Ket West style bungalow. Heated pool was a bonus and we walked to downtown almost every night for dinner. Everything worked in the house and it was easy to control the AC and pool heater. Would love to rent again next spring!

Great place

My children and grandchildren loved the house and pool and location. The very only, teenie thing, is that their boys love watching sports, and you don’t get ESPN.

Wonderful week in the heated pool!

This house is superb! Everyone has their own space to hang out and there are tons of bathrooms. Lovely outdoor kitchen and my boys swam in the heated pool nonstop.

Plenty of room to spread out

This house has a great kitchen, a lovely back yard with pool and grill, a cozy living room, a nice sized dining room, and a good TV room. Lots of space to gather or play a long game of Monopoly. My daughter and her family love staying here. They hope to stay here every time they come to visit.

Perfect For Our Family

The home worked well for our family as our son visited for a week with his three children and our daughter for a week with two. Owners Peter and Doris were very accommodating and Thomas, the property manager, responded quickly when needed. Overall, we had a great month in Delray!

HOUSE WOULD BE A PERFECT VACATION IF IT DID NOT HAVE THE MOLDY SMELL WHICH STILL LINGERED AFTER WE RETURNED HOME ON ANYTHING WE HAD WITH US.

A November 2018 update... there are no odors in the home. Nevertheless, we conducted an annual mold inspection in early November 2018. The results indicate NO MOLD in our home. We are very sorry to hear abut this issue. We have rented the house many times this year and this is the first time we have heard this. We will address this situation immediately as we take pride in the maintenance and cleanliness of our home. We are happy that the rest of the vacation was perfect. Best wishes for 2018 Doris

Thanksgiving week

We have stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed our stays. In this particular week we ran into some issues contacting the property manager, we couldn’t access the property until a few hours after we arrived, and again when the a/c broke and we tried to reach Thomas and didn’t hear back for many hrs. We will try again though b/c we love this property and location!

Perfect Location

We had a lovely stay in this adorable beach cottage perfect location across from intracoastal and close to town and the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated. Only thing is they can use some new lounge chairs by the pool, and a bigger queen/king size bed in master bedroom. Overall adorable house would rent again!

Lovely house

Very comfortable and cozy house. Good to come with your family, enjoy the pool and BBQ area. The kitchen is perfectly supplied as well as all rooms and house áreas. The house has all necesary amenities, incluidng pone, WIFI, direct TV, etc. The instructions on how to handle the house are perfectly written and esy to understand. It is greatly located near Atlantic Av. in Delray Beach, which helps to go to different activities in town using the dontowner. The house has its services perfectly scheduled, such as pool and gardening service. Doris and Peter responded to a TV issue we had, in a few hours, and replaced the TV in less tan 48 hours. We loved our stay and highly recommend anyone to rent it.
