The Sea House, (our favorite), Dollies Pub and Cafe, and The Gazebo are all within a very short drive away. The condo worked out very well for our group of 3 women. It was very clean upon our arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Having window ac in the bedrooms was a blessing. We all slept very comfortable at night. Laundry rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Very clean and well maintained. 3rd floor has several washer and dryers. Quarters or credit card can be used, $1.75 for each. Worked for us.Lonnie is excellent to work with. This is our 2nd time renting through her management properties and I will rent from her again.Mahalo for a great stay Lonnie

The condo was everything that was advertised. The only thing that I would recommend for improvement would be some type of AC for the kitchen/living room area. That room would get warm in the afternoons, but there was the patio feet away from the ocean, so...

Great place to stay

Very clean.lots of room. Great ocean view. Even there is no beach, we saw a lot of turtles. Kitchen is well stocked. 2 BBQs by the pool. Easy check in. Would definitely stay here again. Now here are a few things that I could suggest. There really need to be an AC unit in the main room. The AC unit in the small bedroom needs to be replaced because it puts out very little cool air. The AC machine in master is good.

Great Ocean View; Turtle Highway

Fantastic view and location! We enjoyed the easy access to the ocean and snorkeling with turtles just steps (literally) from our lanai. Private island escape perfect for the three of us (me, my husband, and our adult son). Great location just north of the hustle and bustle of Kaanapli and only a short drive to Lahaina, and not too far from Honolua Bay and Kapalua for world-class snorkeling and golf. We would stay here again.

Awesome April Adventure

This place is fantastic and is just as shown in the listing. Sitting outside with the view gave so much entertainment - watching sea turtles, whales, crabs, fish, sunsets, clouds, rainbows, boats, surfers, and waves, waves, waves! Location was prime with a few things walking distance and beaches for walking/swimming/snorkeling and hiking both to the north and south just a few miles. Generally quiet and very private. Nice pool for cooling off. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host provided lots of ideas of places/things to do in the area.

Great condo with great view

My son had just earned his Ph.D. in engineering. We decided to take him to Maui for a week of fun in the sun. This condo was perfect for a fun and relaxing week in Maui. Kitchen is very nice and we used it a lot. Nice views of the Pacific Ocean right outside the patio.

A Maui Gem

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks, the best part is waking up and having a view of the ocean every day. Sea turtles hung out with in view, and a ocean breeze daily. Easy access to food, shopping and sites. Can’t wait to return.

Stay here for the view and location

Great location right on the ocean. Amazing views and great outdoor space. Faces west so it gets toasty in the afternoons. Embrace the heat and the outdoor life. The pool is calm and relaxing, right outside the door. Good quality grills available also!

Absolutely incredible location. Condo is definitely old style Hawaiian. Pool and grill a real bonus. Housekeeping could of been better but overall a fabulous location.

The location was great - close to town and other attractions. loved the nitro brew at the farmer's market and our kids love drinking fresh coconut water from the coconut from there as well. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and a few of your basic spices. Appreciated having a dishwasher, oven, full fridge, microwave, toaster and blender. Pool/grill/shuffleboard area was nice, but the lanai was by far our favorite place relax and watch the ocean. When the tide was low, we could walk down below the sea wall to snorkel and swim. As the tide came in, you could see all of the sea turtles feeding on the reefs! We had a perfect view of the west...Sunset was stunning every night! Overall, I recommend this condo to anyone from couples to families.

Great Condo as Advertised

We stayed here December 27, 2021 - January 3, 2022. Upon arrival, everything was clean and in place. The views were amazing on our private grass area, waves crashing and sea turtles. The living room decor is dated and worn, however you spend all your time outside on the sizeable patio! The second bedroom air conditioner is noisy, so unfortunately we could not use it during the night. The afternoon of New Year's Eve we tried our television and it was not working. Within two hours we had a new one up and running and appreciated the timely service. Overall, this was a very good stay!

The description is accurate...10 feet front the patio doors you see spray from breaking waves. Stair access directly off the grassy area visible in photographs takes you to the ocean for snorkeling and amazing turtle watching.

Hale Ono Loa 119 stole my heart

This place was magical. We had our two kids with us and having the larger master bedroom along with a second was a game changer. The location of this condo was PERFECT especially if you love the west side. Parking was easy, pool was gorgeous, rooftop deck was amazing, the green landscape created a private oasis. Property manager was awesome too, thanks Lonnie!

Best Rental EVER!!! Hale Ono Loa # 119

Fantastic Amenities! This is a very special unit! Hale Ono Loa has traditional 4 story condos, and 4 beachfont cottages. #119 is one of those 4. A few steps lead down to the water, and a small sandy beach. Sea turtles nibble on algae on the rocks right in front of this unit. You have a private covered lanai with shades and outdoor furniture. Perfect for viewing the spectacular sunsets! Boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, & beach towels are waiting on the lanai. Fully furnished HOME AWAY FROM HOME with fully stocked kitchen and 2 air conditioners add to the comfort. Stayed 12 days. 10 STARS! Thanks, Lonnie! Kathy Childs & Family
