Está ubicado en la calle (peatonal) empedrada del centro (justo a lado del Restaurante Zapata por lo que habrá ruido), a unos pasos de nuestra Misión, a solo 3 cuadras de la playa. Le encantará cocinar en su cocina o trabajar con su computadora portátil en la sala de estar mientras mira por la ventana las históricas calles empedradas.
Admira la divertida mezcla de decoración entre toques mexicanos rosados resaltados con hermosos detalles de cobre y rústicos mexicanos.
Es perfecto para parejas, viajeros individuales o grupos de 3.

La propiedad Loreto80 solía ser una antigua casa colonial, que ha sido restaurada y adaptada en pequeñas unidades, pero sin perder la esencia de la arquitectura histórica del centro. Cada uno de los 6 estudios se encuentra en la misma área con un patio compartido para tomar el sol o desayunar.
Mi madre y yo somos apasionados por el diseño y consideramos cada detalle para hacer de su estadía un sueño. Con el primer estilo mexicano contemporáneo en Loreto, Loreto80 Studios se presenta como una propiedad temática, de acuerdo con la flora de Baja. Creamos interiores cálidos y acogedores con características locales o que han sido recicladas y restauradas, incluido el arte.
El estudio Rosa del Desierto, tiene una cama queen y un sofá cama individual con una pequeña cocina para cocinar deliciosas comidas y comerlas en la mesa del comedor. El baño tiene la ducha y el inodoro juntos. Cuando sea necesario para respirar aire fresco, puede sentarse afuera en el porche. Una vez que ingrese al estudio, podrá llamarlo hogar.
A menos de 5 minutos de la plaza, supermercados, cafeterías, paseo marítimo, restaurantes, lo que sea. Tiendas de artesanos que cruzan la calle y 7 minutos a pie de playa. ¡Tenemos la mejor ubicación!

NOTA: La unidad está localizado a lado de Zapata Restaurante por lo que puede haber ruido. Localizado sobre calle peatonal (no hay acceso en auto)
NOTE: Located next to Zapata Restaurant. Live Music is played in Zapata Restaurant from Thursday to Saturday. If you are sensitive to noice such as street noice, birds, dogs, music, etc. this location might not be the best fit. It is located in a pedestrian street (no vehicle access).

Excellent location, but expect live music from the restaurant next door. Easy check-in, check-out. Short walk to the Mission and beach. Food options galore in the area. Highly recommend as a place to stay in Loreto.

Surprising Gem

Conveniently located to everything, 1/2 block from grocery store, restaurants, Mission, Plaza, taxi’s, Dive shops and Marina. All within 15-20 min walk. Everyone is friendly and saw many solo walkers enjoying themselves, taking in sights, basking in a safe environment .

If your schedule matches the bar, the noise is okay. But we were fishing and lost sleep even with earplugs.

Great location

Yes, the bar does play music, and for some that can be annoying. We chose to go with it and had drinks on the patio while enjoying the atmosphere. Will come back.

Great location

Very nice comfortable apartment in a perfect location, in the pedestrian area of Loreto. The mission, shops and restaurants are right out the door and the beach is a few more minutes walk. It is right next to a bar/restaurant and you can hear their music playing most of the day and into the night fairly late, so if you are sensitive to noise you probably want a different location.

Great location

We stayed for almost 3 weeks. It is walkable to everywhere. Grocery store Laundry and the Malecon. You are right next door to the bar as described in the listing. The bands they have playing are generally pretty good and you can enjoy them from your room or step out and join the party. The bar is usually quiet by midnight so it didnt really bother us. The owners were very responsive answering our call or text very promptly.. We would stay here again. Thank-you for your hospitality!

The propriety is amazing but my room was behind the restaurant and the have music from 10 am till 11.30 pm No stop! I love the apartment it was full of all amenities Very good test but my room had humidity on the wall of the bed and the mud was coming out. I had a strong allergy! My room was the chippest one Rosa dei venti and the lady told me if I want change room I have to pay 20 dollars a day more. Even with this little inconvenience I truly recommend this Loreto 80

Very Nice, but noisy

It was our first stay at this location and it was very comfortable, beautifully appointed and a great location in the center of town. I was also very pleased with the communication with the property manager prior to our stay... very clear and very detailed. That said, I have to echo the prior reviewers comment... i.e. regarding the noise coming from the bar adjacent to the property. The music starts by mid morning and doesn't stop until 11:00 pm. The volume seemed to drop after I inquired of the property manager, but it remained a constant. Additionally, two nights during the week there is a live band playing in the evening. If you can deal with the noise (and for some it is not an issue) then go for it. Given the overall quality, comfort, great location, and low cost, (this unit is offered at a slight discount to other units in the complex due to the noise) then go for it. Otherwise you might want to consider one of the other Loreto80 units away from the bar.

Charming rental now less so

It was our third, and most likely last stay at this property. The recently opened bar adjacent to the property is a non-stop source of noise. The music plays whenever the bar is open, and the volume of the music gets louder as there are more customers. Then the customers have to speak over the ever increasing background noise. This all comes to a frightful conclusion on Thursday - Saturday nights when Ta Da - the Band joins the fun! The decibil rate skyrockets until closing. It is really too bad, because the apartment is sweet and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for enjoying the vibe of Loreto, the Pueblo Magico. We will sadly need to find an alternate place to stay when we are in the area. In fairness to the owner, there is a caution about the possibility of noise disturbances from the street and the bar in the VRBO web site. So before fore warned - there will be noise to deal with

Paulette Alejandra was fantastic of providing me storage location for my luggage while the room was getting cleaned. Her kindness and communication was phenomenal. Great stay for my short trip. Very close to the Marina. The house cleaner was beyond awesome!

Clean apartment, great location and helpful hosts.

The property was very cute and in a great location. I was able to easily walk to the water, restaurants, grocery stores and more. Everything is very close. The space was very clean and well decorated. I was very at home during my one week stay. I enjoyed my stay so much I was hoping to extend my stay but could not rearrange my flights. If you are looking for a quiet get away this is not your place. It is located next to a popular bar/restaurant that gets pretty busy some days. I personally enjoyed the energy but if you desire peace and quiet early in the evening this is not the best choice for you. I did find it hard to determine where the apartment was at first. If you get to the bar/restaurant and are facing it and see the swings to the left it is the orange building to the right of the restaurant. The entry is an arched doorway with the name of the apartment to the right of the doorway up a little higher. Hosts were very helpful and good communicators. I plan to visit Loreto again and would absolutely stay in the same spot.

Perfect

Very clean, with modern updates. This is the best place to stay in town. Everything is within walking distance., grocery store 2 min. Many restaurant and bars within 10 min. Sea of Cortez 10 min. We will stay here again.

Great place in Loreto

Stayed here for only one day before taking a panga trip to Isla Coronado, everything was perfect with everything we needed just steps away from the Mission in downtown Loreto.

I was born in California but my parents decided to move to Loreto when I was a teenager, ever since then Loreto has been my second home no matter what part of the world I am living in. We are nature lovers that enjoy outdoor activities and reading a good book at the beach. My mother being perminent in Loreto, is in charge of hosting our cozy, creative and conforting studios.

It was bought 20 years ago when the town had only 9,000people and we would sleep outside at the patios in summer. We were happy and free kids running on the dirt streets with an ice cream dripping.
