Sugar Beach Bungalow es una casa recientemente renovada de tres habitaciones en el vecindario de la playa de Bid-a-wee. La casa está ubicada en la parte central de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá, cerca de muchos restaurantes y actividades.

Ubicada al otro lado de la calle de las hermosas aguas azul-verdes del golfo de México, la casa cuenta con un porche cubierto de gran tamaño con una gran área de asientos para que pueda sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas. La playa frente a la casa es propiedad de Bid-a-wee Beach y cuenta con acceso privado y privado para que la playa no esté saturada por el público o los rascacielos de la zona.

Las tres habitaciones de la casa están bellamente decoradas con una decoración elegante de playa, con colores brillantes y muebles recuperados para brindar a cada habitación un ambiente c��modo y hogare��o. Dos de las habitaciones cuentan con camas king, mientras que el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama completa.

La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de m��rmol y hermosos gabinetes nuevos. La casa también cuenta con una sala de lavandería de gran tamaño que es perfecta para almacenar todo su equipo de playa; También hay una ducha al aire libre para enjuagar después de la playa!

Great location! Clean cute and wonderful location for the beach. It would be nicer if the furniture was a little more comfortable and the space for the toilets are tiny. Our family enjoyed our stay and costumer service was excellent!

Overall it is a cute little house right on Front Beach road. Can walk to many restaurants, putt putt, race track and of course the beach. The house is older but very well kept up. The hot water in the outside shower works for washing sand off. There are some weeds growing around the house but to us that wasn't a big deal. Mgmt company was a bit difficult to deal with but ended up the house and our stay was lovely.

Nice location

Beach was right across the street and the gated acess was nice, that made the beach not too crowded. We could see the ocean from the screened porch. Needed kitchen towels and dish clothes, there were plenty of towels and it was nice to have a washer and dryer.

Trust me, Do Not book this run down home!!

After seeing a bad review, I reached out to msg them before booking it to see if problems has been resolved. I was told Yes, so I booked for the location!! Upon driving in, the home looked bad, abandoned! Nothing like advertised. The weeds across the front of the porch and All around the house & property were over 2 ft tall. The screened porch was disgusting, not once did we spend time on that filthy couch. Upon going inside, not 1 of the 4 TVs would turn on, so I reached out to landlord, said we would Not be unpacking until I got some answers. We left to go get take out food and while gone, a service guy was given the code to enter the home. Wow! He said TVs were all unplugged behind the heavy dressers. Why?? He had to give us lightbulbs to put in empty lamps and batteries to run TVs. The company running this rental barely cared that this was All a mess to us. I was offered Nothing, so if we left, I doubted I would ever get any refund! We stayed and were sick to see how run down, dirty, smelly, and bizarre this home was. The furniture was stained, there was NO dish rag to wash any dishes, barely any silverware in the drawer, & both tiny bathrooms were miserable to use. The showers had No curtains, so water ran all over the floors. Good luck fitting on the toilet if you are taller than 5'4". The back door was stuck closed. The bedroom windows wouldn't lock up!! I sent messages daily, got zero cares and no discount from landlord or help from vrbo. Never again vrbo! Awful. 😠

Bike week

No one ever cleaned the house from the last person.we had to buy toilet paper,trash bags,sweep and mop had to wash the bedding in all the rooms was just left in the floor beside the bed!

Needs minor upgrades and would be a great place to stay

None of the exterior doors are able to be locked. All of the air vents in the ceiling are covered in black mold. The outdoor shower is inoperable so when you come back from the beach you can not wash off the sand. The master shower cold water side is very hard to turn off where it will stay off. The only access to the master bedroom is through the 2nd bed room

Gulf Coast Jam stay

Location, location, location!! Yes, the house is 1940 with no real updates and a weird floor plan on the bedooms, ( you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the master bedroom). Inside the house was clean enough, except one bathroom sink would backfill due to gunk in pipe). Needs to be supplied a bit better with kitchen towels (only had 1)and a clean sponge to wash dishes,(we replaced the gross one that was there) there's no dishwasher and there were no handtowels or washcloths for bathrooms, 6 bath towels for 6 adults, (we threw them in the wash each night). NO outside water, INCLUDING the outdoor shower. The porch furniture definitely needs an update and could stand a ceiling fan.That being said, the house had great beds, plenty of room, tvs, cool air and plenty of parking. Hands down a great location. We will definitely revisit this house for a future family visit this summer.

Sugar Beach Bungalow Vacation

The property was clean inside. There was no running water outside to wash sand off before entering the house. There was no broom or dust pan inside house to sweep up sand. We did find a vacuum cleaner with bare floor setting. The gas grill in listing was completely unusable. Rusted. no gas tank attached. I purchased a small charcoal grill and left it at the property for the next renters to use.

Nice for Price

We didn’t expect much due to the low booking rates. It met our needs as we only really needed place to sleep during Bike rally. It is a bit more dated than pictures relay especially on the outside. However that didn’t affect our stay at all. It is directly across street from beach which is nice. If your looking for luxury this isn’t it, but if looking for a budget friendly vacay this is your place.

Disappointed

The property was in a great location but extremely disappointing when we pulled up we thought the house was abandoned trash all over yard screen porch busted everywhere. The pictures online need to be updated because they do not give a true reflection of the house now. We are avid Panama City Beach visitors twice a year for Thunder Beach this location Was perfect and would love to rent again if management upgraded or maintain the property for the price that you pay. Yes the bathrooms were small and that’s OK but the general appearance of the house and Cleanliness of the house was very disappointing. I would love to talk to management about what was seen there Susan

Enjoyable!!

Easy to arrange to stay and easy to find. Near a very nice beach just across the street. It’s an older house but it’s evident that upgrades are on-going. Great not to have to deal with elevators. We had a really great vacation with the kids and grandkids!

A disappointing beach rental

We came for a friend’s son’s beach wedding. We found the aged house clean but in poor condition with several inoperable windows and broken window shades, torn porch screens, lights with no or burned out bulbs, a door handle about to fall off, furniture that was broken down and in poor shape, including a swivel chair with an arm ready to fall off with the next person applying pressure assisting themselves up. The kitchen lacked a dishwasher, but had relatively new appliances. Problem was that the microwave was installed so close to the refrigerator that the microwave door can only open 7-8”. The only butcher knife was so dull it would not even cut open the plastic on a bag of ice, much less slice a lime. There was only one kitchen table knife and one teaspoon in the silverware drawer. The only positive was the proximity to the beach, being right across Front Beach Road from the private access gated beach. However this resulted in a nearly constant drone of traffic along the busy road in front of the house. We requested consideration on our rental for renting a house in such condition but did not get a response to that from the owner or LSI rentals. As a VRBO premier host myself I would be embarrassed to rent a unit in the condition we found this one.

Nice stay

I contacted the property manager to see if there were any beach accessories. We were told there wasn't any, however, we located beach chairs and floats. They also have a regular coffee machine. The second bathroom had black mold issues. We found cigarette burns in the furniture. I would suggest bringing pillows as the ones provided at super thin. Be prepared for lots of beach traffic driving in front of the house. It was entertaining. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed the location and convenience of the property. Not having to fight for parking or elevators was awesome. We also really enjoyed that the beach was not over crowded due to being private beach access! The negatives of the property were the bathrooms being so small and the porch being so hot! The bathrooms were so small, we had to sit sideways on the toilet. But the porch was by far more of an issue-A couple of fans on the porch would really make a difference! Overall, we had a great stay and would consider this property for future vacations!

Loved the property

Loved the house overall… there was no broom, so it stayed very sandy and they didn’t leave wash clothes 😬 the back door has to be shut hard for it to actually shut and the master bedroom door doesn’t latch shut, and the outdoor water stickers do not turn on. We loved it at the house though. Strait across from beach access and pretty nice little house! Plenty of parking. Will probably stay here again.

Great location…. Not great condition

We stayed here for a week. Upon arrival the yard was littered with trash and there were literal pieces falling off the house as well as front screens out. Inside the house was clean. There were no cleaning supplies (not even a broom or sponge). Two of the doors didn’t lock or close (one being an exterior door). With all that being said- the location is great!

Great location

This place was a gem. The location was amazing. You could see the water from the front porch. The beach access is just across the street. The beach is less crowded. On some days there were only 1 or 2 other groups of people. Communication with the property manager was great. My only suggestion would maybe have a broom and dust pan. It is all tile and laminate flooring and all there was to clean up sand and crumbs was a vacuum. But all in all a really nice place to stay.

Nice Cottage with Views of the Gulf

My Aunt and I stayed here for a long weekend. House was very affordable, clean and comfortable. Home was just as describe, does have some updates, the 2 bathrooms are small but are functional one is a Jack and Jill Bathroom between bedrooms, the other bath is a master bath, you do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. But all 3 Bedrooms Have Doors for Privacy. It had nice views from the screened in porch of the beach and gulf. We spent most of our time at the home outside enjoying the views. Home does have plenty of room for parking. Private Beach Access to Bid a Wee was right across the street. There is a gate code to get into the beach. The neighborhood association changes this weekly so if your code does not work on your paperwork you will have to call in to get the new code :) We have stayed in the Bid a Wee Neighborhood numerous times. It is a very safe and quiet area; you will of course hear and see traffic on Beach Front Road. We will for sure come back to this home :)

It has a very beautiful view of the beach.

Floors needed to be mopped really good. And there was no trash bags for the kitchen trash can.. But we enjoyed our time there. And we would do it again.

Great 3 bedroom

We loved the Bid-a-wee location. Easy access to Back beach road and dining. House was a rare find with 3 bedrooms and full beds (no bunk beds). Loved it!

Family Vacation

My family & I rented this house out for a family vacation - the only thing this place has going for it is it's fantastic location/private beach access. Upon arrival, the house was extremely dirty & not well maintained. Hair in the showers, couches were dirty (one chair was broken), a kitchen chair had a hole in it like someone fell through it, cabinet door fell off the hinges in the kitchen when we opened it, sheets looked like they hadn't been washed (stains/hair), appliances were dirty. It was extremely disappointing after paying a high cleaning fee. We had to clean up the house before we could even relax/cook/ or use the bathroom. Everything needs updated & outside needs picked up as well by the shower. Do not recommend.
