NO HAY DAÑO DE HURACÁN. ESTAMOS ABIERTOS.
Casa adosada independiente muy grande y espaciosa, 1250 pies cuadrados 2 pisos, recientemente renovada, moderna, 2 piscinas en la propiedad, playa cruzando la calle, perfecta para familias con todas las comodidades del hogar, mucho espacio, valor excepcional en comparación con condominio o Alquiler de moteles, cerca de tiendas y diversiones. En el popular West End de Panama City Beach. Cerca de Pier Park, con todas las tiendas que puede manejar, restaurantes y muelle de pesca. De no fumadores.

Acceso a la playa dedicado. Toda la playa de arena blanca que puedes manejar.

¡El único problema que tendrás en nuestra casa es SALIR!

(Se aplica una restricción estricta de edad: 25 años o más. Alquilamos a parejas y familias.)

Nota: en los meses pico de junio y julio solo hacemos alquileres semanales, de sábado a sábado. El resto del año hacemos un mínimo de 4 noches.

Great stay near a family friendly part of the beach

Lyle is quick to answer questions. We really enjoyed our stay and there were many thoughtful details to make the condo feel homey. We hope to be back next year.

Very Comfortable Beach home

We loved our stay here in PCB! The house was clean and I recommend the owner and establishment. The house was conveniently located 5 Minutes away from the beach. We also enjoyed the pools. We will come again.

Great location. Close to the beach, pools were nice. Close to shopping.

Overall the property was nice. A couple things could be updated. The shower head in the main bedroom should be replaced, the grill also needs some upkeep. We enjoyed our stay there and the property met our expectations. Would stay here again.

Highly Recommend

My wife and I had a great time. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you might need. Located near everything. We especially enjoyed being close to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. The owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again.

Panama city beach

We really enjoyed the property. It was clean, just as described and had everything we needed . Wi was just across the street from the beach . The kids enjoyed the pool . Our host was very easy to communicate with and was very prompt responding to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property .

Great location and great for family!

My family and I had an amazing time! The property is right across the street from the ocean and it was just a short walk to the ocean. The swimming pool in the evening was amazing! The property had everything my family and I were looking for in this vacation and it was close to everything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The property was really clean and well maintained. The bed in the master was really comfortable. The pools rarely hd anyone in them. The only downfall was carrying our stuff to the beach.

Thank you so much for your rental and review. We do buy premium mattresses and furniture for our guests. Also, The next time you rent from us I will make it easier for you and all our renters to get their beach gear to the beach. I am going to buy a beach cart that will be able to take all your chairs and beach accessories. Even though its a short walk, wheeling your beach gear instead of carrying them will make a big difference. I am always working on making our guests have a happy beach experience.

Great Area

Nice Townhouse, very close to beach. Pier Park is not far down the road, absolute must. Has all the shopping, restaurants and movie theater you could ask for. Beach is pristine and the water is this incredible color, like being in the Caribean. Weather was cooler than we expected, but we were told it was an unusualy cold January. Look forward to visiting this area again sometime.

Beautiful townhouse by the beach

This lovely townhouse has the perfect location, and the neighborhood is beautiful. You can see the sunrise from the front balcony and the sunset from the back balcony – or take a short walk and watch them on the beach! The host was responsive to our needs, including changing our reservation and being available throughout the check-in process and our entire stay. Thank you very much. We highly recommend this Vrbo and hope to stay here again next time!

Cute and simple- perfect for two

We enjoyed our stay- great location on the west end of PCB. Away from the spring break craziness but not empty and dull. Quiet, well kept complex, two small pools but plenty of room. The condo is clean and minimal but very comfortable. Neighbors were lovely. Despite a lot of construction on the streets, we were able to walk to close by places including the grocery store. Priced very very fair.

Everything was great, the only reason i gave the cleanliness only 3 stars is because the shower heads were very nasty looking. Went and bought a new shower head to replace.

Great place to stay! Close to everything!

We stayed here for 4 nights early in the summer. It is far enough away from the terrible traffic that can plague Panama City, but close enough to everything to be anywhere you want in 10 or so minutes. We arrived to a very clean condo that could very easily sleep 6-8 people. We later found out that the TV in the living room did not work, but the owner (who we had the pleasure of meeting) arrived the next day with a brand new TV and set it up for us. Could not have asked for a better experience or an easier owner to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great owner. Great location. Great townhouse.

Great townhouse. Great location across the street from the beach. Near Pier Park shops and restaurants. The owner Lyle was great to work with. The main tv went out and he replaced it right away. The master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable and the following week All beds were replaced. Everything worked great and was comfortable. We stayed 6 weeks.
