¡La vista desde el piso 15 y 16 de este Penthouse es impresionante! Es un verdadero paraíso aquí. Imagínese relajándose en una terraza privada en la parte superior con una vista de 180 grados del océano. O, tal vez, admirando una espectacular puesta de sol en el jacuzzi privado en la terraza de arriba. Las palabras simplemente no pueden describir la belleza natural del pequeño pedazo de cielo conocido como la Riviera mexicana. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones sin preocupaciones.

El ático ofrece 4200 pies cuadrados entre pisos 15 y 16. Entras en una gran sala de estar y comedor con deslizadores de vidrio de piso a techo que se abren desde cualquier lado, lo que te permite llevar el exterior. Hay dos dormitorios principales cada uno frente al océano, donde puede salir a la terraza para recibir a otro día en el paraíso. Hay dos dormitorios más que dan al campo de golf y tienen una exuberante vista tropical donde también se puede ver el corazón de Ixtapa al otro lado de la calle. La habitación más nueva está en nuestra terraza en la azotea. Las torres fueron diseñadas donde solo hay 2 residencias por piso, de modo que tendrá privacidad y podrá tener lo mejor de ambos mundos, vista al mar y belleza tropical.

La ubicación está justo en el corazón de Ixtapa. Puede caminar a restaurantes, discotecas, boutiques, tiendas, supermercados y farmacias. Amara Ixtapa es un nuevo desarrollo ubicado en la playa principal de Ixtapa, Playa El Palmar, donde tendrá todas las comodidades de un complejo de lujo, incluido el servicio de limpieza diario.

Los huéspedes pueden tomar el ascensor hasta un hermoso terreno que incluye 3 piscinas, una gran piscina infinita para familias que se siente como si fuera directamente al océano, otra piscina infinita solo para adultos y una pequeña piscina para niños. The pink lotus!

This was a family trip with adult children in their 30s. The accommodations were perfect and everyone enjoyed the second floor balcony overlooking it beach just absolutely breathtaking. We were in walking distance to all of the restaurants . We will definitely be going back!

Relaxed Traveler Paradise

What a spectacular penthouse with all the amenities anyone could want! This spot in beautiful Ixtapa is like having your own home in paradise. The views, the beach, the weather...perfection! Everyone is super friendly and we felt so spoiled. We are definitely coming back to this amazing place!

This is best place in Ixtapa. The view, the furnishings the location are all outstanding. I am already planning my next visit. This time I will stay longer. Leaving a cold snowing place and arriving here was like heaven. Ixtapa and this penthouse make it perfect 10 vacation.

STUNNING!!

Barbara and Giorgio's home was the absolute perfect getaway for our fanily vacation. The views were out of this world, kitchen was well stocked. Communication was was very easy and location was ideal. Definitely one of our favorites vacation homes we've stayed in. We will most definitely be returning.

This was my 3rd time staying at the Penthouse, and it never disappoints. Claudia the manager provides top notch service, and the staff is amazing. Perfect location for dining out and a little night life. We will be back again!

Very Special

The penthouse unit was superb. The owners did everything to make your stay enjoyable. Their property manager Claudia extended every courtesy. The roof top deck was a great party venue. The price was very fair. In short, if you want to stay in Ixtapa this is the place.

Great spot for families!

Barbara was very flexible to work with after Delta unexpectedly canceled our flight. We were able to shift to Alaska, but on a different day. Barbara was gracious in allowing us to time shift. Claudia our concierge was fabulous too. The condo is in a wonderful central location on the beach in Ixtapa and has a stunning view. Plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended!

Amazing oceanfront penthouse

The penthouse is well appointed with nice furnishings, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The roof top deck is amazing with spa, bar and comfortable seating .There was plenty of room for 4 couples. It was a pleasure working with Barbara, the owner, as she was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The complex is beautifully maintained and secure. The pool area is also spacious with a great palapa for drinks and snacks. The staff are so accommodating and provide great service.

Absolutely stunning!

Casa Spadero offers the best view in Ixtapa! We enjoyed our stay and will definitly return! The oceanfront bedrooms are a luxurious retreat! The home is clean, decorated beautifully,well stocked with utensils,condiments,seasonings,etc. We loved having cocktails on the penthouse in the evengs and enjoying that amazing sunset . The office is very accommodating with any information and needs you may have. The resyaurants we went to were top Notch. The new casual taco place next to Senioe Frogs was ggod and cheap. The views of El Faro,Kal Kan, Il Mare, are breathtaking and the food,excellent. The breakfasts of both Daniels on the beach in Zihuat and downtown Carmelita's were wonderful. We had a beautiful week! You wont find a better beach with better weather anywhere! Love Ixtapa!

great for a family vacation

Casa Spadaro, the unit we stayed in was spacious, well laid out for families and the kitchen was well stocked for those cooking in meals. The location of Amara resort was easy access to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Our unit had a rooftop equipped with a grill, a small soaking pool and a lovely, spacious sitting area with awnings. All 5 bedrooms had ensuites or private bathrooms, which was wonderfull as we vacationed with our 2 children, their spouses and our 4 grandchildren. We didn't spend much time indoors but with young children, an afternoon break was often welcomed. Believe it or not, there was lots of space for everyone in the unit. Our vacation included New Years and our view of the fireworks from the penthouse rooftop was amazing. Our owner and property manager also arranged for a cook to come in on New Year's Eve and cook us a Mexican feast. Most enjoyable! Only drawback is the resort policy of only 2 lounge chairs by the per unit so if you are staying at a busy time, you have to be flexible - we had 6 adults and 4 children.

A Simply Spectacular Vacation

Though the photos on the website gave us some idea of the stunning views of this penthouse suite, they could not fully capture the beauty we experienced when we first walked in - and then savored all week long. This magnificent place provided great rest for our family including comfortable pool, gorgeous long beach to walk on, great couches and beds to relax on, and most of all, a terrace with a breathtaking view. The short walk across the street offers a multitude of excellent restaurants for dinner. All of the people who work at Amara could not have been more friendly, helpful, or competent. And even though we were there during Spring Break in late March, the place did not ever feel overly crowded either on the beach or in town. I would highly recommend these restaurants: El Faro (with a cable ride afterwards down to the beach), Emilios, Mama Nora and Deborahs, Chili Beans for breakfast, and Del Tascana for Italian food. If you want a truly spectacular evening, book dinner at sunset at La Casa que Canta - I had a birthday dinner there I will never forget. This property is totally as advertised, clean and well maintained. The owners are extremely helpful with answering any questions or concerns. I hope someday we get to return!

7 weeks in Paradise

My wife, I and our two young children (2 years and 8 months old) had the opportunity to spend the majority of the winter in this absolutely fantastic condo. I can not say enough about the condo, it is everything as advertised. What we did not expect was the great staff at Amara who became like family and literally had our children in tears when leaving. The other owners we met were incredible as well, and have become good friends. This was our 16th year visiting Ixtapa and the first time not at a resort. I will never think of staying anywhere else again. The condo was spacious and well appointed, with everything we needed for our stay. They even provided a pack and play. During our stay we had various friends & family members come for visits, they all left thinking it was the best vacation they had ever had. The rooftop grill was put to use almost nightly to cook fresh Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, or shrimp. There is no better sunset in the world, then every night on the rooftop with a cold cerveza in hand. Whether a group of adults or families with children, I think you would be hard pressed to find better place for your vacation. The onsite management was beyond professional and made sure that any concern was addressed in a timely manner. I only hope that we can do this again in the future.

Never to be forgotten!!!

We stayed at this Amara beach front penthouse at the end on January/early February. This family vacation was one of the best we have ever taken. The penthouse was impecable. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we could ever need. We can tell the owners take great pride in their place and we are so thankful for their hospitality. The penthouse its self is remarkable. The furnishing are in great condition and the beds are very comfortable. We very much appreciated the daily maid service. She was wonderful to us. We felt very spoiled. The grounds of Amara are amazing. The pools, beach front, bar, etc. are wonderful. The pictures just dont do it justice! The location is perfect and has everything you would need within walking distance. We would eat in for breakfast and lunch everyday and have dinner out on the town. The kitchen in the penthouse had everything we needed for cooking, all we had to do was make a quick trip to the grocery store! We had 2 kids ages 6 and 11 and adults and grandparents on this vacation and I can honestly say this was the perfect place to stay. We will come back to Ixtapa again next year and will hope to stay at this Amara penthouse again. Ixtapa is the perfect place for vacationing. We were so pleased with our stay. Do not delay, book this place! You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Great Holiday!

We quite enjoyed our stay. The Amara is a lovely, quiet building ( but don't be afraid to have music and have drinks on the deck late into the evening- everyone is very chill!) Very clean and well cared for building. The pools are really nice and the bar at the pools serves decent ( and cheap) drinks.The penthouse itself is quite nice, well appointment ( love the lamps!) and 2 of the 4 bedrooms have wonderful ocean views and access to the patio. The 2 back bedrooms would be great for kids ( or husbands who are in the dog house! haha!). Only complaint is the back bedrooms are noisier on Thurs, Fri, Sat as the night club music is quite loud. So not the best for light sleepers. But who goes to Mexico to sleep anyways :) The kitchen ( with WINE FRIDGE) was wonderful and the the especially wonderful upper terrace is very lovely. Great place for a large group to settle in for a few weeks! So many lovely restaurants really close- and not a far taxi ( or bus) ride into Zihat for some more lovely sites. Some must do's: In house chef- very inexpensive and a really wonderful meal and experience. Water Taxi to the Los Gatos Beach in Zihat and again to Ixtapa Island. Great warm ocean, clear water and good snorkling. Good Food: The Generals, Franks, Deborahs, Chili Beans and so much more! We found the easiest thing to do was ask around the pool and some of the regulars/owners will tell you where to go. Loved our stay, a holiday to remember.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We love to hear about our guests vacations. We found the noise to bother our children on the weekends and that is why we installed the double paned windows in both of those rooms. After we did that, they now sleep through the night. It was a big improvement. We hope you return to enjoy our place and Amara again in the near future.

Second Time in This Beautiful Penthouse - Even Better than the First

I have traveled with 3 friends, once a year, for the past 35 years. We have never gone back to the same place two consecutive years. This was the exception! This beautiful, well-appointed penthouse has everything one needs available on-site and is in the perfect location to explore Ixtapa or take a quick ride into Zihuatenejo to enjoy the culture there. The penthouse has 4 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a very functional kitchen. However, it is the penthouse terrace which makes this one an incredible place to stay. The views from the terrace, both of the ocean and back country, are spectacular. With all this space, there is ample room for us to gather together or find a quiet place to read alone. The owners are easy to work with, have everything prepared for arrival and make sure there is someone there to open up the place as well as provide daily cleaning for the entire penthouse. A major upgrade from last year, the new WiFi system is strong and reliable (for those wanting to get on their devices). Cable TV in the living room and Master Bedroom are very functional - though rarely on during our stay, way too much to do. I think for anyone traveling with a small (or large) group of friends, you will not find a better place at a very reasonable price. Thanks once again for creating an atmosphere that provides wonderful memories. The only tip I can offer, pay for the pool bar deposit in pesos. We paid in dollars, not realizing the exchange rate at the office was not the current rate but 20% lower. Live and learn. However, this did not detract from an absolutely great visit and we will be back.

Thank you, Mark! It is a huge complement to hear that we are the first repeat place you decided to visit after 35 years of traveling together. So happy that it was a relaxing time again this year. Hope you got to explore more of Ixtapa and Zihua, too. We love to have guests return. Yes, you are right when you break down the cost per room, it really makes more sense than a hotel and you can't beat the views from the top! We look forward to having you visit again soon. Saved our vacation

So my wife and I had booked a room down the beach through a time share trade. Upon arrival we knew we would love the Ixtapa area more then PV or Mazatlan, where we had stayed before, but the unit we were staying in was lacking considerably. After a couple of days we looked at our options, and amazingly there was this place available Wednesday afternoon to Saturday. We contacted one of the owners (Barbara), traded some texts, emails, and paypal information, went to ZN Commercial Mexicana for groceries, and within three hours our vacation went from "ho-hum" to "holy cow!" We knew we were in for a treat when, as we arrived and one of the owner/tenants asked where we were staying. We told him, and he said "just the two of you? You are going to be living large the next few days!" Everything...was...perfect. Location - right in the center spot of the 2-mile long beach. Shops and restaurants directly across the street. Bar and Pool - we wouldn't know. They look nice, but why leave the penthouse? My wife didn't leave the front door from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. I never saw more than six people in the three pools combined, as I looked down from the balcony. What's awesome: *Even without the private upstairs enormous rooftop balcony, the place would be terrific. But the rooftop is the star of the show. Barbeque steaks and dine or soak in the cold spa while taking in the views to the west and the east. Part of the balcony is an outdoor, covered living room. Plenty of shade to stay comfortable with a rooftop breeze, but plenty of room in the sun to soak up the rays. *If you like to cook, the unit is stocked with everything you might need - just bring groceries. Lots of people must decide to stay in and cook, because there was a great stock of little things you don't think about at the store - spices, condiments, etc. (Although perhaps we were overly impressed by this because we had to ask for forks and washrags at the previous place.) *Claudia and Mirabelle. We have just returned home and have already contacted the owners for next year's week-ling visit.

Ahhh, we absolutely love to hear how we were a part of a good vacation. Stars were aligned and it all worked out so fast and efficiently. Thank you for trusting us to be honest and fair. Our goal is make it easy so that the vacation can begin without hassles. I giggle about your wife not leaving our place. There are several areas to just unwind and relax up there. Truly happy that you found us. The biggest complement is when guests want to return and by you already booking next year at Casa Spadaro, speaks volumes. Love this place!

We have stayed in the Penthouse multiple times and it never disappoints. The unit is beautiful, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need. We use the rooftop grill and patio often. And the location is great for enjoying many of the great restaurants if you don’t want to cook. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Amara family vacation.

Had a great time at Casa Spadero!! We had 10 people in our group and we did not feel crowded at all, plenty of space for all. We choose to do several activities, fishing, a trip to ixtapa Island, and atv trip. Walking around town for meals was easy and we never felt unsafe. Many great places to eat in easy walking distance at very reasonable prices. Would recommend Casa Spades and we would go back again!!

We fell in love with Ixtapa in 2001. After vacationing there time and time again, we decided to buy our own little piece of paradise, Casa Spadaro. We are the original owners of our home at Amara and can't be happier with our decision. One day our dream would be to spend four or five months a year there, but since we have kids, that will have to wait a bit.
The warmth of the people in Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo is unlike any we have experienced in our travels. We have thoughtfully furnished our home with many amenities that we know you will enjoy. We take pride in providing prompt responses to our potential guests either via email or phone.

We feel that it is in the best location in Ixtapa. We are right in the middle of the main beach and right across the street from restaurants, shopping and entertainment in Ixtapa.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

All the privacy and incredible ocean views you'd want from a penthouse unit and, yet, just an elevator ride down to the common pool, palapa bar and gorgeous beach.

Doesn't get better than that, in our humble opinions.
