We had an amazing month in Aspen and absolutely LOVED this condo! Perfect location - walkable to everything. Immaculate (and we are picky). Great communication with the owner and management company. We stayed at this lovely property for 3 weeks in July and had a wonderful experience. From beginning to end it was seamless and relaxing, and we had absolutely zero issues during our visit. We loved the location and the unit itself had a warm Aspen feel that felt like home. Communication with property managers was quick and efficient, and we would definitely repeat our stay in a heartbeat!

Great downtown Aspen stay!

Our family (3 adults, 2 kids and a dog) really enjoyed staying at this condo given it's close walking distance to downtown and easy access to all that Aspen has to offer! The hosts we're very accommodating and provided a travel crib and high chair - very helpful!!

Perfect month in Aspen

We had a lovely time. Great experience, fully stocked, convenient location to town and hikes, beautiful kitchen, luxurious bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms, quiet spot on a quiet dead end. We loved being on the ground floor for easy in and out access. Looks exactly like the pictures. We will be back next year!

Aspen in town home

This is a beautiful and well furnished home in a quiet Aspen neighborhood. Walking distance to all of Aspen and very comfortable. The host and property manager were very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know. We had a great stay and would come back!

VERY SPECIAL PROPERTY

Three friends and I were headed to Aspen for a week in January 2025. We found this property and were asbolutely delighted when we arrived to find a property that was perfect in evey way. We highly recommend it to anyone who finds it visually appealing. You won't be disappoitned.

Lovely stay in Aspen

Our stay was wonderful at the Aspen condo. Bjarte, was pleasant to work with and so accommodating. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had enough room for 4 adults and a baby. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. Within walking distance to town, grocery store, mountain, restaurants and parks. We were able to drop our luggage early which was so helpful traveling with an infant. We even had staff meet a vendor that was dropping off the baby crib and toys. So helpful! The only caveat was the construction next door. I had no issues on Saturday or Sunday. But they started fairly early on Monday. I'm sure that project will be completed soon. Communication was excellent and appreciated. I would stay here again! We had a great time and weren't lacking for anything.

Terrific dog-friendly spot!

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment in Aspen in summer and just loved it! They are willing to accommodate dogs and it is a nice 3 bedroom condo with comfortable beds, AC and a spacious kitchen/living room area. That is a rare combo in Aspen so we keep renting this one! And the property owner and manager are friendly and generally responsive too. We will definitely be back with out kids and lab!

Big apartment in Aspen

5 of us very much enjoyed this large comfortable luxury apartment only a few blocks from the town’s retail district. The kitchen is great: We ate in most breakfasts as well as a few other meals. Everything in town is within walking distance as is the local bus station if you prefer.

Exceptional property

What a beautiful place. This is a home not just a VRBO. It had everything we needed. We stayed during the off season so we ended up cooking almost every night. They had all the spices and equipment we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. Location was great and hosts did everything they could to make it a great stay. Thank you!

Best Furnished Ski Condo

The 3 bedroom unit was very spacious and elegantly furnished. The kitchen has 1st class appliances and tools. All of the amenities you get in a great hotel as well as your privacy.

Even better than it looks

This property was even better in person than it looked in the photos. Perfect location to be walking distance to the gondola and core of the town, it must have been renovated recently because it was modern and a great place to stay.

Exceeded my expectations

We’ve been going up to Aspen about 2/3 times a year past 9/10 years. We generally prefer to stays t a condo as it is a lot more convenient with dogs and children (the boys are adults ). This is by far the BEST condo we’ve had since we started staying away from hotels ( the Jerome, the W ] Sky Hotel before it was the W, St Regis, Hyatt residency, and the Lime Lghts were tthe the hotels we’ve stayed.) The condo has a warm and homely feel,but yet amenities and convenience are that of a hotel. It was beyond what was described. And the property manager have the kindness and consideration to not cleaned out all the cabinets of food and such so that lonely first arrived into Aspen as we are acclimating to the altitude with now 19/20 yr olds and two dogs into, we didn’t have to scramble to run out to get food and condiments. it truly felt like staying at someone’s home yet. The property manager was extremely quick to respond and very helpful in helping us coordinate for housekeepers to come every other day during Christmas/new year holoday. Super convenient. City market and wonderful wine shop, coffee, and breakfast spots were about a block and a half away..we truly enjoyed our stayed. We would not hesitate to book this condo again. Next time we come up to Aspen. Thank you so much for making this trip one of the easiest and most convenient for us when it comes to condo/home rentals,… Hope to see you soon..

Wonderful Stay in Aspen

Wonderful best describes our stay with Bjarte at his Aspen condo. From the up front communication, to the furnishings and cleanliness of the condo, to the accommodation in our change of plans, Bjarte and his team were great to work with. We contacted Bjrate prior to our stay and he was very helpful in answering questions in preparation for our stay. Once we arrived at the condo, the condo had ideal furnishings and was well prepared for our stay. The condo is centrally located in downtown Aspen and is within walking distance to shopping, dining, entertainment and more. During our stay, our plans changed and Bjarte was very hospitable with this change. We would highly recommend staying with Bjarte and will most certainly stay with him again during further trips to Aspen. Thank you again for everything.

Worst Aspen trip of my life

I have been traveling to aspen for 30+ years, every summer and every December. This experience was horrible. I booked it because there were a bunch of positive reviews but I had a negative one. If there are guest staying in the apartment on top of you be prepared to hear every single foot step. There is some sort of meter right outside the master bedroom and it beeps 247. We could not sleep the entire trip. We were not told or warn about the construction that would be taking place in the front area of the building the entire time. The units is on the 1st floor right next to the building entrance, so not only was the building basically in a construction site when you walked in and out, but because of where the unit is located we heard drilling and banging from inside our entire trip. We had two babies under 2 and it was a nightmare for us and them for their sleep schedule. The worst part about this (because if you book you will have the noise on the 2nd floor and maybe the beeping meter outside the master but not the construction because it will be over) was the owner. The owner was so nasty and so rude I am still in shock. At first we tried texting and calling the owner to resolve the meter issue and other issues but we never got a response. So we called VRBO and they finally got him on the phone. When we asked why he has not answered us, he started screaming and said we are harassing him and using intimidation tactics. It was really strange and scary. Do not stay here!
