Espectacular casa en el río Roaring Tenedor con vistas a Aspen Mtn.

Este 3 hab, 3 baños casa se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de Aspen. Tiene la privacidad, confort y encanto allá de la imaginación de su alquiler de vacaciones. Esta casa combina muebles de recuerdos del viejo mundo a moderna contemporánea. Hay una cocina gourmet con comedor formal disponible para (10). Una gran chimenea de piedra de río complementa la sala de estar. Antigüedades y objetos de colección con encanto, suelos de madera, luz natural y los sonidos y las vistas del río que fluye por justo fuera de la puerta de atrás. El patio trasero se sienta en la orilla del río y cuenta con una parrilla de gas, muebles de jardín, hamaca etc ...
Todas las habitaciones dan directamente sobre el río con vistas de la montaña de Aspen. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, chimenea, terraza con vistas al río, baño privado con ducha de vapor y bañera con patas.
El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama de hierro doble, baño privado con bañera y ducha.
La tercera habitación tiene dos camas gemelas XL (perfecto para los niños o adultos) y se puede convertir en un rey por la petición. El baño está al otro lado del pasillo con ducha.

Great house and neighborhood, short walk/drive to town. Skiing was great too. House is even larger and nicer than shown in pictures. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay in beautiful Aspen!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Aspen! Our home was beautiful with an amazing view. The home was perfectly appointed. Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful - making us feel very welcome! We enjoyed activities in Aspen and loved spending time at the house taking in all the beauty. We were sad to leave and will be planning another trip for sure!

Beautiful Home

A very nice vacation rental. Everything in the home is up to date and laid out well. Located at the end of a quiet street. It is a bit of a walk to connect a bus, plan accordingly. Ubers are readily available for going out to dinner. Town is also walkable.

Outstanding

We’ve stayed at several homes all over the world. I believe this is my favorite. The location was perfect. On a river(I fished every day), and then we could simply walk to town for shopping and dinners. Plenty of space for 6 people and a nice patio by the Roaring Fork.

Peaceful easy living.

There wasn’t a day that went by, one of us didn’t comment on the location, the house, and the property. Peace and privacy on the property continued through every stroll in to town, with easy access to all our activities/adventures. Beginning and ending every day relaxing on the river with morning coffee and evening cocktails was absolute bliss. We’d love to come back in the winter!

Absolutely Amazing: Stunning Home in a beautiful location

At the end of a little road, very close to Aspen down town, is this beautiful home, with a picture perfect river flowing right outside the living room windows. Fantastic home, located on a quiet street, walking distance to downtown Aspen, close to the market, and everything else Aspen has to offer. We had powder days the whole time we were there. The owners are fantastic - excellent communication before and during our stay. We cannot wait to come back!

A Gem

The hosts Debra and Gary are incredibly kind and responsive. We loved every bit of the house from the sound of the river at night to the quiet street to the gorgeous backyard. It's a happy home and we were so lucky to get to stay there.

Fantastic Riverfront House

This house is amazing, having a deck on the river was so relaxing. Gary and Debra were very responsive and accommodating. Our family will definitely stay here again when we return to Aspen.

Perfect place for Aspen vacation

This property is absolutely perfect in proximity to everything you want to do in Aspen. Gorgeous house in excellent condition (it has everything) the back yard is perfect view with a small river creek running through. We got very lucky with a huge snowfall right before we arrived. A perfect Aspen vacation spot. The kids and adults all loved it.

River Runs Through It! (Or at least RIGHT behind it)

The Riverbend House was spectacular. I have been visiting the Aspen area for over 25 years and this by far was the best property I have ever rented. The house was spacious and the outdoor areas were very inviting. With the current Covid considerations, having a kitchen complete with everything to create an amazing meal was a must. The appliances were very current and easy to use. Location, Location, Location! Walking distance to the market and town. The owners couldn’t have been more gracious and readily available for any assistance. I haven’t even left the area yet and I am already checking the calendar for when I can return.

Wonderful Visit

This is my 3rd stay at this fantastic house. It is so peaceful and relaxing on the river. Close to town to be able to walk in and have dinner. I highly recommend a stay here and plan to go back myself.

What a Wonderful Place!

Debra’s house is an absolute dream. It’s large, clean and centrally located. We loved walking into town for coffee in the morning and enjoying dinner along the river in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Home

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. We came for the Roaring Fork River that did not disappoint. We caught trout, played in the backyard along the river, and enjoyed it's peaceful sounds throughout the day through the screen windows. We found a beautifully & thoughtfully appointed house that is an easy walk to the town's restaurants, grocery store, and hiking trails. We left feeling the love and attention from the perfect hosts, Debra & Gary. If they will have us, we can't wait to go back.

It is a unique property in that it is built completely on the bend of the Roaring Fork River allowing views of Aspen Mountain and the river from nearly every room. We are now offering the West Unit to travelers like you to enjoy the lifestyle that we have been blessed with for many years.
