Nuevo en el mercado de alquiler de vacaciones! Ubicado en la exclusiva isla Flamingo, este retiro seguramente será el lugar de vacaciones de sus familias. Este no es el típico condominio de cortador de galletas o alquiler de vacaciones, en realidad es nuestro hogar la mayor parte del año. ¡Estamos emocionados de compartirlo con su familia! Ya sea que su grupo quiera pescar, nadar, bucear, bucear o simplemente relajarse en el tiki con una margarita, lo tenemos cubierto.

-5 habitaciones, incluidas 2 master suites con baño privado
-4 baños completos en total
-2 cocinas completas
-¡ENORME gran sala / cocina y sala de estar con proyector de pared completa para la noche de cine familiar o el día del juego!
- Área de piscina muy privada (climatizada sin cargo adicional) con gran tiki con bar, nevera / fregadero y área de descanso. Hemos organizado 2 bodas aquí con más de 70 invitados.
- En la planta baja hay acceso para discapacitados por completo con puerta delantera enrollable directamente desde la entrada. Consta de 3 dormitorios (incluido un dormitorio principal con baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas), 2 baños completos y cocina totalmente equipada.
- El piso de arriba consta de una gran sala abierta muy grande e increíblemente equipada con cocina / sala de estar / comedor que se abre a un gran porche con mosquitero.
- Tengo casi todos los artículos de despensa y entretenimiento que se te ocurran, ¡y puedes usarlos!

Great stay!

Kari was awesome and house was laid back and easy for four couples to stay with plenty of space and bathrooms. Super wide canal and can fit large boat. Would stay again!

The size of this property was excellent. Lots of room for a few families to enjoy time together but still have privacy for different sleep schedules. (Kids) The host was wonderful, communicative and accommodating before during and on the last day! We will be back.
We spent several days on property - no reason to leave!
The dock was nice for the kids to see wildlife and the canal is general quite all hours of the day/night.
We had two manatees visit and drink water from the hose on the deck.
Pool size, depth and temp was great for all ages.

Paradise in The Keys

Exploring the Keys

The pictures of this house don’t do it justice - it was glorious!! It was fully stocked w/ everything you need in the kitchen. The pool & tiki bar area was beautiful. The host was amazing, responsive, friendly & helpful. We will definitely come back!!

Fabulously relaxing family retreat.

Kari was a fantastic host! Have spit on local tips and responded to every request and question almost immediately! We had 9 adult family members and the house layout and pool setting was so relaxing! Wonderful neighborhood to walk around and fun to kayak and SUP from the floating dock. Would totally stay here again!!!??

Great Vacation!

The most welcoming host we have ever had! Property was beautiful and had a great location (Walgreens and grocery store was a 1 mile walk). Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but still enjoyed family dinners together in the kitchen. Pool, hot tub, and tiki bar brought everyone together! Would highly recommend!

Non-traditional Thanksgiving in paradise

Our family of 10 gathered for a non-traditional Thanksgiving in paradise. The tiki hut was the perfect hangout for relaxation and fun. The heated pool and hot tub were ideal and the fully equipped kitchen made meal prep fun. Kari was the perfect hostess with just the right amount of communication and support. Great outdoor area and pool, great host!

The property itself was as-advertised, but the best part was by far the outdoor area! We LOVED the pool and tiki bar with plenty of seating and room. We never had to leave! The house is nicely located on a dead end street and it's very quiet. Dock provides nice views too. Grocery store and tourist attractions very close as well. Kari was fantastic! She responded super fast, checked in often and offered all sorts of suggestions! I've stayed a plenty of VRBOs but never encountered someone so helpful and genuinely nice as Kari. Thanks for the great trip, we can't wait to visit again!

Great place and great host!

We had an awesome experience from start to finish! Our host went above and beyond to accomodate anything we needed, and more!! The house, pool, tiki and dock are all exceptional. We brought down our 34ft boat and the dock was perfect for it. Plenty of parking space for our guests in the drive and ample room for all guests to sleep. We had 8 people and plenty of space. The pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. Beautiful place and we will return! Thank you Kari!! Couldnt have had a better 40th birthday!

Paradise!!!

Loved our vacation here! 3 families staying together and we all had space. Downstairs was a separate apartment connected by outside steps. The pool and outside space was amazing!! Dock for fishing and nightly manatee visits was fun. The owner Kari was AMAZING!! She was quick to respond to questions. She had so many great suggestions on things to do and places to eat which were all great. House was about 4 minutes to grocery store and close to Sombrero beach. Strongly recommend staying here!

Family vacation.

Kari was so easy to communicate with . She knows the area and has ideas on everything there is to do and fun and unique places to eat at . Our family has been coming to the keys for several years now . This house has it all, it’s very quiet here , all the amenities are top notch. Beds were super comfy, lots of space for the family to spread out. Every kitchen tool you would need if you decided to make a gourmet meal, or something easy and just spend a day or two hanging out at the wonderful pool area . Look no further , book this property before someone grabs it , you won’t be disappointed. This is the only place we will book in the years to come . J.O. And family

The house was great, big kitchen and comfortable beds. The downstairs rooms were perfect for the grandkids own space. Pool and Tiki bar were the best. Kari was very quick to respond to our needs. Great host!

AMAZING HOST!!

Kari was an amazing host right from the onset. Our group traveled to her home for a friends 40th birthday. The birthday girls mom called ahead of time to have some goodies delivered and Kari made sure to have everything set up for us. She was very reponsive and helpful to any messages we sent. The house was fully stocked with everything we need! We highly recommend! Thank you Kari!

Great place for family vacation!

Was the perfect house for us. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fishing off the dock. We spent most of everyday under the tiki hut. We loved being able to play music, sit around the bar with the fans on and to jump in the pool when we got hot. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. I don’t know how they do it, but there was always hot water and a lot of pressure This was truly a vacation to remember.

Nice house and great owner

The house was well stocked and clean. We especially loved the dock and the pool with active kids. Marathon is a great location — tons of things to do in marathon, but not far from key west or islamorada. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back. Just an FYI if you have very small children — the first floor is not connected to the second on the inside. The stairs are on the outside of the home. Easily accessible and shouldn’t be an issue unless you have small children. On a side note — The owners are very communicative and helpful. We had an issue with our stay (not the fault of the owners — sometimes things just happen) and the owners were great in taking care of the situation in the best possible way!
