Esta casa de 2006 cuenta con 5 dormitorios y 4 baños completos, colchones de calidad, 3 de los baños tienen bañeras de hidromasaje, cocina con electrodomésticos de calidad comercial, lavavajillas, máquina de hielo y encimeras de granito, 6 televisores, lavadora y secadora, y escaleras con porche. para disfrutar de las vistas o disfrutar de las comidas, sala de pantalla bajando las escaleras con una cocina BBQ y un gran comedor, una piscina familiar (que se puede calentar por una tarifa por semana) rodeada de palmeras, sala de cine con un televisor de 72 ', vallado patio, muelles flotantes, muelles en t de 100 pies con 50 amperios de potencia, estación de limpieza de pescado y un congelador de cebo para el pescador.
Tenemos estacionamiento para varios autos, amplio atraque y estacionamiento para remolques de botes dentro del patio lateral cercado. También tenemos dos kayaks para su disfrute. Este es un alquiler semanal por al menos 7 días.

Great Marathon vacation home

We had 2 families totaling 11 people stay for the week. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and multiple gathering areas. Nice pool, great dock, great location

Great Vacation

We had a large group that stayed here recently and we had a great time. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the lower level enclosed patio. The communication between us and the owner was fantastic. Would definitely come back again.

Wow...What a house

We felt like royalty living in this house. Traveling with young children not always the easiest but the pool, the media room and the fact that we were able to park our boat at the end of the dock made everybody very happy. We went off in the boat a few times and saw pelicans, dolphins and actually swam with the fish. The Coco Plum beach a short walk away. We had such a great time.

Great Vaca Spot

We had a large group and had plenty of room for everybody. We did a lot of fishing and the dock with cleaning station was perfect as well as the bait freezer. We loved the pool after a long day in the ocean! Great location and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Tons of fun!

This place fit our part of 8 perfectly! Pool, media room, kayaks, fishing, so much to do right on the property! Convenient to many bars, restaurants, groceries stores and more.

Was just perfect!

We had the most amazing week! The owner was very responsive. The house was in a great location, the property was perfect, the beds were comfortable, the pool was warm and clean. We would go back again!

This coco plum house is excellent. It’s spacious with a great pool and huge dock. The owner was attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We had a great time and will definitely return next year.

Beautiful setting

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home! The house itself is large, spacious, and perfect for multiple families — everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves. It's just a short drive to the beach, which made it super convenient for quick trips back and forth throughout the day.The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, a great pool, and a private dock that added something really special to our time there. Whether we were lounging by the pool, enjoying meals together, or watching the sunset from the rooftop, every moment felt like a true getaway.The owner was incredibly friendly and easy to reach, which made the entire experience even more seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and relaxing escape!

This was an amazing vacation house. It has all of the key amenities for fun in the sun with 10 of your closest friends. The house was more than enough room for the 10 of us. The property is located in a upscale neighborhood with a heated pool, covered outdoor living space & the nicest dock on the canal. The owner was extremely responsive & accommodating. I would highly recommend this VRBO location!

A week of family fun

This property was the perfect get a way for a small reunion of 12 of us. The home was large enough for everyone to have enough space to enjoy themselves. The kitchen accommodated every need, the media room was a hit for the younger members of the family. Having access to the dock right in the backyard was a blessing. The pool was lovely and used many times a day! I recommend this property to others for a fantastic vacation!

The Manatee vacation

This is our second spring break at Marathon Keys because it’s non-commercialized, friendly, and Key West is only a 50 mile drive if you like the nightlife. The dock at this house is phenomenal and we had daily manatee visitors that were very friendly. I would suggest the aquarium in marathon along with Sunset Grill restaurant. This house was the perfect size for the eight of us that stayed. The pool is the perfect size and the hammock is beyond peaceful in the shade.

Awesome home!!!

This house was awesome and big enough for all my family (6 adults and 5 kids). Plenty of room for us all to be together and plenty of room to have quiet time!! The kitchen had every gadget that you would need to prepare meals! My 14 year old grandson loved the media room for his gaming system. We will definitely rebook this house again!

We had a great time. House is in a great location.

Kitchen was stocked with basically everything you would need to cook for large families. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the inside as week as outside of property. House was centralized in marathon and the Keys. The owner of the property is WONDERFUL! He Was very prompt in answering any questions prior to arrival and upon arrival and throughout the week. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will rent again with them in the future

Fantastic home!

This place is as beautiful as the photos and reviews reflect. Great vacation spot for families or friends. The views from the home and pier are just wonderful and the house is so well equipped. Many great places to sit, both inside and outside. Fishing and kyaking right there was a great feature. Owner was extremely helpful. Only negative was the very musty smell in the video room. Otherwise everything else about this property was extremely pleasant!

We want you to have a 5 star experience, our home is furnished with quality furnishing, luxurious mattresses, cotton linens, lots of TV's for everyone, lots of dinning areas with room for everyone and we keep the property well maintained and super clean. Coco Plum is a clean peaceful family neighborhood, Coco Plum Beach just blocks away is a great city park beach, with shallow waters, flats fishing, windy days often you will see kite boarders, dogs are allowed, great for sunset walks, area with great access to open water, and the protected bays, and there is a wild life sanctuary bay, near entrance of channel only accessible by non-motorized vessels, there are a lot of great things to do in Marathon it's one hour to Key West and all the other great things to see and do along the way.
