Frente al mar tranquilo piso superior Maalaea Kai

Listado a estrenar. Cuarto piso dos habitaciones, dos baños en Maalaea Kai. Observa la salida del sol sobre Haleakala y observa cómo las tortugas nadan en la bahía directamente frente a ti. Venga durante la temporada de ballenas y véalos desde su lanai.
Maalaea es un pequeño “pueblo” y estamos ubicados en la única calle con diez edificios de condominios. Todo esta a un paso de distancia caminando. En un extremo se encuentra el Maui Ocean Center, Pacific Whale Foundation y varias tiendas y restaurantes. Muchas de las cartas del océano parten de allí.
Camina hasta el otro extremo de la calle, que es un callejón sin salida, y estarás al comienzo de Sugar Beach, que es la playa de arena más larga de Maui.
Nuestro condominio está totalmente equipado para que disfrute de una relajante estancia de dos a cuatro personas. Hay una cama tamaño queen para dormir en el dormitorio principal y una cama queen Murphy en el segundo. Ambos baños están recientemente remodelados. Hay aire acondicionado central y varios ventiladores de techo.

We could not have ended up in a better location. Complex was exactly as explained it would be. Best part was seeing the turtles below us every day. We will definitely be back. Phenomenal first trip to Maui. Mahalo

Beautiful views, close to ocean

loved the closeness to the ocean, gorgeous views from the patio zero gravity chairs v appreciated for the beach as well as the coolers and great ice maker. The front bedroom was lovely and air conditioning worked well. Convenient location to sights. Was hoping for easier walking access to beach. Loved the turle sightings.

Stunning views!

We love staying in Ma'alaea! Great location and central to everything. The views were incredible! And we loved all of the fun sights right outside our door. Turtles every day, an eel, crabs, lizards and lots of fish to catch!

Perfect location

Our 3rd stay at this property! Condo is immaculate with get views, lots of turtles sightings from your Lania. Location is convenient to multiple beach’s hiking and restaurants! Very relaxing!

Trip to Maalea Bay

Great property for a family of four. Can’t beat the sunrise views from the lanai! Quiet beach within walking distance. Centrally located to access all that amazing Maui has to offer!

Family vacation

Lovely two bedrooms/quiet location

Our stay was to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We have stayed in this location before, but this unit was new to us. We were very happy with the accommodations and will perhaps in the future book another stay.

Perfect!!

The condo is located in a great location. Easy access to wherever you want to go on the island. Walking distance of the harbor to get your excursions. Walking distance to ocean center. Haycraft beach is just down the street. The grounds are clean and quiet with a great sense of community!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Lovely condo

This was one of the best stocked condos we’ve stayed at. Large kitchen with everything we needed. Comfy beds, snorkel and beach gear provided. Loved the turtles near the boulders and 10 minute walk to aa quiet beach. Better instructions on TV would be helpful.

A most wonderful home away from home

Fabulous condo. Wonderful view. Fully equipped. Everything we needed to enjoy a two week stay. The view from the condo was spectacular and we saw several turtles from the lanai every day. We couldn’t ask for more and certainly plan to return. Thanks for a lovely place to call our home away from home!!

You can't go wrong on this property.

This was our 2nd stay this year at this top floor condo! From the moment you arrive you'll be captivated by the beauty of the island, and this condo is the perfect base to explore it. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. One of the highlights of the condo is the private lanai, where you'll spend mornings with your coffee while watching the sunrise over Haleakala.

Fantastic base for our vacation

This condo is a perfect base for visiting Maui with its central location. We walked to Haycraft Park everyday and enjoyed the miles of beach and tidepools. We also walked over to Ma'alaea Harbor for a sunset sail, restaurants and the aquarium. The unit itself is roomy and was stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen needs. The highlight of course was the lanai that faces the bay as well as the beautifully manicured grounds. Looking forward to our return next season. Thanks so much!

Wonderful condo!

Great condo with a short walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, & the marina. The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed. There were beach toys and coolers in the closet. We could see turtles in the water from the balcony. We enjoyed our free time sitting out there listening to the waves. The two tours we went on picked us up right by the parking lot. Everything was very convenient. Sandra was great at communicating and answered all of our questions ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Mahalo!

Not quite what we expected

This area was not very convenient for us to stay. The beach at the end of the street was extremely small and there were several homeless families there we did not go in the water we did not feel it was safe there we spent most of our time in Lahaina , which was about 30 minute drive each way there weren’t really any stores nearby. We were grateful there was one gas station around the corner that had coffee but for anything else you really had to drive quite a ways just was not one of the better places that we have stayed at in our last 20 years of traveling .

Ocean Paradise

I was sad to leave this beautiful condo which was like staying in paradise. My husband and I and our son and his girlfriend spent a week and agreed it was the best choice on the island. It is centrally located on a beautiful bay only being a short distance from the airport, a couple good restaurants, the Sugar Beach where they went snorkeling and most of the sights. The grounds are lovely with a green soft grassy area. The palm trees waved as the waves lapped on the volcanic rocks. There were many chairs for outdoor seating as well as a lovely area to grill. We ate out on the lawn several nights. The best part was the sound of the waves which we could hear all through the condo. We spent hours watching the turtles. The condo was furnished with everything one could possibly need at the beach ( chairs, snorkeling equipment, ice chests, etc.). Check in was simple and all my questions were answered quickly. I would definitely stay here again. I give it an A+.

Needs some serious TLC

View is great and furniture in good shape but there were multiple problems. Here are just a few...screen door to balcony was really hard to open and had holes in it. Maintenance fixed the runners but not the holes. Soap, shampoo, etc. was cheap motel quality. An old rusted a/c on the balcony was an eyesore. Standing fan in the front room was encrusted with dust. Exhaust fan in one bath ran continuously. Even though VBRO gave us an 11am checkout time, management insisted on 10am, plus all dishes cleaned, trash cans empty, recycling put out, etc. Maybe the listing price reflected these shortcomings but a little extra care would have made our stay way more pleasant.

We love Maui

We have had the best time in Maui. This location is great to be away from the crowd in the more touristy parts of Maui, about 25 minutes away from Lahaina one way and Wailea the opposite way. The condo was just what we needed for my in-laws, who have now visited all 50 states, and my husband and I. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beach access is just down the road and there are sea turtles right on the property by the shore. It was a great vacation.

Amazing stay with an ocean view!

We absolutely loved staying at this location! We got to see the beautiful ocean and mountains in the background from Our balcony, utilize the pool and common areas, and we had everything in the house that we needed in terms of amenities! Would definitely come back and also recommend this place to others! Our friends and I loved it!

Wonderful Visit

The property was as described. Beautiful view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager was helpful when we arrived and parking spot was taken, they quickly provided a temporary spot until ours was vacated. Would stay again.
