Casa de nueva construcción orientada al sur en Bayview, ID. Disfrute de los amaneceres de la mañana, las tardes en el lago y los atardeceres al atardecer. ¡Nuestra casa moderna en el lago es tu hogar lejos del hogar!

El espacio:

Nuestra NUEVA casa de dos pisos se encuentra en una ladera, con vista al lago Pend Oreille y al pueblo de Bayview, ID. Justo al lado de la carretera principal, recorres un camino de tierra por aproximadamente 1/4 de milla antes de llegar a la casa. Hay un lugar de estacionamiento ** justo al otro lado de la casa, que puede acomodar hasta 3 autos (o 2 vehículos más grandes). El nivel principal ofrece una sala de estar con impresionantes vistas al lago, puertas de doble correderas de vidrio que se abren a la envoltura superior alrededor de la cubierta, un sofá cama doble, cocina completamente equipada, rincón para comer (asientos de mesa hasta 6), 3 / 4 baños (ducha, no bañera) y 1 dormitorio. El dormitorio se conecta al baño, tiene una cama king size y vistas parciales al lago. El nivel inferior de la casa tiene un área de juegos / sala de estar espaciosa con un sofá cama Queen. Las grandes ventanas a lo largo de la pared sur ofrecen vistas más increíbles del lago. En cualquiera de los extremos hay puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren hacia abajo, alrededor de la cubierta. El segundo dormitorio, justo al lado de la sala principal, tiene una cama tamaño queen sobre la cama litera, más una cama doble. También encontrarás un baño completo y un lavadero completo. Hay 4 televisores inteligentes en toda la casa, todos con reproductores de Blu-ray. Una mesa de barbacoa y grande, estilo granja, se encuentra en la cubierta inferior para disfrutar de sus comidas al aire libre. Desde la cubierta inferior, puedes acceder a las escaleras que te llevan al lago y al muelle. ¡El amplio muelle ofrece mucho espacio para descansar, pescar y divertirse en el lago! ** Tenga en cuenta que el espacio de estacionamiento no está diseñado para vehículos recreativos / remolques de embarcaciones / campistas. No permitimos que aquellos en el sitio.

Amazing family vacation!

Our weekend stay was absolutely amazing! The mountain/lake views for our morning coffee, lunch and dinner were stunning! Our children loved spending many hours in the lake, star gazing at night and playing in the game room. The scenery is just breathtaking! Thank you for making our stay cozy, comfortable and kid friendly!

Relaxing Lakefront Vacation

Great Place

This house was fantastic. If the weather was nice we would have enjoyed the outdoors. The weather was not nice, but we were kept entertained by all the other ameniti was of thus great vacation rental.

Gorgeous Lake Views

We absolutely loved our stay at this lake house. The view and surrounding areas were utterly fantastic. There were families of deer and quail that greeted us every day, and the kids loved playing in the lake. The house was clean and well stocked and communication with the homeowners was fantastic. Can’t give this a better review, we will definitely be back in the future!

Bayview beauty!

Beautiful property exactly as described on VRBO! The house is beautiful, clean, very nicely decorated and the views are to die for! The kitchen is very well stocked and the downstairs game room has so many games/activities for the kids. The kayaks on the private dock was icing on the cake. I could go on and on about how wonderful this house is. We had zero issues during our stay.....check in and out were a breeze. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Listing

Property was very nice, the views were excellent. The kids loved using the dock and all the toys. The house was very clean and the game room was fun. The only things to say that needs attention was the cloths washer smelled a little and the oven smoked a bit when we tried to use it. Every thing else was wonderful.

Beautiful lake house

We loved our stay in this beautiful house right on the lake. It had everything we needed and more. We all enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding. Our son loved the game room. He’s only 4 so he got his first experience with air hockey, packman and foosball. His life has changed forever! We enjoyed the proximity to silverwood but also being able to come back to the serenity of the house and the lake after a long day at the park. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Silverwood visit with grandkids

We had an amazing visit, we arrived on a Sunday afternoon, I do recommend arriving in the daylight as finding the property at night could be quite challenging. We only. Has one issue locating the property, the dirt road you turn on is “Jeepster” and this not mentioned in the directions but we were able to figure it out based the mileage descriptions. Looked like a newer sign so this may be a recent change. Directions are perfect, home had all the amenities of home and was very quiet and relaxing, loved setting on the deck at night and in the morning relaxing. Very chill, close to Silverwood, great place to unwind. Loved everything about it.

Beautiful home!

This was an exceptional rental. The location and views are phenomenal. The home was stocked with all the necessities and many little luxuries. My family enjoyed the paddleboard and kayaks. I wish we had scheduled to stay longer. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We loved it!

Fabulous cabin rental on the water!

What a wonderful cabin! This cabin is exactly as it’s as states. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, very well appointed with all the equipment/supplies you need. The bed and lines were super comfy & great quality. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views, complimentary use of paddle boards, kayaks and life jackets. The games room, board games & dvds provided added such fun. I would caution future guests to be mindful of the accessibility at this cabin - there’s loads of stairs within the property and the driveway/road is a touch frightening - definitely do not drive your boat past the village of Bayview, and really communicate with the hosts about parking etc. BEFORE arriving. Requesting additional pictures might be useful. Also, the village of Bayview is very small and I’d recommend sticking up on groceries in one of the bigger nearby centers.

The Best Lake Home Ever!!! If you want to know why read the review, guarantee you will love it

We have used home rentals from New York to Florida Southern California to Northern Washington and everywhere in between we look for the neighborhood that is secluded but not too far from great things something that holds our family Of six and will be a place we remember. And we will remember this place. It is the best home we’ve ever stayed in we’ve paid way more for way less the home is perfect very comfortable, but extremely nice inside without feeling over the top, everything is new inside, from the kitchen to the bedroom, especially for how inexpensive it is to rent. They provide way more than any place i have been from, kayaks, a game room, perfect kitchen, and amazing dock with Lakeside views moorings for a boat. We spent one day at Silverwood for the younger kids one afternoon doing a ropes course for the older kids and the remainder of the time just hanging out on the dock or on the deck watching the bald eagles in Osprey flyby, fishing relaxing at night watching movies and TV and playing games we were only there for four days but guarantee will come back again. This is the perfect place, no buts.

Lake House Getaway

Recharge at this beautiful lake house. Very peaceful and serene. The home has many comfort amenities as the owners clearly stay at the property too. For example, high quality linens, toilet paper, coffee supplies and cooking equipment. Another nice feature is how quiet the "game" floor of the house is relative to the "relaxation" floor above. It's hard to believe they're only one stairway away. Hosts are responsive and very helpful.

Dream Lake House

One of our favorite VRBO rentals ever!! Gorgeous, clean, comfortable, new home at a dream location on the lake. My family enjoyed our stay so much! The views and access to the lake was amazing. We loved relaxing on the dock, playing with all the kayaks, paddle board, beach toys, and very much appreciated the life jackets being provided. Highly recommended!

Perfect house, perfect location, perfect hosts!

My wife and two friends spent an amazing time at this idyllic lake house. The house itself is immaculate, almost like a set with props at a ver nice furniture store. It was spotless and had everything we can possibly need plus more. The beds are super comfy the pano windows offer an awesome view to wake up to in the AM. Location is peaceful, fairly secluded and right on the lake, which was a must for us! We spent relaxing days swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding. All the while, the Knolls played perfect hosts. They have a beautiful home that they clearly love and take care of, and their thoughtfulness as hosts shows in the entire setup. We can’t wait to return!

It has always been a dream of ours to have a lake place to call our own. Jeremy grew up on the waters of lake Pend Oreille, so when this property became available, we jumped on it!
