Casa del lago Garrison en la encantadora Port Orford Oregon

Hermosa propiedad de Garrison Lake en Port Orford, OR. El lago está adyacente al océano, por lo que puede hacer kayak, paddleboard o tomar la pequeña lancha a poca distancia a través del lago y estar en la playa de Agate durante horas explorando las piscinas de mareas, buscando ágatas y relajándose. La casa es muy privada y se encuentra entre una reserva de humedales y árboles vecinos. Dos dormitorios y dos baños con un altillo también. Casa duerme cómodamente 6. Todo lo que necesitas está ahí esperándote, solo trae tu ropa. El cobertizo de almacenamiento en el lateral tiene bonitos kayaks, tablas de remo y bicicletas para su uso. Hay una gran barbacoa y un patio exterior con fogata y calentador, y una estación de limpieza de pescado en la parte posterior. Tenemos un cuidador local que es fantástico si tiene algún problema o pregunta, está a solo 6 casas de distancia.
El nuevo muelle construido en 2018 es perfecto para lanzar los kayaks y SUP o sentarse allí con un vaso de vino / cerveza para pescar algunas de las mejores pesca de truchas en el sur de Oregón desde el muelle. Es un lago lleno y la pesca es increíble. Mira las magníficas olas chocar contra las rocas del océano, es absolutamente impresionante ver. ¡Prepárate para interactuar con muchos animales salvajes, ciervos, pájaros y muchos, muchos peces saltarines! Cada estación tiene su belleza. El invierno trae algunas de las tormentas más espectaculares del Pacífico Noroeste y el verano es tan hermoso como puede ser.

I have stayed in numerous rental properties and this was by far the best! The pictures are great, but in person it is even better. The house has everything you could possibly want, and the location is perfect. Kelly is very friendly, and available to answer any questions. I can’t say enough good things about this property, and I can’t wait to come back.

Lakeside relaxation

This was a great house! Easy to rent, excellent amenities, clean and cozy. All fixtures worked well. Comfy for my family. Great to watch the sunset and the distant waves crashing on the rocks over the dune.

What a wonderful month! This gem is clean and comfortable and equipped for adventures. As a cook, I was amazed that any pot, pan, or tool I could require was in the cupboards or drawers. There was even a plethora of spices! We used the canoe to explore the exquisite lake, and we fell into the comfy beds each night grateful for another cool, beautiful day. We are already reserved for the next two years! That's how much we love Kelly and her Garrison Lakehouse.

A slice of heaven!!

This home is amazing! The views from the property are beautiful! Lake and ocean views at the same time. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Clean and cozy and decorated beautifully! It was great to have access to the kayaks as well. We were visited by deer daily, a family of four and a doe and her spotted fawn. Lots of birds to watch, hummingbirds too! Wish I would have booked for more nights, next time! Will definitely book this property again!

Wonderful home!

Immaculately clean home with many amenities. The candy was a special touch. The view is unbeatable and it was so fun to watch the deer come through the yard. I would absolutely recommend this listing and would return again.

Amazing Lake & Amenities

Even more beautiful than the photos depict. Decorated and homey, we felt very welcome here. The host was very generous. Used the SUP and kayak on the lake and it was wonderful.

Great place to stay!

We loved our time in Port Orford. The owner and property manager were great and super responsive. The house was clean and the view was great!! We got fresh fish from the docks each day and had an amazing time. Next time we stay in Port Orford, this will be the place to stay!!!

Amazing!

This house is well kept, clean and fully stocked. The beds are comfy with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathrooms have plenty of nice towels and toiletries. Very beautifully decorated, overall we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful relaxing stay

This is a beautiful and restful stay. Has a wonderful view of Garrison Lake and Agate beach is very close, lots of places to walk and enjoy nature. The house is very comfortable and clean. Great fishing right off the dock! Would definitely go there again. Thank you Kelly!

Spectacular setting!

Spotless lakefront home with views of the ocean. This home has everything you need to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Super cute decor with comfortable furnishings. Very peaceful and quiet with an abundance of wildlife, including bald eagles, deer and herons. The otters swam up to the dock in the mornings and evenings. A truly magical vacation rental. Like an internal massage! Check in was easy and the owner was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Quiet, peacful stay

Perfect location for a quick weekend getaway. Great location on Garrison lake, and just a short distance to Agate beach. House was clean, check in easy, and we will be back when it warms up!

Absolutely fantastic lake house

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. It was everything and more! It’s the small details that made it. We spent Christmas holiday there.. the house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked with all the cooking tools you would need, the beds were super comfortable, the house was cozy. The views were stunning and Kelly was incredibly helpful. Check in and out process was a breeze. I’ll definitely be going back.

Clean and comfortable lake house

This spotless, comfortable lake house, in a unique location (with lake and ocean views) is the perfect place to relax. The house is well-stocked and was nicely decorated for a Chistmas-time visit. We enjoyed paddle boarding in the lake, watching and listening to the big surf, walking to the beach, a short hike nearby with amazing views, excellent crab-melt sandwiches from a local restaurant, watching the deer wander through and the peace and quiet. Highly recommend.

Garrison Lake hideaway

Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, comfortable house with a spectacular view. Also if you are into paddling or rowing you will find easy access from your front yard right into the lake. We loved all of this and will try to get back again!

So great!!

We had a great stay in Port Orford! The house was perfect for the 3 of us, clean, comfortable and in a great location! Port Orford is a pretty quiet place, which we enjoyed, but we could easily drive to the surrounding sites. Staying on Garrison lake was relaxing, the dock was a perfect spot for afternoon cocktails , hearing the crash of the ocean waves was an added bonus! I would not hesitate to rent Kelly's place again.

19th Anniversary ❤

It was relaxing and romantic. Kayaked the lake, combed the beach, snuggled and watched the rain. Kelly is the best she had left a card and wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. Can't say enough nice things!

One of our best vacations!

This place was perfect for us. The view from the house is amazing and the privacy is great too. We loved being on the lake and close to the ocean. We had good weather so we really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We also biked the short distance to the park to play minigolf. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was very comfortable. Kelly was a great host and checked in with us leading up to our vaction and at arrival and answered all questions very quickly. It was one of our best vacations ever and exactly the break we needed! Thank you so much!
