Dear Glen, Thank you for your feedback. It has been a difficult search for vanities and tiles to complete the bathrooms last winter due to COVID 19 restrictions. All bathroom & tile stores were closed and these items could only be viewed online. When the stores did open (June 15) delivery was often 2 months or more. We reached out four times after your Nov 17, 2020, initial reservation to explain the gaps but did not get a single response (email Feb 7, 2021, email July 26, email July 29, and phone call July 31). Finally, we got a callback on Aug 3rd, two days before check-in. We were frustrated about the missing items but we could not connect with you to explain the incomplete tiling and the lack of one vanity. We have since installed the vanity (it arrived during your stay). The vrbo website listing does reflect the correct configuration of the 6 bathrooms. Also, the low rental rate you were charged was based on the gaps in the finishing. This is the first year we are allowing guests into our home. A renters guide is in the works and will be ready for the 2022 season. We acknowledge this is valuable and appreciate your feedback.
