MI Oasis Getaway! A solo 200 pasos de la playa en una calle muy tranquila.

¡MI Oasis Getaway es un verdadero oasis tanto en el exterior como en el interior! Cuando ingresa a nuestro alquiler de vacaciones, sus ojos se ven inmediatamente atraídos hacia un techo abovedado de bambú tejido único y luego hacia el hermoso azulejo de travertino italiano. Su ojo sigue la baldosa de travertino hasta el patio exterior. Todo desde la puerta de entrada!

El piso de travertino italiano se encuentra en toda la casa, así como granito tanto en la cocina como en el baño. La cocina está completamente equipada con muchos platos, ollas y sartenes. Una cafetera con filtros y café Starbucks proporcionaba esas mañanas difíciles y una licuadora para esos batidos y margaritas.

La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro con una hermosa vista del paisaje frontal.

El dormitorio principal se ve y se siente como una lujosa habitación de hotel con un colchón King size y suaves sábanas de bambú. También tiene una vista increíble de la relajante fuente de agua de la pared de roca.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos colchones de dos camas con sábanas suaves de bambú. Una gran cantidad de ropa de cama adicional se encuentra en el armario junto con una cama de matrimonio para aquellos huéspedes adicionales que se alojen en el sofá cama oculto.

El armario del dormitorio principal está lleno de baño nuevo y toallas de playa.

El oasis exterior tiene hermosas palmeras maduras y un exuberante patio ajardinado. Tenemos muchos juegos para todas las edades, incluido Corn Hole.

Nuestra escapada MI Oasis está a solo 200 pasos de las playas de arena blanca y azucarada que se encuentran en el lado del golfo de Anna Maria. También estamos ubicados a una cuadra al norte de Pine Street, directamente detrás de la famosa Taquería Poppo 's. Esta ubicación es ideal si no desea alquilar un automóvil, ya que todo está a una corta distancia a pie, o en el Island Trolley gratuito, o en una de nuestras bicicletas de playa nuevas para su uso, sin cargos adicionales.

Very comfortable little spot. Like sleeping in a thatched hut because of the bamboo ceiling. We loved it! Perfect size for two of us. Extremely close to beach & shopping. Our kids & grandkids stayed in a larger home about a mile away so we rented Katy’s golf cart & loved riding around the island.

Excellent choice in Anna Marie

Nice 2 br - clean, easy to check in, great tv's, beach chairs and wagon to haul your gear to the very close beach just a few houses away, less than 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches anywhere. Would highly recommend !

Location, location, location!

We had a great stay at MI Oasis Getaway. The home was super clean and super comfortable. We had all we needed. The home was well stocked with linens, paper goods, and cleaning products. We also had everything we needed for the beach…chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon. We were amazed and super pleased with how close we were to the beach and to the restaurants and shops on the north end of Anna Maria Island. I think the longest walk was just a few minutes. We will be back! We loved Anna Maria Island and this home!

Exactly what we needed

We wanted to stay near pine ave, this house was just the right size for our small family. It was clean, well appointed, and the location was great. Katy was very responsive and accommodating.

Great stay

We had a great stay during our spring break at MI Oasis. The location was perfect and the house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Katy was very responsive to the few issues that arose. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing stay at MI Oasis Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at MI Oasis Getaway! This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and we were so happy to have chosen Katy's property.We are a small family (me, my husband and our 8 year old daughter), so we didn't need an enormous house as so many AMI rentals are. The location is more important to us, and in our opinion, this location was an A. It is a short 1/2 block walk to the beautiful beach and there's plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for nightlife this probably isn't the best location as the surrounding restaurants close pretty early, but it was perfect for us.The house itself was very clean and decorated with a lot of Florida charm. The only drawback for us is that we are not early birds and the bedroom curtains don't block much light, but that is a very small criticism for the overall wonderful property. We did not cook much, but the kitchen was well stocked, and all of the included beach gear is such a nice bonus. There was even a small basket of sunscreen and bug spray. Communication with the host (Katy) was great.In short, I thought this property represented an amazing location and value for Anna Maria Island. I would not hesitate to recommend it and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful location, great owner

We really appreciated the great communication with the owner, easy and well documented check-in. The golf cart was a nice addition, you need one in Anna Maria, parking is limited and everything is so close no need to use our car. Property was a perfect fit for us and our two kids and the location was minutes walk from the beach, pier, shops and food.

Comfortable and Quiet

We enjoyed our stay here as it was comfortable, cozy, and quiet-All top tier requirements for us. The beach was a short walk and the property had all the amenities needed that we didn’t have to pack any beach supplies. I was surprised at how quiet it was although very pleased with that! We give this place 5 stars!

Small Digs, Big Comfort, Great Location

Great first-time trip to AMI and we would book from Katy again. We plan to return sometime - loved AMI! Best things about rental: 1 - Location!! We could be on the beach in 2 minutes and Pine Street is just a block over (Pine street is a fun 'everything' street). The famed City Pier (end of Pine) is only half mile from house. Sandbar restaurant on the beach is 2 blocks away. Truly a perfect location. 2 - Katy is a great communicator. She responded quickly to texts and checked in several times. And we enjoyed meeting her. 3 - the king bed is sooo comfortable. The room has plenty of space and lots of drawers. (Although we used the second room like a closet too.) 4 - Best stocked house we've stayed in: sunscreen, coffee, spices, enough paper goods for the week, soap, etc. (Not like other rentals) Plus a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, floats, toys, and more, ready for usage. 5 - Overall a very comfortable, convenient stay for us. To Consider: The space was very livable and the sectional sofa nice for lounging after an active day. But this is a small beach rental with only a side yard (albeit nicely done) we hardly used given cooler temps and earlier dusk. We are active people who do things until after sunset and go to bed early so great for us. (and we liked sitting out front.) But if lounging around an aesthetic yard is important to your vaca, you might be happier in the other side (same building), which has a nice pool and larger outdoor space.

Incredible Stay

We loved every minute of our stay in Anna Maria Island, and wish we would have booked more time. The house was perfect for my husband and I - we used the twin beds in the second bedroom to store our suitcases instead of unpacking into the dresser. The kitchen was well set up, although we chose to eat our for all of our meals. Kate was a great host, and promptly provided additional beach chairs, as the ones we found had broken backpack straps. The location of the house was perfect for walking/biking to different places...our rental car stayed parked the entire time! We would love to visit again soon!

Beautiful property in an excellent location

We loved our stay. The property was wonderful for our family of four. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The host, Katy was very nice and accommodating. Booking was easy. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Simply Perfect!

We had such an amazing stay in Katy’s VRBO. The unit is just a few steps away from the beach. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We used the bicycles to ride around the island and beach chairs to sit in the sand. Katy was attentive and made sure we were happy! Looking forward to staying there again!
