Esta hermosa casa está a solo unos pasos de la playa, con otras hermosas casas cercanas. Esta hermosa casa es una de las dos, con una construcción de línea de lote cero, por lo que la casa contigua tiene una pared común en el garaje, esta casa tiene su propio patio, piscina climatizada de 82 grados y jacuzzi y vistas desde el balcón. Esta casa es de dos habitaciones, por lo que puede dormir 4, pero tiene un sofá cama en la sala de estar para 2 invitados adicionales. La sala de estar se encuentra arriba y ofrece una gran vista de la playa y el Golfo de México. Hay una terraza en la sala de estar con gran brisa que viene del golfo y una ubicación fantástica para ver las puestas de sol. The house is more than “steps” to the beach. It is about a 3-5 min.walk which is still close but IT IS NOT ON THE BEACH. The pictures make it seem as if it is on the beach. There is a condominium complex in front of the house blocking most of the view of the beach and ocean. Although previous reviews stated the house was not clean, I had faith that this would have been addressed. The glass tables were not cleaned at all - they were very dirty. The area under the breakfast bar had food/crumbs on the floor and the chairs. Bathroom light fixtures in the master bath were extremely dusty. Furniture, specifically the couch is very old and uncomfortable and noisy. Rug in the bathroom had not been cleaned. The Pool was not clean - the pool company came out 3 days after arrival. The pool does not get much sun during this time of year; only between the hours of 10 - 1 and then the sun is on the other side of the house. The pool water was set at 83 which was not warm enough to swim in. We had to plug in the HDMI cord to the back of the TV to get the cable stations to work. The house is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shops to walk to. The masterbed and bath were great. Wi-Fi was great. Despite the issues above, the amount spent for the week was appropriate and aligned with expectations.

Beautiful clean house with a private pool and spa. A very short walk from the beach. Wasn’t more than 5 minute walk. No complaints once so ever. Will book this location in the future. 100%

Great location but needs cleaning

Stayed here for two weeks. I’ll start with the positives: close to beach, shops and restaurants; great view of the ocean; pool was nice; and manager was responsive. Now for the negatives. First the place was filthy. Doesn’t appear to have had a deep clean in years (earlier reviews attest to this). There was built-up dust and dirt on the moldings and window frames. Plus it wasn’t cleaned properly. For example, master bathroom didn’t even appear to have been cleaned - mirror spots, faucet wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste in sink, drain catch had debris, shower glass was spotty, hairs in the shower, mold on shower head, counter dirty, hair on floor. Just gross. Floors all over house were dirty, appliances hadn’t been wiped down. You get the picture. We called the manager the day we arrived and he was apologetic and sent the cleaner the next day. However after hours of cleaning, it was apparent he didn’t know basic housecleaning. My spouse and I cleaned the place ourselves. The second negative is that the place was rundown and tired. Some examples: Couch was stained, chaise lounge by pool broken, bathroom floor tile and grout chipping/missing (and appears to have been this way for quite awhile - I see this in earlier reviews). This could be a great property just needs some upkeep and attention. We can’t wait to come back to Anna Maria Island, just not this place.

Location location location!

This was a great place to stay! With the varying temperatures during our trip, the multiple outdoor options were great! The elevator was a big plus to take our luggage and groceries up and down. We feel lucky we were still able to stay here after the hurricanes, that being said the house needs a little TLC and was not super clean. The hosts were prompt to respond and very courteous! One thing to note about the pool-it is mostly in the shade so it was quite chilly but it has a nice little pool!

Lovely home, Perfect location! Just what we needed!

Loved this house! The location was perfect, close to everything and steps to the beach. It featured a gorgeous small pool with Jacuzzi that was so refreshing after a day at the beach. We were a group of childhood friends on a girl's trip. The house was well equipped with plenty of towels, some beach accessories, as well as a cart to tote items to the beach (1/2 block) Communication with the host was great. There is a garage. The washer and dryer was nice to have! The elevator was great for luggage and groceries. The house is 3 stories to afford a magnificent view from all floors!

AMI in July pretty hot

Lovely home property for couples or family, large enough for privacy and near restaurants and beach. Could walk to many places nearby and didn’t need to go anywhere else for much. Beach toys in garage were a nice surprise. The pool was pretty and it was private, but it was also so hot the water was warmer than you would normally enjoy.

Great place near the beach!

The property was awesome! Loved the different levels and having an ocean view! You can walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy drive to other favorite spots. The space was awesome. Our only complaint would be the bed in master bedroom... mattress is way too soft. My husband and I had daily back pain because of it. I'd recommend the owner get a more "middle of the road: mattress... not too soft, not too firm :) Other than that, we loved this property!!

My family vacation was excellent, locationnof this property made it. Home needs alot of attention, A) Water stains on ceiling in both bedrooms, family room and the worst was in the 1/2 bath on 3rd floor. B) Crown molding peeling in family room as well as in master bedroom. C) Both bathrooms need to be regrouted and need industrial cleaning lots of mold. D) Exterior of house needs a good paint job.

Location location location

You will not be disappointed! The location of this property is perfect! Only steps to the beach and the view of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony is spectacular. The layout of the house works for all and the backyard pool is wonderful for cooling off in the afternoon. The only minimal issue is the cleanliness of the property. It could really use a thorough deep clean and some attention to detail. Overall - a wonderful vacation experience!

Needs a lot of care

We chose this property because of the excellent location and private pool. It did deliver on both those fronts. However, Upon our late night arrival we found the property to be incredibly dirty. So much so that I emailed the property manager right away. The bathroom floors and showers were full of hair. There was so much dust on the ceiling fans that we couldn’t turn them on in fear of it falling. The kitchen was a wreck with food particles everywhere. The floor through out the house looked as if no one had mopped in a month. Many items in the house were in disrepair including the elevator that broke the second day. The couch and beds were so broken down and need replaced. Flaking paint on the ceiling’s, unsafe deck looking over the pool, trash and debris littering the garage, pool deck is unsafe, mold around the air vents, bathroom toilet didn’t flush right, the grout is broken and missing in the master bath, and old well used linens, is just the beginning. The pool was dirty and needed swept and the outdoor grill still had a piece of old salmon in it. I read some reviews on here that were similar to mine and didn’t believe them. It was really unfortunate that we wasted our money on this property. The property manager was responsive and apologetic, but it is very obvious these reviews haven’t encouraged them to step up their game and take better care of the property. Richard did have a cleaner come out the next day to spot clean some areas. Don't Waste your money!

Everything as Promised. Would stay again.

Property was everything promised. Great quiet location, clean, well stocked and comfortable. Nice to not have to go out and buy cleaning supplies, soap, etc. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and free trolley. Just a short walk to beach with nice views of both sunrises and sunsets. Property manager was quickly responsive to questions/issues. Would definitely stay again.

Close to a beautiful beach

The house was great, we liked the heated pool and the terrace from the living room with a view of the ocean was amazing. The beach was really just a step away from the house. Rick was very nice in communication, he responded very quickly to any questions. The proximity of restaurants and shops is also a 3-minute walk. We liked the Italian restaurant (Vinny's Italian Kitchen), because we are Europeans. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back. Eva

Bad experience

Just a few things: Mattress were real bad, sagging in my the center and more. Green areas around the pool abandoned, were cleaned a day before I left. Pavers around the pool uneven, a high risk hazard. Heather wasn’t working., etc, etc.

Great Location

The location of the property was spectacular. The house itself was good and plenty of space for us. However the house could use a refresher and overhaul. Nothing terrible but just could use a pick me up and some TLC. Overall good stay at a good value with an amazing location.

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, a few steps to the beach, and close to all the restaurants and shops! The pool and backyard were so relaxing, and the entire family loved it! We plan on coming to AMI every year, and this will be the home that we book every time!! Thank you for a great vacation in paradise!

Close to the beach and more!

This is as close to ocean front as it gets. There is a clear view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. We loved the layout of the place. The elevator was great for my mother in law who is in her late 70s. Very easy walk to the beach along with restaurants and shops. This is a great house in a great location!

Look out the window at the beach while in the kitchen preparing a meal. Relax on the top deck to watch a spectacular sunset. Short walk to beach to either go swimming, layout on the sand, pick up shells, make sandcastles, or just walk along the shore. Come home latter in the day, BBQ some steaks, float in the pool, it is just Florida living at its finest.
