Justo a tiempo para la temporada de esquí, ahora ofrecemos nuestro recientemente remodelado, acogedor y lindo apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño que está a solo unas cuadras de Main Street Frisco, así como a solo 5 minutos de Copper Mountain, a 10 minutos de Breckenridge, 15 minutos a Keystone, 30 minutos a Vail. Esta es una parte cerrada de nuestra casa. Es súper cómodo, te sentirás como en casa. También teniendo en cuenta la temporada para el resto de la temporada 2019.

Nueva cama Queen y colchón en el Master, una nueva cama Twin sobre cama doble y colchones en el segundo dormitorio, capacidad para 5 personas en camas. Toda la cocina nueva con todo lo necesario para preparar comidas y ahorrar dinero. Baño nuevo con lavadora y secadora recién instaladas para su comodidad mientras se hospeda allí. Nuevo televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 4 "y 50", así como Internet de alta velocidad. Cada habitación tiene un calor separado para que todos se sientan cómodos. Estacionamiento para hasta 2 autos. Este apartamento es un lugar tranquilo y cómodo para quedarse (no es un complejo de condominios ruidoso, sino en nuestra casa personal), y NO es para que un grupo grande venga a la fiesta y haga ruido.

Se aplica una tarifa de limpieza de $ 100 una vez durante su estadía. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS ni FUMADORES de ningún tipo (incluido MJ).

Perfect stay!

Mark did an excellent job of hosting and communicating. His Frisco apartment was spacious, clean, very quiet and perfect for our visit to various places - Moab, Leadville and Buena Vista. Didn’t get to stay long enough for sure!!! We loved the outdoor deck for dining and the quiet friendly neighborhood- well done Mark’ hope to be back soon!

Great property with fantastic owners.

Our family of 4 stayed at this property 2 weeks ago and made a couple of suggestions. 2 weeks later those things were addressed. This unit is well appointed and Mark is super responsive. The location is fantastic for any of the ski areas and Frisco is great. If you are looking for a great place to stay for a good value, then this is the place for you. Thanks Mark.

A small, but user friendly place

This listing is accurately presented. The property is a small basement apartment, and is a bit dark inside because of that, but has a nice little deck which benefits from great all around views of the the close peaks around Frisco. I personally enjoyed that spot very much reading or playing my guitar. The apartment is quiet, a plus, but still very close to downtown Frisco and the shops there. Because the unit is small, it may not be a place you would want to hang out in a lot, like you might in a bigger condo with lots of views out the window, But if you are looking for a clean, quiet place to stay while you ski, drive around, or play in the mountains you will enjoy this spot. The owners are communicative and easy to work with.. All around, I am glad I found this spot.

Thanks Alan for your stay amd honest review! FYI for anyone considering it, it's a garden level apartment not a dark basement apartment. The windows are about 30 in tall in each room, about the top 1/3 of the wall. It's as dark as you want to be with the blinds drawn or certain times of the day as light as you want it to be. Great place in frisco

This is a great place to stay and a great location to Frisco. Property owner was very communicative and responsive with anything we needed. Property was clean and perfect for my husband and I to stay with our daughter for the week.

Frisco Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay in Frisco. The rental was Very nice, perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed and then some. The central location was excellent, blocks from Main Street and vert easy access to 70. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains. The owner was very nice, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure we were ok when we had some car issues. We will definitely be back...

Perfect home base for Frisco Adventures

Nicely remodeled and well equipped. Perfect for a family of four. Owner was gracious and we were able to park our small trailer there which was awesome. We would definitely stay again. Our only requests would be a larger coffee pot and chairs for the outside table. Otherwise we loved it! Thank you so much!

Thanks for staying and enjoying the apartment and Fall colors in Frisco! I did want mention that there was a full set of 4 outdoor deck chairs and table umbrella in the storage closet in the apartment. No biggie, just next time you come and stay!!

Frisco fantastic

Perfect size and private. Short walk to downtown Frisco and 1/2 mile to endless road and mtb trails. Great shower, beds and kitchen.

Clean, modern and cozy two-bedroom nestled in Frisco

Clean, well-stocked two-bedroom space attached to private home with separate entrance. Communicating with owner was excellent - a very important issue for us. Everything is as described, and the price was right. Well located for the Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon activities we took part in. We grilled twice during our five-day stay and had lovely dinners outside. Would definitely stay here again.

This was such a cute apartment. Very clean and well cared for. The owner, Mark, and his wife were wonderful to deal with. They were onsite during some of our stay and they were very pleasant and we enjoyed getting to know them a little. The only negative, and it’s not really “negative” is that if you’re coffee drinkers like my husband and I are, you may want to bring a pot with you. There was a coffee pot but only a 5 cup, so we had to refill every day. Apartment is in a nice location and we look forward to future stays. Thanks!!

Perfect Stay in Frisco

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mark’s place. The property was very clean, tidy and cool. We rode our bikes to Frisco’s Main Street and the Marina. It was nice to ditch the car for a while and enjoy the scenery and great weather. We prefer the pace of Frisco and the ease of access to other mountain towns if we want to explore. Mark was easy to communicate with and considerate. We appreciated his care and cleanliness of the rental in light of the pandemic. We can’t wait to come back!

Affordable and comfy

The accommodations were perfect, the owners provided everything needed. Conveniently located between Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, we would definitely stay there again on our next ski trip.

Property was clean and updated. Wireless access was handy and brisk with Cable TV available as well. Granite countertops were very nice. Kitchen was well appointed with updated stainless appliances, dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was fresh, clean and updated with ceramic tile surround and rain shower nozzle. Washer dryer combo in the bathroom allowed easy laundry during the week. Access was easy from I-70 with entry and exit on plowed streets (Winter). Location was convenient to local attractions. We really enjoyed staying at this property.

Very nice apartment at best location

The apartment is very nice, has a brand-new look, and includes all the fixtures one may need. Internet is very fast and reliable. The apartment is centrally located for people who want to ski in Vail, Breck, and Keystone.

Great place for our family of four.

Check In was easy. Very convenient location for skiing. Close to downtown Frisco. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The only things missing were a humidifier and some wash clothes. Great unit for the price.

Nicely remodeled; perfect for our family of 4

We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit had all the necessities (towels, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc.), and was nicely remodeled. It was a perfect size for our family of four. Really convenient Frisco location was a quick ride to Copper Mountain. The owner (Mark) was super attentive and legitimately wanted to ensure we had a good stay (texted me multiple times to make sure things were good). He even picked up a pizza for us when he was going to the same pizza place, saving us a trip out in the snow. If that isn't A+ service, then I don't know what is! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
