A estrenar 4 habitaciones, 2 master suites, piscina casa .. Abril 2019

Hermosa casa nueva con PISCINA de 4 habitaciones, (2 habitaciones principales) 50 pies del acceso a la playa, calle sin salida, área ideal para familias. La casa es la casa de la piscina de estilo de mediados de siglo, todos los muebles nuevos. Precioso patio trasero con piscina en el suelo, área de pavimentadora con mesa, sillas, muebles de salón y parrilla. Cercado en el patio. Numerosos juguetes de playa disponibles y un corto paseo de 50 pies hasta la playa. Tres restaurantes cercanos y lanchas para pescar. Esta es nuestra quinta casa de vacaciones en los últimos 20 años. Hay tres casas adicionales disponibles en las cercanías, si es necesario para ser más grandes, háganos saber sus necesidades. Publix disponible dentro de 3 millas por conveniencia y muchas cosas que hacer cerca. El centro es un corto de 4 millas al sur. Parque estatal de Guana, 3 millas al norte, donde se puede pescar, hacer cangrejos,
 Alquiler de kayak y un hermoso parque para pasear.

Great place near the beach!

This house was great! The neighborhood was nice and it was a short walk to the beach. Everything was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, even the twins! We would definitely rent this again.

Better than the pictures...and those were good!

This property had everything to make our vacation enjoyable. Well stocked with beach and pool toys along with anything we could think of to make our stay comfortable. Property was clean and located a very short walk away from the ocean. Also near some great restaurants and only a 15 minute drive away from St. Augustine. Highly recommend.

Best family vacation ever!

This is our family’s second time vacationing here. This stay was even better since we knew the “lay of the land.” The accommodations were perfect for six adults and two children. We love the pool and easy beach access. Our hosts could not be anymore gracious. They were open to a few special requests that helped our out of town family’s airport needs smoother. We hope to rebook sometime in the future.

Great vacation house!!!

We had such a wonderful time in Vilano. Our house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beach, which was only a 2 minute walk. Sunrises were absolutely beautiful. We loved coming back from the beach and unwinding in the pool. We will definitely be back. Thank you Grayson and Matt for making everything special.

Wonderful Place for Family Vacation

Our family couldn’t gather for the holidays this year, so we decided to do a winter family vacation to Florida instead. This property with the amazing hosts was a spectacular choice! Great property

Everything was as described. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The patio area was a great space to gather and relax with friends. There is a short cut to beach near the house but you have to walk over a hill which may be hard for someone with bad knees.

Amazing Home

We stayed at this house for a family wedding nearby and the home exceeded our expectations. The location is great, the beach was amazing, the house and bedrooms were spacious and so comfy! The house was well equipped for kids of all ages. I loved the baby gates even though we didn't need them. I also noticed they had tons of toys and supplies for very little kids. Wish we had stayed here when my boys were younger. Will definitely try to get back here again for another stay when it's a bit warmer.

Highly Recommend!!!!

My expectations were set pretty high after reading the other reviews about the home, and they were right! The home was supplied with everything we needed for the weekend! Loved having the baby gates at the stairs and the gate to enter the pool. Definitely gave us a peace of mind with our 1 1/2 year old! The pool area was wonderful and was nice to have the pool heated! All of the beds were very comfortable. We loved the short walk to the beach every morning to enjoy the sunrise! Overall, I can not say enough great things about our stay! My only advice for future renters is to bring cases of water bottles as the refrigerator does not have a water dispenser :) Thank you so much Grayson and Matt! You have a beautiful home!

Slice of Paradise

Beautifully maintained rental home!! Very well-appointed with plenty of space (great layout). We enjoyed a wonderful visit to St Augustine for Thanksgiving... the home has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of additional linens/blankets provided. Everything was very clean and as pictured. No need to worry about beach chairs, floats, etc. all provided. If you are traveling with young kids ~ great find!! safety gates for stairs/pool, toys, blocks, books, beach items... they have thought of it all. Highly recommend!!! Nearby we enjoyed: Guana Timucuan Trail and Research Center, Aunt Kate's restaurant, George St. Have fun exploring!

Awesome hosts

Okay, well, we didn't get to stay here because of hurricane Nicole, so I don't really know about the location, check-in process, and neighborhood - but these hosts are fantastic! Grayson was perfectly communicative all the way along, and I hope we get the good fortune to stay here one day! A little kindness goes a long way, and Grayson and her husband were loaded with kindness for our awful situation!

College Girl's Trip #24

We had a great adventure in St. Augustine and on the beach for our annual college girl's trip. This home was perfect! Our 1st with a pool. We love to spoil ourselves during these trips and this place did not disappoint! The location to everything we wanted and needed was within 15 minutes! The only downside was that we should have rented it for a longer period of time, ha! Shout out to the owners! THANK YOU!! IT WAS MAGICAL!!

Great house in Vilano Beach

The house still feels new and is very nicely finished. The backyard and small pool were great for relaxing. Very short walk to beach, just realize the dunes are steep to get to beach area. Only 5-6 minutes to Publix and other stores. Away from crowded St. Augustine and beaches further south allow for quiet but great proximity.

Perfect getaway house!

We went on our vacation to Vilano Beach on a whim. We knew nothing about the area, but were delighted to find a quiet community nestled on the ocean and just a short drive across a bridge to the quaint and inspiring town of St. Augustine. The Driftwood cottage was a beautiful, functional and relaxing place to call home. Nicely decorated, well-equipped and clean, we were comfortable and at ease during our stay. The photos certainly do not do the house justice. The floor plan of two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs suited our two families well. The large kitchen was stocked for meal preparations and its exterior door was very convenient when restocking poolside snacks or preparing the meals we ate outside. The pool area is an oasis: absolutely gorgeous landscaping which adds an exotic feel. The kids spent every day in the pool. We appreciated everything from the pool toys, regular pool maintenance and the safety gate from the house to the pool which minimized parent-worry. A beautiful oak tree provided shade for some of the pool area. After the kids went to bed, the parents enjoyed the magically lit oak tree. The beds were incredibly comfortable; the airiness and and quality AC allowed for perfect nights of sleep. The ocean is very close and easily accessed. The road (A1A) between the house and beach access had plenty of breaks in traffic to allow for safe and easy crossing. There is some stair climbing/ sloping that would be difficult for those with mobility issues. Otherwise, it’s a quick jaunt to a beautiful beach that is calm, lightly populated, and full of shells and great waves. Finally, our host was attentive and went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate our group in ways that were unexpected. We will be forever grateful for our stay and experiences in Vilano Beach!

Everything about the stay was exactly as advertised (and maybe even better). House is well laid out for a family with 3+ kids. Pool being heated made it possible for our family to enjoy it even in March. We walked barefoot from the front porch to the beach in less than 5 minutes each time. Melanie responded quickly with great recommendations for all of our questions. Thank you again!
