Waterfront home with dock, heated pool, & spectacular views- walk/bike downtown!

Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is located on Salt Run. We have a large back patio with outdoor dining and sitting area, 4 lounge chairs with umbrellas, firepit area, putting green with corn hole boards, outdoor ping pong table, a private heated pool, 3 kayaks, and a dock with floating dock for boat access. Fish, swim, kayak or paddleboard right off the dock or use one of our three kayaks to paddle across to Anastasia State Park and walk over to the ocean for an adventure. You can rent a boat (or bring your own) and tie it up at our dock during your stay. After a day of boating, touring the city, or visiting the beach, come back and take a dip in the pool. You can walk to a number of nearby restaurants and bars or even walk/bike to downtown St. Augustine to see the Fort and shop. We are a little less than a mile from the Bridge of Lions. Bring your bike (or use one of our 4) and explore Lighthouse Park and walk up to the top of the lighthouse for beautiful vistas. You are also biking distance to the Amphitheater for great concerts or check out the local Farmers Market there on Saturdays. Bring your camera and take pictures right off the back deck of numerous birds, dolphins, sea turtles and manatees. Collect oysters from across the Inlet or put our crab trap out and cook up some blue crab or your fresh catch for dinner in our fully equipped kitchen. Wake up and enjoy the splendor of the beautiful sunrises while having your morning coffee on the back deck. We welcome you to enjoy our little piece of paradise!
There is a smaller separate rental on the property but it does not share any amenities/spaces. The patio, pool, & dock are solely for main house guests.
