Alquiler de vacaciones en Lake Tahoe en la costa norte de Tahoe City en Dollar Point. Cuatro habitaciones, altillo, 3 baños (duerme 8-10 +). Nota: duerme 8 en camas en habitaciones. La ropa de cama adicional incluye: el sofá (2), el colchón de repuesto (1 doble, 1 reina), una cama para niños muy pequeña y espacio para 2 colchones de aire provistos por los huéspedes en el desván. Más allá de 10 personas y te sentirás abarrotado.

Cocina gourmet completamente equipada y ropa de cama.

Patio trasero totalmente ajardinado con césped. Barbacoa (2), chimenea, terraza, patio, herraduras, pelota boccie, TV por cable Spectrum, DVD, reproductor de CD, acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad inalámbrico. Asociación de propietarios de viviendas: piscina a 5 minutos a pie, área de juegos para niños, área de parrillas o picnic, canchas de tenis, playa privada en el lago, a 15 minutos a pie, área de parrillas y picnic, voleibol y muelle. Nota: La Asociación de Propietarios ha decidido implementar una nueva política con respecto al uso por parte de los inquilinos de las instalaciones recreativas. La HOA ahora cobrará $ 10 por persona, por día.

Esquí en la nieve: Squaw Valley (8 millas), Alpine Meadows (6 millas) y Northstar (13 millas).

Esquí acuático, pesca, kayak, pesca de crawdad. Rampa del barco 1 1/2 millas. Senderismo, ciclismo, esquí x-country y ciclismo de montaña a menos de 1 milla. Casinos de juego a 25 minutos o 1 hora en coche de Reno o South Shore. Clases de clase mundial 40 minutos 10 min. a 1½ horas de distancia.

Nuestra casa tiene un gran patio trasero con césped. El patio está rodeado de pinos, temblores Aspen y follaje natural. Disfrute de un juego nocturno de bochas, dardos o una ronda de herraduras. Contamos con un amplio patio con salones y parlantes al aire libre. Cene al aire libre en una de las magníficas noches de verano. La iluminación del paisaje ilumina los árboles a su alrededor.

Great time at "Le Shack"

We got together at Le Shack with a dear family of friends and had an amazing time there. Total 8 people and our pets were there comfortably. We enjoyed the house, very spacious and super well furnished, well maintained with picturesque signs everywhere indicating how things work, very helpful! We spend a few winter days there and the location is perfect. Homewood was closed, so we drove to Diamond Peak, just under 30min, no issues. We also walked to Skylandia, a nice little hike, and Tahoe City is very close by. The owner was very flexible and allowed us to barbecue during the winter, since luckily there was no snow. We can tell the house is very cared for, cozy, and references to bears are everywhere - thankfully we didn't have any encounter :) We'll certainly consider Le Shack in our next Tahoe trip!

Dollar Point Gem!

I’ll echo what others say, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. It really is a great cabin and the location is so hard to beat.Michael is a fantastic host, super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had 2 dogs, 4 kids including a 11 month old and 5 adults and the layout allows for nooks and hangout spots for kids and adults to hang together or get some privacy. The loft was perfect for the kids and the full bathroom.up there was clutch when getting adults and kids ready in the morning. Location wise you are right in Tahoe city, 20 min to palisades and Homewood or 40 for Northstar.Hell you can even get to Incline is about 30 min.Also, kitchen is massive and tons of supplies, we had a great homecooked meal on our last night.We would stay again and it’s a great location for summer too. What a gem of a spot!

Beautiful Tahoe

We really enjoyed our holiday weekend at this location. We loved the big island in the kitchen and that it was fully stocked with the kitchen tools, pans, dishes, and everything needed. It is both cozy and spacious and the front deck and back yard are nice areas to hang out. It’s too bad the HOA voted to disallow access to the beach for renters but not something the homeowner can control. The beach up the street (Skylandia) was a nice spot.

Lovely home at Lake Tahoe

Our 5-day escape to relax with family at Dollar Point was perfect. The home was spacious, with a well-stocked, large gourmet kitchen, and the front deck and back patio surrounded by the quaking Aspen were the perfect setting for drinks and conversation. Great location to Skylandia Beach and perfect location for visiting charming Tahoe City. Our hosts were extremely welcoming.

July 4th

Property manager was awesome and let us check in a little bit early. Description of the house, yard, bedrooms, neighborhood, HOA rules were accurate. It would’ve been really nice if we could have used the HOA facilities, especially access to the beach for Fourth of July. From this location, we were unable to see the drone display from Tahoe city. Of course, since it was the holidays, the traffic and beaches were packed. The drive to Kings Beach was not bad. I really enjoyed walking through Tahoe city and visiting the local shops and eateries. My only recommendation would be to include portable air conditioners in the summer since most locations in Tahoe are not equipped with air conditioning and temperatures are definitely rising. My family and I enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable with all the space and beautiful yard. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful place, great location!

We had a really lovely long weekend at "Le Shack" - I would stay again. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were well set up, and we had multiple fun meals and game nights at the large dining table. The directions and information we received were clear and helpful, and the neighborhood was great. Dollar Creek trailhead is a 5 minute walk away, and all the shops of Tahoe City are a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful cabin, lake view and close to everything!

We loved our stay at Le Shack. The cabin is clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. The fireplace was prepped, and the owner even left us two sleds and a dog leash. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great space for Xmas family holiday

Property as described, large kitchen and island well equipped and great for family cooking together. Large dining table easily seats 8 to 10. Cabin feel without being too rustic, homey decor. Parking tight for 3 vehicles as described , 3 would be difficult for large vehicles or lots of snow. Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely home.

Great location

Great place and an amazing location. We all had a great time even though it did rain and snow all weekend. We brought two puppies with us. They loved it!. Locked front deck and the dog leashes and the backyard made it easier for us. We will be back. The Casey family.

Great home, beautiful views

The home was well-stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Lovely kitchen - super big. Beautiful view from the front porch - a great place to have morning coffee or breakfast. Home was a nice size with many beds! We could have included another family. Definitely go back again. Quiet location - just lovely.

A nice weekend.

This was a very comfortable experience, from making the reservation to our departure. The host made us feel welcome and the property was even better than advertised. The house was spacious, clean and has all the amenities to make it a very enjoyable weekend. The house is conveniently located next to nice trails for hiking and it’s a short drive to downtown for plenty of great restaurants. We really did enjoy our stay.

We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Clean, cozy and great for all ages! We did lots of cooking around the huge farm island, board games on the deck and darts tournaments in the backyard. Really nice and peaceful location, close to shopping and beaches, rafting and minigolf. We hope to come back here again!

Birthday with family and friend

We really loved the home. It really was well stocked. We found everything we needed to cook with in the kitchen. Plenty of garbage bags, paper products, awesome trash compactor, cards, book, games. Kids loved the tv in their room. Plenty of firewood with an awesome living room with fireplace. We really felt at home and just loved it! My girlfriend and I went to the nearby 7-11 for scratch off tickets because it was my birthday. We never do this so had everyone there laughing as it took us awhile to pick them out. My girlfriend won $10,000 on a scratcher!!!!! We took it in 7-11 to confirm and let me tell you, all the good lucks from the people there worked! And she only spent $14.00! The house was awesome and beds wonderful! What a trip😁

I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I moved to Reno in 1980 to be closer to skiing for a couple of years and ended up staying.....46 years now. Still love to ski, but play more golf now.

The "cabin" has been in the family for 50 years. I have worked tirelessly to maintain the property and keep it in top shape. All proceeds are used for this purpose and we are more than grateful to all our guests that help us along this journey.

Our family has created wonderful memories over several generations and we are happy to have you create your own at "Le Shack".

Dollar Point is the premier neighborhood on the north shore. The homes are upscale and the views of the lake are picturesque. The location is perfect for access to hiking trails, shopping, dining, beaches and several world class ski resorts.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We have a nice filtered lake view. Our front deck is a chill place to hang out in the summer. Our back yard is a great place for the kids to play on the lawn and is set up for fun with a horseshoe pit, dart board, large BBQ and lounge chairs. In the winter, kids can make sled runs, build snow forts and have snow ball fights....sleds and snow ball makers provided.
