Esta casa adosada completamente renovada se encuentra en el corazón de Key Largo en una comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas. Las comodidades incluyen un puerto deportivo en el lugar (con rampa para botes), acceso frente al mar, estacionamiento de remolques para botes, una laguna de agua salada, 2 piscinas climatizadas, MUCHAS cabañas Tiki en toda la propiedad, un parque infantil, una pequeña playa de arena y canchas de tenis. ¡Los huéspedes pueden navegar, pescar, bucear, bucear, practicar kayak o simplemente relajarse bajo el sol tropical! Pueden disfrutar de excelentes restaurantes junto al agua a poca distancia. El acceso a la rampa del puerto deportivo es gratuito. Si necesita un deslizamiento de barco, háganos saber que le proporcionaremos la información del puerto deportivo.

Nuestra espaciosa casa adosada de tres pisos, tres habitaciones, tres baños y dos salas de estar ha sido completamente renovada con un estilo moderno y cómodo. Dos salas de estar (una en el primer piso y otra en el segundo piso) ofrecen una oportunidad única para que su familia se extienda. La cocina completamente equipada tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de cuarzo y un gran mostrador con 6 taburetes. En cualquier sala de estar, puede relajarse en nuestro cómodo sofá frente a los nuevos televisores de alta definición inteligentes de pantalla plana. Esta casa está convenientemente ubicada frente a la laguna de natación de agua salada ya solo unos pasos del área de la playa de la laguna que se puede ver desde el balcón, ¡un excelente diseño para familias! Los adultos pueden ver a los niños nadar en la laguna mientras se relajan en el balcón con mosquitero.

This was the perfect spot for our visit to Key Largo! The place was incredibly clean and well appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds! We couldn’t find linens for the sofa bed but Fausto responded immediately… they were in the lounger end’s storage. What a great storage space! Thank you for providing such a thoughtfully designed space!!

Great place 100% recommend… but forget getting in contact with the host.. tried many times for questions about parking but never got a reply. over all easy, great place, would stay there again ! The place allows 2 parking spot per unit but they’re able to give us 3 at the gate! We had a total of 4 vehicles, one had to stay parked outside the community on the street

Great Place for the Price

Overall a great stay. Some maintenance is needed throughout, however it's a nice place for the price. Recommend taking a walk out past the marina to enjoy the sunset.

The unit was as described and was clean, comfortable and updated. Excellent and fast response from the host when contacted. Great location on the lagoon and the unit is near both pools. I have rented many different units over the years at Kawama and this unit ranks with the best.

Perfect stay!

We stayed at this property for a girls’ weekend and had an amazing time. House was very clean and looked just like the photos. We had plenty of space. We missed a gift delivery and the owner went out of his way to deliver the gift after our stay. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Key Largo perfection!

The property was just as listed. The home was clean and had all of the amenities we had hoped for. The lagoon view was phenomenal! Each level has its own balcony and bathroom. We were very pleased with the location and gated entry. The community was quite with easy access to ocean views and just a short drive to so many great restaurants. We loved Georgies cafe in Islamorada, and i highly recommend Pinecrest Bakery! Overall we had an amazing time and look forward to returning soon.

Fabulous Location

The three bedrooms were beautiful and provided ample room for the three couples in our group. The condo was fabulous. We enjoyed morning and evening walks to the pier. The lagoon was bigger than we expected and the men in our group went snorkeling ans and saw fish. We drove to local beaches, did the drive to the Keys, and went kayaking in the mangroves, but would have been just as happy spending all our time at the condo . We highly recommend this VRBO
