Just returned from an absolutely glorious stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need was available for our multigenerational group. We both walked and drove to the beach only a half mile from the villa and used many of the resort facilities and restaurants as well as cooking at home. Kai, Anne, and house manager Kawika were nothing short of gracious and helpful. What wonderful people!!

Outstanding Home with a slice of heaven included

Hands down the best home we have ever stayed at with all the comforts of home plus some. Our host Kai what always available if needed but with a home of this quality not much to do but enjoy. The views, location and out door shower were very special. When going to Kona this is the place to stay for a fantastic family vacation.Thank you for everything

Gorgeous home away from home

This is the best home to stay in, especially with small kids. Every possible amenity is there - for the kitchen, the bar, the pool, the beach, and small children. In addition, the home is beautifully appointed, very clean, safe, and offers privacy for all occupants when you need some space. We also enjoyed a view of both the mountains and the ocean from the house. The photos are very representative of the home. Thank you for having us!!

A beautiful home in a wonderful location

We stayed at this beautiful home with our adult children and significant others, and had an absolutely fabulously vacation! The home is lovely, spacious and well maintained. There were so many amenities which helped to make everyone so very comfortable! The property manager, Kawika, was extremely helpful. He was always available, and quickly responded to questions, and anything that we needed! We really had a fantastic time at this wonderful home, and I highly recommend this fabulous property!

This home located in The Residences of Laule'a at Mauna Lani was perfect for our family of 7. Everyone loved the close proximity to the Beach Club, and having access to your new 6-seater golf cart made getting around the resort very easy and fun! The bicycles were an added bonus. There were many pool/beach supplies and toys to take down to the beach which was very helpful. The pool and the views of the golf course and sunsets were amazing!! Lighting the tiki torches at night really set the vibe. Inside the house, every kitchen amenity you can think of was available. The only thing I wished that would have been there was a dish drying rack or mat. Other than that, kitchen was perfectly stocked. Would definitely recommend this home!!

PERFECTION!!

This is truly the nicest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Our family (8 adults & 2 toddlers) just stayed for a week and none of us wanted to leave. The house is furnished beautifully, and has absolutely every amenity you need/want. From a fully stocked kitchen, to beach/pool toys, to shampoo/conditioner & linens…everything is covered. Each couple had a lovely, quiet (private) bed/bathroom, and the common spaces of the house are nice and open. Fyi, the outdoor shower off the primary bathroom is heavenly…never showered inside once! The location of the home is perfect; easy walk/golf cart ride to the beach and shops. Kawika, the rental manager who greeted us at the home, is very kind and helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about this home. My family and I are extremely grateful to have been guests here…we will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Amazing property and perfect location! Such a wonderful stay here with my family- we had such a nice time here and in Mauna Lani. The property slept the 8 of us very comfortably. Amazing family vacation!

This property was perfect for our multi-family vacation. There are three bedrooms all with attached bathrooms in the main house and a separate structure with a room and bathroom. We cooked almost every night- there is a great grocery store within this development that also does order ahead and pick up for your first day/night. The kitchen is well appointed and the grill was amazing. There are two beaches you can walk to- one that is white sand and has the restaurant/bar and activity shack where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, etc and another black sand beach that was quieter and really beautiful. Our family has 8 people that range from 80-14 and we can’t say enough about the time we shared at this property! Thanks Kai and Anne!

THE Perfect Home Away From Home

This property is INCREDIBLE! Even better than the pictures if you can believe it. Modern, clean, spacious and has EVERYTHING you need for the perfect vacation house. We were a group of 8 adults and 1 toddler and it was the perfect size for all of us to spread out. The kitchen is state of the art and large enough for multiple chefs. The pool and hot tub are the perfect size and the golf course backdrop is stunning. It was hard to convince the group to even leave the house each day. To top it all off the property manager was extremely responsive and was able to answer all of our questions as things came up. The entire management team was so accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

An absolute gem

This was by far one of our favorite vacation rentals. The communication with the property management was prompt and professional throughout the rental process as well as during our stay. This home was the most well-appointed one we have ever rented. It literally had everything we needed for a memorable vacation. The space was ideal for our group. It was immaculate with top of the line appliances and amenities. We enjoyed the spacious home indoors and out including the pool, hot tub and garden area. The location was ideal with great eating options just a short ride away. We also loved the proximity of the home to parks and the beach. This home and the hospitality from the management team was everything we were looking for. We look forward to returning.

Easy to relax

This was a relatively new very well equipped rental home with everything we needed for 8 people for two weeks. Clean and quiet with a great location within the Maura Lani resort. Modem electronics and a beautiful kitchen led to easy living for all of us. Our house manager Kawika was always available for the infrequent times we needed some assistance. Sitting and dining on the covered lanai watching the golfers go by as the kids played in the pool was our primary daily activity supplemented by local explorations by golf cart. A beautiful home.

Amazing Property

Outstanding property. Everything in the house was essentially brand-new and as advertised on VRBO. The layout of the house was great, with ample common space and each bedroom having its own bathroom. The Lanai and pool area were great, which was where we spent the majority of our time eating and watching the beautiful sunsets. There is a 4-person golf cart that comes with the house that makes a trek to the beach very simple (although the house is walking distance to the beach club). Our property manager, Kawika, was also great and very responsive to any questions or needs. We would definitely stay here again.

A getaway to remember

We were impressed that the property is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Kai was helpful with our reservation process and questions. Kawika was welcoming when our family arrived and explained everything. The views from the house were spectacular. The interior is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and spells comfort through and through. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked too, with high-end appliances. We spent lots of quality time by the pool the spa and the outdoor lounge area. The resort is in close proximity to beaches and sites, not to mention all sorts of fun and leisurely activities. This was our piece of our paradise for two weeks. Cannot wait to return again!

Great House in a Great Location

This house was roomy, comfortable and of the art. The golf cart was particularly convenient to travel to the local resort and the local food mart. My wife and I stayed in the bungalow while the other eight members of our family were very comfortable in the main house. Overall a great stay in Paradise!

Incredible Stay

We had a fantastic stay - we are 2 couples with kids. The house has all the amenities you could need for yourself and kids, including the super cool golf cart, beach gear, pool toys, sand toys. We all stayed comfortably in the spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom. The backyard with pool and views was gorgeous. The house is in close proximity to the best beach club on the island. We had a blast and would love to return!

Wonderful Stay for a week

We stayed at the property for a bit more than a week. We had a wonderful stay. We picked the place because of the kitchen and outside area and all expectations were met. The check-in was very easy. We had a bit if a hiccup because of our service dog, but that was resolved very quickly. We are hoping to come back here and would recommend this place to many of our friends.

Modern Hawaiian Luxurey

This free standing 4-bed unit in the new Laule'a development at Mauna Lani is efficiently laid out to maximize living and outdoor space. The view from the Lanai and pool is across the 1st and 18th fairways on the South Course and then to the ocean between the Beach Cub and fishponds. The house is uber high tech, which may confuse some at first. But once you get the hang of the Sonos audio/sound system it really is a marvel. Location is probably a 9 on a 1-10 scale, walking distance to Beach Club and golf courses. Unit is essentially brand new and in impeccable shape. Kai, the property manager, was responsive and accomodating. Lovely stay.
