The home offers 867 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space and a large private swimming pool just minutes’ walk from the Mauna Lani Beach Club. You'll find an attached two-car garage stocked with snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs. Cook in the spacious gourmet kitchen or step outside and grill on the large Viking grill. Indoor and outdoor living blend seamlessly with sliding pocket doors and plantation shutters throughout. The Neighborhood:

Perched along the fairways of Mauna Lani’s championship golf course, you’re just 0.2 miles from the Beach Club and minutes to the Shops (and Restaurants) at Mauna Lani. A ten minute drive away you will find all the amenities of Waikoloa Beach. Stores, groceries, restaurants and even a luxury cinema await you. You will be surrounded by the best beaches of the big island, and yet just 30 minutes from the Kona International Airport. If you travel 30 minutes up the coast and to Waimea you will find a charming town abounding with farmer's markets, shopping, restaurants, and a theater that seats 500.



Getting Around:

To explore the Big Island's stunning diversity—from black sand beaches to waterfalls and volcanoes—a rental car is strongly recommended. If you're not driving, consider local tour operators, private drivers, or ride shares. Hawaii Island does not have abundant public transportation.



Other Things to Note:

The home comes with an access card to park at the beach club, so if you are bringing too much gear to take on the four-minute walk, you can choose a one-minute drive instead.

We loved the house and location! Great layout for my family of 6 adults and 1 baby (2 rooms on each end of the house). Super nice pool and patio. The house has been well maintained, including a well equipped kitchen. Check in/check out and communication with the management company was a breeze. But the best part was the location and proximity to the beach club. Just a 5 minute walk and you can enjoy a white sand beach, terrific snorkeling and a delicious restaurant onsite. There are also some good walks that are accessed from there. We would happily rent this house again!

We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable or relaxing stay during our time in Hawaii. The house and host exceed our expectations. The space is thoughtfully and beautifully outfitted for comfort, usability, and fun. The host, Krish, was beyond helpful before our arrival helping us know what to expect and checked in regularly throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we could need. On the day of our arrival we were stunned by the beautiful welcome basket of goodies and fresh orchid, such a thoughtful touch helping us unwind from the moment we arrived. The pool was an amazing addition for our family and was used daily. I appreciated having the pool service come twice during the stay and made it clear the property is well care for and cleanliness is emphasized. All of the the extras - bikes, helmets, beach supplies, pool floats, were of excellent quality and much appreciated. While the ocean views are peek-a-boo, the sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. We’ve already secured another trip back!

Our stay at this house was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was incredible, and we loved watching the stunning sunsets right from the backyard. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything.We especially loved having access to a private beach, just a short 5-minute walk (or quick golf cart ride) to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. We highly recommend renting a golf cart during your stay—it made it so easy to get to the beach, go grocery shopping, grab coffee at the local coffee shop, or stop by the smoothie shop and other nearby stores.After a fun day at the beach, the living room was the perfect place to relax. It was spacious and comfortable, with a big-screen TV for movie nights and plenty of board games to enjoy together. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and beautifully maintained.A special thank-you to our wonderful hostess, Krish, who was always available, friendly, and so helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kona!

This property was nothing short of idyllic! I am a bit of a picky traveler. I care a lot about aesthetics and quality of sleep. This properly met all my needs and then some! The home is beautiful- especially the ample outdoor space. The sunsets are spectacular. The bedding was fresh and crisp. During the day we avoided using the AC in order to enjoy the breeze from the beautiful sliding doors. At night the AC quickly cooled the bedrooms to a very comfortable sleeping temperature (something I’ve had experienced issues with even at the nicest luxury resorts in Hawaii)! The bedrooms were not just cool, but the shudders kept the bedrooms dark making for excellent sleeps for my whole family. The best part was the lovely pool which we used daily. The location is also superb. The beach is one of the most special spots I’ve ever snorkled. It is truly just steps from the home. Many days we walked to the beach. Once we drove once to make use of some of the well-stocked beach supplies provided (chairs, boogie boards etc). I am not interested in cooking while on vacation. We were able to easily walk along the beach to enjoy the restaurants at the Mauna Lani or Napua each night. This was a lovely experience so much more fun than it would have been to drive. The Mauna Lani is a magical 15 walk through the coastal path. It was truly the best start and end to dinnerLastly, our host, Krish went above and beyond and was incredibly kind, organized and responsive. We would love to return!!
