La mansión Renwick es el mejor ejemplo de arquitectura de renacimiento italiano de Davenport. Con hermosas vistas panorámicas al río Mississippi, al centro de Davenport y al pueblo de East Davenport, esta hermosa villa se ubica en cuatro acres de tierra y figura en el registro nacional de lugares históricos en el condado de Scott. ¡Un lugar perfecto para organizar reuniones familiares, reuniones de líderes, eventos corporativos, fiestas de pijamas, celebraciones de aniversario, servicios conmemorativos, estadías prolongadas y más!
Se pueden encontrar detalles excepcionales en cada habitación, con techos de 13 1/2 pies, los tres grandes salones y una biblioteca en el piso principal, todas tienen chimeneas de mármol originales que se han actualizado a gas. También se incluye en el piso principal un gran vestíbulo de mármol, un medio baño y una cocina con un exquisito techo de hojalata y que está equipada con un refrigerador grande, fregaderos, una despensa de mayordomos con utensilios de cocina y electrodomésticos, y varias mesas y sillas que Puede configurarse según sea necesario para hasta 150 invitados.
Subiendo la escalera abierta original de 3 pisos hasta el segundo piso, hay 6 habitaciones completamente amuebladas: 4 con camas tamaño queen, 2 con 2 camas individuales, 4 con chimeneas y 3 con balcones. También en el segundo piso hay un baño completo con bañera con patas, áreas de descanso y acceso al balcón principal sobre la puerta cochera desde donde se puede ver el centro de la ciudad, el río Mississippi y el hermoso puente centenario.
El tercer piso incluye 2 hermosas habitaciones con camas tamaño queen, una segunda cocina, un baño completo que incluye una bañera con patas, dos salas de estar bellamente amuebladas, una que se usa como nuestra Suite nupcial para bodas con techo abovedado y luces de cielo.
Por fin, nuestra proclamada "mejor vista en Davenport" reside en el cuarto nivel, que es la torre donde se obtiene una vista panorámica completa del río Mississippi, Villiage of East Davenport y el centro de Davenport. La torre es el mejor lugar para sentarse y observar la puesta de sol y el amanecer sobre el río y el centro de la ciudad.

A great place for a writing retreat

The location is breathtaking and inspired all of us the whole trip. Everyone had their own room for sleeping and so many places to spread out to write during the day. With six of us sharing the place, we barely ran into each other during quiet time! Despite record heat waves the week we were there, we stayed cool inside. That was a big worry for some of us. The place is very clean, the kitchen has tons of stuff to cook with (but no stove), and we will definitely keep it in mind for any future retreats!

Loved staying at the Renwick

Overall a wonderful experience staying at the Renwick. The property is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space to set up the space for your needs. The hosts were responsive and very accommodating. Check in was simple. Definitely worth a stay here!

Our church team came out to a conference and the Renwick was a great opportunity for our group to both save money (instead of hotels) and have a place to connect and build relationships. It was equally comfortable and magnificent. We enjoyed every aspect.

Awesome Mansion

The mansion is really cool if you like historic design. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations were good. The bathrooms are not ideal for as many people as we had and the showers (in claw foot tubs) are challenging for older folks, but it was worth it.

Good times under one roof

Big group of friends, nine couples. We all got to stay together at a great place with lots of history. The First Annual Quad Cities Street Rod Nationals is what brought us all to the area. The parking was plenty big enough for all 9 of our classic cars. What a great weekend.

Family Holiday Get Together

We had 10 family members that came together for our wonderful holiday celebration. Renwick was perfect for the occasion allowing plenty of space, lots of ambience and beautifully decorated for the holiday. We prepared a couple of meals at the house and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. The owners were very helpful.

Fantastic Space for Our Large Family Gathering

Just finished 4 days at the Renwick Mansion, and it was a fantastic experience all around. Dane and Sarah are terrific hosts, communicative and welcoming from our initial planning all the way thru to our stay. The property is beautiful and historic as well as very clean. Additionally, Dane and Sarah worked with us to set up the space to work best for our group. It’s also ideally located close to downtown. We could not have asked for more. And we hope to be back!

18th Birthday to Remember!

I can't rave enough about this incredible property! The house does not disappoint. A dance competition brought us to Bettendorf on the same weekend my son turned 18! What better way to celebrate he and his bestie(who turned 18 the day before him) than to stay in a mansion with a dozen of your best friends!! This property has everything you could imagine... an observation tower to overlook the river, a parlor for the dad's to play cards and the amenities to have a tritely memorable 18th birthday! The icing on the cake was the incredible property manager, Dane, who was flexible, communicative and overall made this the easiest stay I have had at a VRBO property. If I could give this stay 20 stars it still wouldn't be enough! Thank you so much Dance and Renwick Mansion for memories that will last a lifetime!!!

Beautiful Renwick Mansion

Had a very nice stay, and celebrated Christmas with kids and grandkids.. Decorated beautifully!! Lots of steps as was expected in a historic mansion. Showering, in claw foot tubs was a little challenging for a couple of us.. but was Manageable. Lots of room and sitting rooms made a great space for 12 adults a 7 year old and 1 year old. Room to eat together, but rooms to get some quite time if needed. Bedrooms were very spacious as well. Great experience!

A well appointed palace overlooking the Mississippi

My large family from across the continental US converged on the Quad Cities for Christmas and stayed in the Renwick Mansion. It was perfect. The house is gorgeous, clean, and was large enough to accommodate everyone in our group. We cooked 8 meals in the kitchen including a turkey, and found nearly everything we needed already in the kitchen. There is no stovetop for fire safety reasons, but hotplates and other food preparation equipment made up for that. Our hosts were able to accommodate our special requests, including setting up a bed in a downstairs room to accommodate an aging parent who cannot easily navigate stairs. We all hope to visit again!

Family Thanksgiving

The house was wonderful! Very clean and the antiques and decorations are beautiful. There were 20 adults and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The views from the widows peak were amazing. Dane and Sara were wonderful to work with. Everyone commented how great the house was for our family!

Stay in a mansion .... this is our second stay this time we celebrated a birthday with a catered dinner and a murder mystery ..... what a perfect house for this type of fun...walked down to the river and enjoyed the river walk!!!

Not a place to stay

Lied about living rooms. None of the bedroom tv's worked. Circuit breakers kept tripping and leaving no power. Overbilled and did not issue a receipt. Not a place to stay

We own and operate the Renwick Mansion as a wedding and event venue, comedy club and as a VRBO. It has been a lot of hard work for a lot of incredible and fun times in one of the most amazing properties in the Quad Cities.
