La villa de tres dormitorios, tres baños y medio junto a la playa está totalmente renovada con todos los muebles de diseño nuevos en todo. Está situado junto al campo de golf Baytowne, a poca distancia de la playa, y la piscina está a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal.

Carro de golf de 6 plazas, bicicletas, sombrillas, sillas y juguetes de playa incluidos.

Esta hermosa villa de dos pisos cuenta con una hermosa sala de estar con TV de alta definición de 65 "con Netflix y Chromecast, junto con otras aplicaciones y reproductor de Blu-Ray / DVD. ¡Hay un mini bar completamente amueblado que incluye una máquina de hielo separada y cajones de bebidas! Justo al lado de la sala de estar se encuentra el porche, un lugar ideal para sentarse y relajarse. El patio cuenta con una parrilla de gas Coyote junto con una gran mesa de fuego.

La cocina de alta gama completamente amueblada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de cuarzo y barra de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro. También hay una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para seis. Una sala de lavandería separada cuenta con una lavadora y secadora grandes, y mucho espacio en los estantes. Un refrigerador / congelador de tamaño completo adicional se encuentra en el garaje.

El dormitorio y baño de la planta baja se encuentra justo al lado de la sala de estar, y está amueblado con dos camas Queen, un televisor de pantalla plana y un reproductor de Blu-Ray / DVD. Hay una entrada adicional al porche, que es perfecto para disfrutar de una taza de café por la mañana.

La suite principal de arriba cuenta con una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana de 55 ", reproductor de Blu-Ray / DVD, amplio armario con vestidor y acceso al balcón con mosquitero. El baño cuenta con dos tocadores separados, una gran ducha con asiento y generador de vapor, y una lujosa bañera Kohler independiente.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this property. Communication with the homeowners was fantastic. The location, along with the golf cart, is perfect for getting to the beach or anywhere in Sandestin. The amenities they offer are great. Beach chairs, games, ice machine. Will stay here again!

Wonderful stay

This was an absolute beautiful place to stay. The owners were wonderful to work with and super accommodating. The place was immaculate and very updated! The golf cart was such a bonus and nice to have to get around ! We would definitely consider this place again We went the first week in August and the beach was super busy

Perfection

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and provided anything and everything we needed. We loved using the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping, or anywhere else we wanted to go in Sandestin. Having a garage to park in was a bonus providing a dry and lit area to load and unload. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I’m super picky! Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was so cozy. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We loved the short walk/golf cart ride to the beach, the sparkling clean neighborhood pool, the golf cart and the screened space in the back. My only complaint is that the internet was not very stable - it went out multiple times a week for us while we were there, but that’s out of the owner’s control.

Even better then the pictures

Amazing property, much bigger than the pictures look. Plenty of room for my husband and I, with our adult son, our daughter and her husband and our 2 grandsons. The home had everything you would need! Even beach chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, a wagon and of course the golf cart!! Just perfect! Would highly recommend.

Home is beautiful!

We loved the home! It was amazing and I would live in it full time. Everything was top notch and clean. The steam shower was AWESOME! The next time we visit we will choose a different time of year bc spring break was so so crowded that the beach was not as relaxing as we prefer but the home itself was definitely somewhere we would stay again! Great communication and beautiful home.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. The house was beautiful and in a perfect location right next to the pool and centrally located in the resort. The house was well equipped with many of the comforts of home like a well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, games, beach chairs, and plenty of beach and bath towels. Angela and William also helped with recommendations of things to do and best places to eat, etc. Any questions were answered right away! Also, we really enjoyed having the golf cart to get to the beach and to explore places to shop and eat. This is definitely a winner!

The Best Week

After a really hard year, we booked this home in hopes that our grown kids could join us for the week. This would be our 7-week-old granddaughter’s first visit to the beach - and it was perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful with everything you would need to make the week easy and fun. The golf cart is such a nice treat to get the family and gear to the beach AND to explore all of the resort. The owners were super helpful and sent all our check-in information early enough that we didn’t worry about a thing. We can’t wait to return next year when our Grandbaby will be able to play in the sand! Thank you for such a wonderful week for our family.

Best Place We Have Ever Rented In SanDestin!

This place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and and most importantly the owners thought of everything! The kitchen was gorgeous and user friendly with high end appliances. The patio had a fantastic grill and fire table for dining! All bathrooms were beautifully updated and the master shower with steam unit was more than impressive. The entire place has state of the are technology with smart tv’s in every room and chrging stations in every place you would want them to be. The owners were fantastic to work with. Prompt response from my initial contact to checking out! We will definitely rent again! I can’t say enough great things and we have stayed in many units in SanDestin!

Best rental ever

We had the pleasure of seeing staying in this beautiful home with a great location. It was clean. It was well appointed the beds were super comfortable. The sheets were soft and wonderful to slide into after a day in the sand and sun. I had the pleasure of getting to know Mrs. Jolly. They are wonderful couple and if you have any needs whatsoever, they are quick to jump on them and fix them. I would highly recommend this location and Mr. Mrs. Jolly to anyone looking for a place to stay. We thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, it was my husband and myself our daughter, her husband and their three year old daughter. Everyone agreed it was the best place to stay and all the Sandestin. And the best VRBO we had ever experienced. I highly recommend this to any couple family or extended families. It is a close walk or buggy ride to the beach. No excuse not to have fun and enjoy your comfortable stay renting from the Jolly’s.

Awesome place to stay!

This property is super nice and exactly what you see in the pictures! The golf cart is a great bonus as well. William and Angela were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Destin!

Beautiful townhome

Our family of 6 enjoyed this spacious, CLEAN, townhome. It was perfect for us! Pictures and descriptions were spot on and the place was laid out perfectly so we all had tons of room. I would stay here again.

Family vacation

This property is amazing. Our family loved it. It was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The golf cart was a must for us with our parents. It was so nice to have the beach towels and chairs and not have to bring them. The pool is right across the street too. Can’t go wrong with this property

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We loved our stay at this townhome. We stayed at one a few doors down a year ago that is currently being remodeled and this one was even better. Last year the sunlight came in and woke us all up early but this place had great shutters throughout and curtains upstairs to help block out the light to squeeze in some extra sleep in the mornings. The appliances were top of the line and now my wife is asking me when I’m getting her an ice maker as she loved that. The whole house is well supplied from kitchen gear to towels. The golf cart is always a favorite to ride on and loved all the beach gear. William and Angela were very responsive and very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend their place for a great stay!

Amazing Stay

This property is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for any more accommodations from a beautiful, updated property, nice bar area, grill, golf cart, a large pot for cooking low country boil, an extra garage refrigerator, etc. ! We had everything we needed and more! The owners are so nice and responsive too! We also loved the underground tunnel on Sandestin, which takes you to shops and dining! Best place we have ever rented, by far!

Great experience

Beautiful property. Just as described. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything g you could ever want. Full remodel of the property done recently so baths, furniture, etc all very nice. Steam shower in the master was a bonus. We enjoyed using the golf cart around the property.

Luxury accommodations and golf cart!

We loved staying at this Luxury Sandestin townhome because it was updated, super clean and had all of the necessities. We used the golf cart everyday. Townhome was walking distance to beach and can see the beach from back porches (shaded by trees). We will definitely rent this unit again. Many thanks Angela!!

Everything was perfect! A beautiful place to stay! They have everything you need for the beach. Easy to get to Baytown, the beach, and the grocery store on the golf cart.

Great Place in a Great Location!

We loved our time here. This is one of those places that actually LOOKS like the photos (amazing how often this is not the case). The amenities are plentiful (so many beach things, so many towles, just a ton of extras). We'll definitely be staying here again. Also, William and Angela were very pleasant and got back to us quickly on some issues.

Wonderful

We’ve been to Sandestin resort 7 times by far the most amazing house we have stayed in. Gorgeous decor, top of the line appliances. Great location. Tons of extras including beach towels,umbrellas,chairs etc. golf cart was in great condition. Owners were great with communication. We will be back next year for sure!

Everything we wanted

Our stay here was everything we wanted! The house itself was gorgeous, had plenty of space, and located just a few steps from the pool, along with a short golf cart ride around the corner to the beach. We had a total of 7 adults & 3 kids. Highly recommend to others & will for sure be back in the future!
