Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I highly recommend Platinum Vacations! Anytime we had an issue or just a question they were so prompt and accommodating. The location of this condo is fantastic! Private beach for renters only was the best! Great pool, and complimentary ice machine was a big bonus.The golf cart was a fantastic addition, we only got out of the resort by car once or twice. The condo could use some updating in master bath cabinetry and the living room chairs are not very comfortable or usable really. Kitchen was well stocked, nothing fancy but satisfactory. Overall I would recommend this unit if you love ocean front views, comfy beds, and a private beach with room to breathe and good beach service. We loved the Beachhouse restaurant just a condo down and the little coffee food truck on site was nice treat too! We really enjoyed taking the golf cart through the tunnel to Grand Blvd. to eat at Tommy Bahamas and Grimaldis Pizza.

This property manager was extremely attentive and responsive. Super kind and polite. We flew in on Easter with kids and they met my request to hide Easter eggs around the unit and even filled them with candy. I couldn’t believe how they went above and beyond, and they were grateful to help create those memories. 11 out of 10 service!

Great beach getaway

We so enjoyed our stay here. Nice property right on the beach with just a short walk over dunes on boardwalk to the beach. Property has a security guard that watches the beach so it’s very secure. Will stay again.

Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean for the most part, bedding in the closets look like they were thrown up there, some of the dishes didn’t appear clean. The gate code to get into the property wasnt provided and the room access code didn’t work. We were lucky to have someone gives us there’s as they were leaving. Gate code to pool and beach were also not provided. Other than that, our stay was great!

Spectacular View

Wonderful spot to unwind and relax with a spectacular view!! I would definitely book again. My only negative comment would be that the sofa needs replacing. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it as an extra bed as it was VERY dirty and when you sat on it you would sink to the ground. Perfect condo for 4 but wouldn’t recommend if you require the pull out as extra sleeping accommodations.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second trip to Beach side 1, we stayed at another condo last year. The difference between this condo and that one was night and day. Unfortunately, all the furniture needs to be replaced, there is some type of stain on everything, even the bedding had stains on it. The cabinets are so poorly installed, you can't fully open them. The shades don't even cover the entire window in the bedroom. We absolutely love the building but would never, ever stay in this condo again. 2000 characters isn't enough to list everything that needs attention in this condo.

Beautiful Area

The property was very nice. The view was the best part of the condo. A few issues that the condo had were the kitchen wasn’t well equipped, the one kitchen drawer was broke, and the fruit and vegetable drawer was broke. Overall, we had a great time on our vacation

2nd time at the resort. First time at this condo. Great ocean front property. Check in/out was seamless. Had a great time! Awesome newer golf cart made it so convenient to get to the wharf etc. overall fantastic trip and great accommodations.

Great Location

This was just perfect for the 3 of us! Great location, great pool, easy access to the beach! Condo was clean and as described. The golf cart was wonderful! will never rent again without one! Only minor issues- we were told there was not a blow dryer and there were 2. We were told no beach chairs and there were several. Finally, no accessories in the kitchen- meaning no salt & pepper or anything! that said we will stay again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking through the door we were greeted with a stunning view of the gulf. The decor was very nice! Only a few recommendations such as, the sofa needs updated, the living room tv needs to be replaced because the speaker rattles the piture was great though. The bed was very comfortable, we both have bad backs but slept very well. The linnens were very soft and cozy as well as pillows. Would have been nice to have a screen on the balcony door. The balcony table and chairs set needs to have repaired rattan on a few areas. Very clean! Absolutely stunning landscaping! The pool is a place you want to lay by, swim in and enjoy the cozy sitting area or grill area. The gates you have to go through with codes to get to the beach is a bit much when carrying items with you. The beach and gulf water is close and clean with nice chairs and umbrella set up for you each morning at addition cost. The golf cart is great and easy to get around to local restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will Absolutely 💯 % come back. Also great communication and that means so much!

Platinum Vacations is so friendly, always available, quick to resolve any issue large or small, and keeps you updated. The rental unit we rented was exactly like pictures & in a great location. The master bed was very comfortable & kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The kitchen cabinet set up was s little awkward but still useable. One cabinet door would not open all the way because of setup & another cabinet had all shelves missing (??). The couch was kind of broke down but the chairs were great. Overall the rental was nice & in a great location.

Perfect Location

We had a great week at Beachside 1 during fall break. The condo could definitely use some updating (refrigerator handle is broken, outlets are falling out of the wall, pots and pans are worn and the golf cart is missing the windshield), but we decided to look passed the downfalls and focus on the positive! The view of the beach was amazing, we had plenty of room for the four of us, and the location to Baytowne Warf is so convenient. Once we arrived on Monday, we never had to drive anywhere in the car! Great location and a wonderful visit to Sandestin!

Great location!

The property looks exactly like the pictures. Some of the furniture is pretty worn and you can see where the couches are dirty but overall it is very much the same as the pictures. The internet connection was very weak and I ended up using my phone wi-fi for my meeting. I was surprised that there are very little supplies in the space so be sure to bring your own.

Very clean property, however couch and carpet is dated and needs to be replaced with non- carpet. Appreciated the laundry in the master bath- huge hit!

Bad condo, good location

This condo need some major extra care and updating. -The blinds in the master bedroom fell down to the ground when trying to raise them. Very poorly secured to the mounting. - The carpet felt wet and sticky. -Mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms. -Table on balcony tips over very easily. -There were tiny black ants all in the kitchen. -Kitchen utensils were dirty and limited. -They ask you take the trash out and start the dishwasher prior to checking out but leave you with no trash bags or dishwashing detergent. -Pool was suppose to be finished mid June, still under construction. -Management was quick to respond but never solved any issues. The good: The location is great, beautiful view, golf cart is a nice add on to get around. Overal would not recommend and will not be returning to this property. Worst Vrbo rental I have stayed in.
