Casa de tres habitaciones, dos y 1/2 baños con 2350 pies cuadrados Ya sea que visite Pensacola por trabajo o juego, esta casa es perfecta. 20 min. de la playa de Pensacola, a 10 min. del centro histórico de Pensacola, a 4 minutos. Al centro comercial Cordova Mall o al Hospital Sagrado Corazón, y 20 minutos. de NAS. El vecindario tiene lo mejor de ambos mundos, ya que es tranquilo, residencial, pero a pocas cuadras de tiendas y restaurantes en abundancia. El espacio es ideal para familias o clientes corporativos, a largo plazo. Siempre haremos todo lo posible para satisfacer cualquier solicitud especial, responder preguntas sobre su área o ayudarlo a que su visita sea lo mejor posible.

Great Safe Location

Due to a minor issue, stay was interrupted but owner was very pleasant to deal with. Clean and cozy and location is fabulous, near everything.

Not what it appears

The property was not really clean and had a terrible smell that would not go away. It definitely needs some attention especially in the bathrooms. The bathroom I used the faucet was split and water leaked around both handles so the shower was not very good. The tub didn't drain well so you stand in water while you shower. The laundry was terrible dirty with overflowing garbage. Not sure what the cleaning fee is for. I took photos and shared my concerns with the owner but she did not seem very concerned. Wish I had made other arrangements it was a waste of money.

Overall stay was fine.

Several kitchen utensils and cutting board were dirty w/dried on food. The blow dryer’s handle was filthy dirty so I would recommend really cleaning these items b4 your next guests arrive. The gas grill was also completely rusted out so we forgo grilling. The place was otherwise clean. Location was good as it didn’t take us long to venture over to Ft Pickens beach area or downtown Pensacola.

Convenient but quiet

This house was great for us having 4 adults and two small children. Having the convenience of town and within minutes of the bay or Gulf was so nice. House was clean and cool, beds slept good, quiet neighbors and the laundry room, was nice to have clean clothes heading back to Kentucky. Would definitely rent again. Easy to communicate with and very responsive! 🏖🦀🐟 Leslie C

Stinks! We left.

Be warned. Smells of mold. Property not well maintained. My family left right away. We couldn't stay there at all. This is a health issue. If you want to breathe well, don't stay here. Pics looked good, but I was highly disappointed upon arrival.

Convenient and Comfortable

We went on a last minute vacation and stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 teenage boys. We all were very comfortable and enjoyed the ease of getting to Pensacola Beach (about a 20 minute drive). Also is very close to the airport and many restaurants. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip.

3 bedroom house plenty big

The house size was fine for a large group along with the 2 1/2 baths. It was very conveniently located to grocery stores and restaurants. House located on a main Street but very quiet. Kitchen roomy but needs some new frying pans. Property needs some maintenance like cleaning leaves off roof and branches in yard. Some dining room chairs are loose and wobbly. The bed in the bedroom with the small added bathroom needs a new non sagging mattress. The front and back doors stick and need replacing. Other than that I would rent this house again.

It was a nice place for the price

I would recommend getting a 12 cup coffee maker and a 4 slice toaster. I would highly recommend updating the house with newer faucets, 2” blinds, fresh coat of light colored paint. Also the AC unit may need to be serviced, however our overall experience was really nice and would stay there again.

It was ok

The people next door took place pictures of my family’s car. They were very upset bout that. The owner didn’t want us to have company. They told me that me baby was to loud and that we needed to be more quiet, It’s a baby. There was snails in the bathroom window. It smelled like mothballs. The lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Everything in the kitchen was unsanitary. Kitchen supplies had rust and dirt in it.

Comfortable, quiet stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We found the house as described and comfortable to rest and relax in. It is an older house with some unique characteristics. Cosmetically, some of the blinds could be replaced for a better appeal. As far as cleanliness, the house was clean upon arrival. Our only complaint was that it seemed the floor had not been properly cleaned, especially under the beds. The owner was easy to deal with and check-in was a breeze. For being on a busy road, the house was quiet and relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed the opportunity to stay at this house and would definitely stay there again.

Near our Son

This house is 5 minutes from the airport and near every store and restaurant imaginable. The house was clean enough, but it needed a lot of TLC. We only had breakfast in the house so the kitchen equipment was fine, but if we decided to eat in, it would have been sparse. There weren't a lot of containers for anything. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom in it with no door separating it...only a wall. In the other bedroom, the light didn't work and the shade was missing. We chose this house because it was near our son's home and he didn't have space to accommodate everyone for sleeping. The price was right and the location was great! None of the issues that we had would prevent us from renting it again.

3 Days After a Cat2 Hurricane

Property manager informed us of no Power, nor Internet due to hurricane just a day before our arrival. We made the 16 hour drive anyway. She then relayed Power was on and no Internet. Debris in yard was mostly clean by our arrival. House was a vintage build. Blinds and uneven floor needed some attention by property manager, but the house was clean. We were happy to have a safe and cozy place to stay while visiting our daughter.
