Completely renovated historic 1940s shotgun-style home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Located just 1 mile from downtown Pensacola, this home is the perfect balance of original character and modern amenities. Walking distance from the Pensacola Yacht club, several bars and restaurants, and the world-famous Joe Patti's fish market. 15 minute drive to Pensacola Beach. This home includes two smart TVs, WIFI, covered porches, firepit, fenced-in yard, and plenty of additional parking for a boat. Kitchen is well-stocked.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The home was more charming in person than can possibly be shown in photos. The hostess was, friendly, very communicative and very flexible when we wanted to add a day. The only thing I would change is a rocking chair in place of one of the chairs there, but that is entirely me, haha.If you're going to be visiting Pensacola, you need to check availability here or you're missing out.

Absolutely Amazing

Our stay was amazing!! Super cute little 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. They were super about making sure we had all the information we needed and very quick to respond with any questions. They were very nice and accommodating. They even provided information about local events. We had such a great stay that we didn’t want to leave. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a great visit. Loved the very well remodeled bungalow and its quirks! Just a tad disappointed in the fire pit area. It wasn’t user friendly for older ladies.

Beautiful restored home

This property is beautiful it has enough of the original house along with modern amenities that make it wonderful for parents with kids. The original ceiling and most of the original floor is there which adds to the appeal of this place. Thanks again for the great experience.

Lovely, clean, well stocked and user friendly.

Only draw back was neighborhood. Very safe, quiet and secure feeling just not scenic. But sitting outside for happy hour was very pleasant.

The Blue Bungalow is great!

We enjoyed staying at this place very much and can highly recommend it. This nicely renovated house is located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown and beaches, and has a protected porch with grill and table, and a private garden. The interior is inviting and tastefully decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen and new appliances. A big can of coffee, spices, oil, and much more in the kitchen cabinets helped with preparing the first cups of coffee and meals. In general, we appreciated the generous supplies (e.g. towels, soaps, tissues etc.) the owner provided. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms inviting, clean and bright. The owner was very responsive, and checking in and out was straight forward and easy. We had a great time in this house, and hopefully, it will be available when we come back to Pensacola next year. Many thanks!

We didn't want to leave!!

We absolutely LOVED this house! We loved the character of the house and we loved how it had been re-done. It was just beautiful and we did not want to leave! It seems like every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home, from the baby/child items to use, condiments in the refrigerator, beach towels/chairs, to the grill on the back porch (just to name a few). The hosts have a house notebook with all the things that you need to know about the house, your stay, the area, and local attractions/restaurants/golf courses, etc. There was NEVER a time during our stay that we said "I wish they had ..." We also loved the location! Quiet neighborhood and good parking. We enjoyed walking to The Oar House to eat the first night we were there and our 5 month old granddaughter enjoyed the walk in the pop up stroller we found in the closet. While the pictures are true to what the house/rooms look like, it is even BETTER in person. My daughter and I loved having a washer/dryer to be able to wash clothes while we were there. It was a wonderful stay and I am looking at my calendar to see when I can go back again to stay at this beautiful house!!! ❤️

What a great base to stay

We visited pensicola from the uk , our first time in pensicola , we found the house simply charming . Very clean, and well equipped with extras which put the icing on the cake. You can sit out at the front or back of the house in surprising privacy . Overall , a great house in good location and only 2 minutes from an excellent waterfront bar/ restaurant . ( the oar house ) Would love to return .

Hidden Gem

Pleasantly surprised by the interior of this old style house. Located on a large property, it has all state of the art appliances, excellent furniture and updated bathrooms. Wood floors and ceilings and newly painted walls. Communication with the owner was easy, as replies came almost immediately - thanks Kati! I'm looking forward to returning in the spring.

Cute place!

This house is adorable! Kati is very responsive to any questions, and even allowed us to check in early. The beds are comfortable. She provides plenty of towels for both bathrooms. The kitchen is the most well stocked one I've ever stayed in! Very close to downtown and the beach! Don't hesitate to book this place!

Fishing trip

Perfect get away for spring break fishing trip. We loved the fact that the ice machine is across the street! Great for filling our coolers before a day of fishing on the pier. I’d love to come back and enjoy more of the downtown. I also really enjoyed riding my bike across the bridge. The home itself is adorable with tons of character. We had everything we needed. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in your place.
