The location and the view are amazing! Other than that the unit was dirty (streaks and handprints on the walls, etc) and needs some work. I submitted a review with an offer of images to the property manager but they did not respond. The biggest issue we had was that there are holes in the ceiling covered with an AC return grate. We wished the beds didn't squeak if you looked at them and some lounge chairs on the patio would be amazing.

Condo in poor condition.

Master matress had metal protruding out the side of it. My grandson cut his leg. Master bathtub had cracks in side wall and was obviously repaired before. Green lamp in living room has a big crack in it. Master bedroom lamp very dusty. Can’t use freezer. Door doesn’t open because not enough room hits wall. Unusable. Dryer does not dry clothes. Takes 2 or 3 cycles. Bath towels take 4 cycles. Threshold from foyer to 2 nd bedroom had a screw come out of it . Looks like only one screw is holding it in place. Upon arrival no kitchen towel or pot holder. Have requested a partial refund. Extremely disappointed.

Not too bad for the price

They need to upgrade the furniture in the bedroom, and the Tv stand. Get rid off the cassette player and the dvd player.

Nice but needs a little attention

Property was nice but there was mold on the ceiling and shower faucet in the master bath and the outdoor furniture was falling apart

Great view and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay. Easy beach access and sand rinse when done. Clean and comfortable. Nice to sit on balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee. Needs some maintenance for mold in one bathroom, ice dispenser doesn’t work, and you have to be tall to reach ceiling fan control ( this could easily be alleviated by installing remote controller).

Reviewer Comments: 1)Parking passes are $55 apiece which is robbery.2)Several receptacles are loose in the outlets.3)Master bath ceiling needs work where sink from condo above has leaked.4)Refrigerator does not dispense ice. 5)Metal chairs and table on veranda are rusted all to pieces .6)Master bath tower bar is pulled out of the wall.

The room was clean but the owners need to have the giant mold spot on the ceiling in the bathroom removed that’s trashy looking and it’s black mold which is a health hazard. The patio furniture needs replaced the legs on the chairs are all rusted and if a really heavy person sat on them they could break. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to go just a little updating and clean up.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was needing some updating. I felt the main bedroom shower handles were likely to fall off. The main bedroom bed was not comfortable and squeaky. Couch was also uncomfortable. The unit was clean though and had appliances to cook with. The rental was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Did the job for a week on the beach

The condo was pretty small, outdated and not the best condition. It would be perfect for just 2 people but we had 4 adults and a baby, so space was tight. Overall we enjoyed our week and veins from the balcony

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix 1 (1147) The room was not cleaned well if at all. Hairs in the bathroom, change on the floor, sticky surfaces everywhere, dust caked on picture frames, there were even spilled pills under one of the beds in the room the kids stayed in. Thank god the kids didn't find them! Dishwasher door didnt want to close, living room entertainment table broken, very squeaky bed and doors on the inside (don't expect to sneak to the bathroom during the night). After cleaning the place ourselves the room was just ok. Best thing about the room/facility was the location. It still gets busy but this building was a little down the road from the main part of all the congestion. Beach was great

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When deciding to choose a condo we always pick one on the water. WE love listening to the waves and relaxing. This was the best part of the condo. The downsides; Nothing major, just little things that add up. Laundry room and closet doors feel like they are going to break off and are hard to open and close. Master bathroom door squeaks, faucets squeak, (this is annoying when the other person in the room is trying to sleep). The clock in the living room... as you can see in the picture... only has a minute hand and doesn't work. Entertainment center drawer is broken. Tiny TV in the Master. BED is squeaky, lumpy and uncomfortable (Needs replaced). Nothing earth shattering, but there wasn't any "care" put into this place. However, the management company was very helpful and accommodating and we will use them again.

Good Times at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Phoenix I for three nights in order to celebrate my granddaughters 13th birthday. I was a little concerned that our 14th floor accommodation might be a little too high...but it proved to be a wonderful height for viewing the ocean...including more dolphins then I have ever seen in one place. We were only a short walk from the ocean itself. My granddaughter and her cousin had an absolute blast and we were able to create fun memories that will last a lifetime! Our condo was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied with pans, dishes and etc. As a double bonus...the king beds were very comfortable and I woke up for the first time in months without a backache! The only negative aspect we had was having to pay for a parking pass without being guaranteed a place to park.
