We had an amazing time on Grand Turk, what a magical place! Teresa and Renato’s place is beautiful and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The golf cart was the perfect way to explore the island. Cannot say enough about how kind the people are, everyone welcomed us like family. Thank you Teresa and Renato for being such wonderful hosts, we will definitely be back!

Just wow. I’m seldom at a loss for words, but this might be one of those times. 1st off, the Host was absolutely fabulous. She arranged our ground transportation from and to the airport. She checked with us when we got there to make sure everything was in order (it was), then the following morning to see if there was anything we needed. We had a situation with my wife who has some physical challenges, Theresa came up with a solution that worked out better than we could have hoped. The property was very clean and modern. The shower was amazing! The walk/steps down to the beach was awesome! Grand Turk has definitely moved to one of our favorite places. Super friendly people everywhere. Ate at the Arches Ridge cafe’ (AMAZING!) 3 nights. Found Graceway grocery store to be the best and The Taco Bar was very good too. Can’t wait for our next visit!

The view and sunrise are breathtaking. The breeze is amazing, property is well kept and the hosts are very welcoming. Upon arrival to the villa, It tells you that you’re on vacation. Seeing the view in real time leaves you speechless.they’re so many words to describe it but my favorite has to be Tranquil.

Gorgeous!

Villa Kaya was everything we needed and more for a perfectly relaxing vacation! The beach chairs and umbrella made for a great setup when we ventured to other beaches around the island. The golf cart was a great addition and made exploring the island super easy and fun! The views off the patio were unrivaled and we enjoyed many relaxing evenings listening to the waves. Teresa and Renato were incredible hosts and assisted with anything we needed!

Absolutely Perfect Villa

While the Villa was spectacular, accommodations perfect, ocean views beautiful, I made the mistake of high tide season so the beach was un-inhabitable, full of seaweed and all the ocean garbage at your footsteps. The golf cart was a huge plus, you could zip into town and go to the clean side of the beach. I would definetly go back, but ensure that it is while the tide is not washing in that beautiful spot. Hosts were amazing, thank you Renato & Teresa! You are perfect hosts and the birthday balloon on the 4th was absolutely the sweetest! I'll be back!

Very peaceful!

This place was a great place to stay very clean great views of the ocean and very peaceful. The place was lovely and the location was breathtaking. We loved our stay here for 6 nights. Definitely will go again!

The best relaxing get away

The place is very clean and we had everything we needed for a 10 night stay. There are beach chairs and an umbrella that you can load into the golf cart so you can enjoy any beach on the island. There are also coolers and ice packs to take beers and snacks along with you! We loved having the patio chairs to play cards and the lounge chairs to hang in the sun and watch the ocean before we headed into town for the day. There are lots of kitchen utensils which making cooking a breeze if you want to stay in. Hosts are also very responsive and helped arrange a taxi for us. We really loved the property and Grand Turk and would definately visit again.

Once in a Lifetime!

Villa was meticulously clean and ocean view is unmatchable. Bed is comfy and accommodations included everything we needed, even a few gallons of clean distilled water in the fridge, a nice touch. Great, quiet location from rest of island. We loved experiencing the true culture and community. The golf cart is all we needed to get groceries, explore the entire island and go to the beach. Owners are awesome and on the ready to help out in any way they can to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Relaxing vacation at Villa Kaya

We celebrated our 35th anniversary on Grand Turk Island. We're glad we stayed at Villa Kaya. Everything we needed was there. Teresa and Renato are great hosts. No complaints. The villa was perfect for us. We loved exploring the island on a golf cart.

Great views and a perfect quiet getaway

The view was both beautiful and very private. While there are nicer beaches on the island, but this is basically your own private vista. (Well shared with the other Villa if occupied, but extremely private) The villa delivered exactly what was promised and the hosts communication was perfect.

Excellent Stay in Grand Cape

The property was excellent and included EVERYTHING we needed for a great stay. I would describe it as clean, comfortable and bright, perfect for couple. The location was great and the included golf cart and bikes were all we needed to get around the island. The communication with the hosts was smooth and they were incredibly knowledgeable about the island. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic getaway

Beautiful apartment with all the comforts of home with spectacular views. Location was quiet with an amazing breeze. Teresa and Renato were perfect hosts and were helpful throughout the week. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to my hosts ! Y’all made the trip even more special than it already was! Grand Turk had breathtaking private beaches and the water was crystal clear with powdered sand beaches. Truly a gem.

First time in Turks and Caicos!!

My wife and I were greeted by a very friendly and helpful host. She showed us around the Villa and explained how everything worked. The view was outstanding and we enjoyed quiet evenings on the deck. It was great having a golf cart to get around at our own convenience. Stores were close by as were the beaches There was an unexpected surprise guests, two dogs Bo and Tammy that made our stay feel more like home.

Good Vibes all around!

I recently stayed at The Villa Kaya Suite and had an amazing experience. The view was spectacular and it was very quiet and peaceful. The host was so friendly and helpful, and the beach was just a few steps from the door. The suite was very clean and modern in design, making it a great place to stay. There were grocery stores and restaurants near by and the golf cart provided made it easy to get back and forth. Highly recommend!

Paradise!!!

Impeccably designed, functional, aesthically lovely and an overall beautiful accommodation overlooking the sea to the east for sunrise embraces. The unit was comfirtable and complete with all amenities, including the invaluable use of a personal golf cart for the duration of our stay to explore and get around the island. The hosts were incredilbly helpful and responsive throughout our stat. We cannot recommend the Villa Kaya more highly.

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful Villa Kaya is and how amazing Teresa and her family are!! Very clean. Stocked with most anything you need for your stay. The view is worth a million $ ✨️ The most priceless part about our stay was having the golf cart to explore the island. The people are super friendly and very helpful. We are in love with the Villa. And plan to return soon! Extra thanks to Brandon for being superior during our stay!!

Fabulous and relaxing stay at Villa Kaya

My friend and I enjoyed a very relaxing 6 nights at Villa Kaya. Teresa is a fabulous host and extremely responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to truly kick back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of this part of the island of Grand Turk. Also having a golf cart was a huge plus to get you to the grocery store and restaurants on the other side of the island. We hope to stay with Teresa and Renato again!! Thanks to them for being the pinnacle of starting our year off on the right and relaxed foot!

AMAZING!!!!!

Everything exceeded our expectation. The villa is decorated beautifully and well thought out details to make your stay comfortable. The property is beautiful and so serene with gorgeous views, the beach and beautiful birds. We loved our pet dogs, Boo and Fiona and the golf cart was quite a treat. Thank you Teresa and Renato! We will be back.
