Welcome to The Sunflower Villa, a newly renovated, family-friendly, standalone house situated on a quarter-acre plot with endless pristine Caribbean beachfront, right in Cockburn Town, Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants and adjacent to the Flamingo Pond (see photos), this villa offers convenience and natural beauty.
The kitchen features a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee bar. Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking, and laundry facilities with a washer and dryer included.
The villa offers three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with new air conditioning units installed in every room, including the living room.
Experience stunning sunsets from our balcony, patio, or backyard dining area, where you can grill fresh fish purchased from the nearby fish market just 200 meters south of the house. Alternatively, unwind with your favorite drink while taking in the breathtaking views.

We’re originally from the U.S. and first discovered Grand Turk while on a vacation we booked almost by chance. By the fourth day, we had fallen in love with the island’s charm and decided to make this villa our second home. Hosting came naturally - we enjoy meeting new people and helping guests experience the same beauty and relaxation that captured our hearts. When we’re not in Grand Turk, we love traveling, spending time by the ocean, and sharing our little piece of paradise with others.

We chose this location because it’s the heart of Grand Turk - right on a quiet stretch of pristine beachfront, yet only a short walk to local bars, restaurants, and the historic charm of Cockburn Town. We love that it feels peaceful and private, but still gives you a true island experience with everything close by. Watching flamingos at the nearby pond and sunsets over the ocean are just a few of the things that make this spot so special to us.
