La finalización de Sandlapper Point es mayo de 2019. ¡Esta casa personalizada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños ahora está disponible para alquilar! ¡Sé el primero en hospedarte en esta nueva y hermosa casa con vista al lago y área de entretenimiento al aire libre en la planta baja! Situado en un lote de esquina que permite más privacidad y estacionamiento. Esta casa cuenta con un rey en el dormitorio principal, una reina en el segundo dormitorio y una litera completa en el tercer dormitorio. Duerme 6. Cada habitación tiene cable extendido con televisores de pantalla plana y wifi extendido. ¡Pisos de azulejos en toda la casa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable actualizados y hermosas encimeras de granito! ¡La calidad de esta casa prepara el escenario para unas vacaciones familiares perfectas!

Just perfect! The first thing you notice is how clean the house is, felt comfortable just walking in. Great location loved being able to see and hear the fountain in the pond. Both the owners and the property manager were very friendly, very easy to work with, and responded very quickly with any of our questions. We were here for our 20th anniversary and could not have been happier with our choice of this house. Overall, just a wonderful stay, highly recommend this property.

Great all around

Great location and very nice home! The owners were very responsive when the grill didn’t work. They were on site in 10 minutes to help us and change out the propane!

Wonderful getaway

Great location with great view. Easy checkin process. House is lovely and well stocked. The master bed is one of the best beds we’ve slept in during many stays at different OL rentals.

Perfect family vacation house!

This was our favorite house to stay at of all our Ocean Lakes trips! Clean, comfortable, lots of space for family to hang out on a rainy day. We only wish we could bring our pets during our next trip. Otherwise, HIGHLY recommend for a family vacation!

The location of the house is awesome. Close to everything within minutes. Great views of the pond. Very responsive when asked any questions from the property manager and they were awesome! Definitely would stay here again!!!!!

Memorable Vacation

This house had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. All we brought were our clothes, beach towels and a few groceries - everything else was on site! So nice not to have to pack lots of necessities! It is located in the middle of the campground which made access to all the amenities very easy. We will definitely visit again!

First Time at Ocean Lakes

Great property and quieter location if you are looking to stay away from the night life. Perfect size for family of 4. Very clean and property manager was very helpful.

Great Place to Stay

Property was very clean and exactly as described. The communication with Cindy was awesome and she was so kind to give us a later checkout to help accommodate our situation. Beds we’re comfortable and the house is cozy. Porch area is great to have a meal or drink your morning coffee. If we return to Ocean Lakes we would stay here in a minute.

Great experience

This was our first time staying at ocean lakes and first beach vacation with our almost 2 year old. The house was clean and had a beautiful view. We liked that it was towards the entrance of ocean lakes so it was easy in and out access if we need to go to the store. Otherwise a golf cart is all you need!

Best beach house

This house is new and clean! Suited my family of 5 perfectly. The upstairs deck area is spacious and overlooks the lake. You can have supper inside or out. The downstairs sitting area was perfect for hanging out and grilling! Outdoor shower and indoor washer and dryer. These are luxuries in Ocean Lakes. Let me not forget to say that communication with the host is a breeze and a pleasure. We hope to stay again!!!!

This was our 5th year coming to OL and this house has been the best!! The house was clean and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We loved that the bedding/linens were included (wish I read that before I packed everything haha) we’ll def be staying at this home again or checking out the owners other properties within OL!!

Fall Break Getaway

We had such a great time. Everything was so clean and neat. We usually stay in our camper when we come to Ocean Lakes but this was a great option and we will definitely do again. Communication with the property manager was great. Every question was answered timely. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Best trip ever!

I've stayed at OL's many times but this was by far the best yet. We loved the house, comfortable, beautiful and VERY clean. Great location with a few of the lake. Cindy was a wonderful host and was able to get us in early to enable me to make an important business meeting. We will be back. Definitely recommend! Also we appreciated the "owner/house history book" in the living room. Thanks for sharing your journey at OL and the acknowledgement of all the special people that make this a great experience...especially the acknowledgement on the last page.

We began having our family vacations at Ocean Lakes over 24 years ago! After renting a house where everyone could have the space to stretch out and relax, we never went back to cramming into a hotel room ever again. It took us 18 years vacationing here before we decided to build our own beach house and then in the summer of 2017 we became investors in rental homes. Using the 24 years experience we personally had, we dedicated a lot of time and effort into thinking and planning each detail of the house. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sandlapper Point and we look forward to you and your family returning for many years to come to this unique and enjoyable property.
