Kim, I am so sorry you feel that way because our guests being happy and satisfied is our main goal. Im glad you were pleased to get in earlier than check in and Thought you seemed pleased with that communication. I have never had anyone say I had poor communication as I normally over communicate...and you received the same as I have always given to everyone, and they have all been most appreciative. It does makes me sad that you feel like you were not given that same level of attention. The golf cart does work fine. We did have to show the previous guest how to charge it as it can need to be pushed in firmly. But everyone before and after have used the golf cart and have had no problems with it. I was trying to accommodate you and saving you some money by offering to pick up cash, because of your long trip from New York.... I did not realize that was inconvenient for you because you said that would be fine. At no point did I say you could not pay through vrbo. I have all of our multiple messages, and I would ever need to be chased down as we live here and my desire is to help all of our guests have the best experience possible every time. The park picks up trash 2 times per week. Unfortunately the park is way too busy on saturday check ins to be able to run the trash trucks and this is out of our hands. We do wish it happened on Saturday's as well, because we are aware the trash from guest checking out can be overwhelming.. We have professional housekeepers, My husband does not do the cleaning. My husband was spraying disinfectant/sanitizer because we want our guest to feel overly safe. This is an extra precaution due to covid that the homeowners are having done at their own personal expense because our guest are that important to us. The ping pong table is in the recreation center. The elevator is specific for the homeowners only and is not listed on the listing. The grill is a charcoal grill. I have definitely adjusted the listing to reflect this and be more specific. The homeowners phone number is visible in 2 different locations on the front of the home if at any time you needed to contact them. I asked many times if you needed anything. You said you had a wonderful time. I believed you, I hope you find your next trip to be more accommodating towards your specific needs. Thank you.
