We had an amazing time! The house was comfortable and spacious, and it felt like a second home. The kids loved the pool, and the location was perfect for visiting Disney World and other family-friendly attractions. The complex was safe and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for our family vacation. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot - it was just great from start to finish!"

Disney parks and Universal were 10-15 minutes further away then what was described in the details. A light around the pool flashed on and off all night long and bedroom was on the same side. We had forgotten some clean souvenir cups in the dishwasher and owner said they would be sent to us,it has been 2 weeks and no cups.

Regarding the drive times, the distances listed in our description are based on typical traffic conditions, though we understand that actual travel times can vary depending on traffic and time of day. I’m sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay. I apologize for the pool light issue — this is something we were not previously aware of, and it has since been addressed so future guests will not experience the same problem. As for the souvenir cups, I regret that there was a miscommunication and that they were not mailed as expected. Please send me your address and will let management know to mail them. That is completely on us, and I apologize for the oversight. We always strive to provide a positive experience and take guest feedback seriously as it helps us improve. The house was perfect and so comfortable! The amenities pool was beautiful but need cleaned but that had nothing to do with the property.. will definitely book this house next time!!!

Home Away from Home!

My family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy the comfort of this home while on vacation. Super close to the parks and local attractions. We were able to relax in the pool day and night. We will definitely be renting this property the next time we visit Florida.

the house could have been cleaner, no paper towels no toilet paper, trashbags we were told it was all furnished. other then that we did enjoy our stay.

I'm shocked and disappointed by your review. You mentioned a lack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, but we clearly state our policy is to provide essentials for a comfortable stay, not to cater to every need like a hotel.. We provide a start up kit More concerning is the state of the house when you left. I've received complaints from the managing company about the condition, and I had to pay extra for cleaning. Given this, I'm surprised you didn't take responsibility or offer to compensate. If there were issues, I wish you had reached out instead of leaving without mentioning them. My regards Jeanette
