Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying we love the Seascape Area and Ease of booking through them. But as for staying in this room again we will NEVER! The room was dingy when we arrived. The Couches were so uncomfortable and hard and gross we couldn't sit on them. The dining room chairs were wet feeling the entire week and stained beyond repair. They told us maintenance would be coming on our first day to clean the chair cushions but we never saw anyone the entire week. The kitchen had little to no utensils and the ones they had were covered in food like pancake batter and eggs on the spatula. We had to wash all of the silverware. There was 1 skillet and 1 cookie sheet. Getting to the beach is easy until you have to carry your wagon STRAIGHT DOWN stairs to the beach and Back up at the end of the day. They need a ramp on one of the areas to get to the beach. I have never stayed anywhere that had so much sand from the time you got to the property. It was everywhere and lots of it. Only 1 and maybe 2 elevators were working at a time. Just be prepared to wait. The condo itself is nice but would find a better room option.

It was not very clean, the dishwasher was being held up by some pieces of wood and there was sand everywhere. The beds were so hard. The bed skirt had puke on it. The couches were dirty and not comfortable. It could use a little updating for the price! The Majestic Sun property was nice.

DON'T DO IT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has to be one of the worst places that I have ever booked. I could only stomach one night and that was because we arrived so late (9pm). We left the next morning and found a much nicer rental for the remainder of our stay. The unit was filthy. Dust, food debris, and unknown stains everywhere including on the walls, most of the furniture and bedding. There were broken decorations and a few of the lamps didn't work. The only positive is that it is directly across the street from the beach, but even that's not worth it.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the location several years ago, in a different unit. Unfortunately, this unit is in terrific need of cleaning. Both shower curtain had mold, dirty dishes in cupboard, dishwasher door falling apart, several lights didn't work, hair on shower wall, main curtain torn in several spots, bathroom sink stopper missing, ridiculous sound when shower on, can see outside under the door because half of the rubber missing, etc.

Kitchen decent and beds were decent.Cons: tons of Mainten each issues including improperly installed electrical outlets and headboards that where never bolted to the frame causing them to fall and hit people in the head. Everything else. Floors where a bit sandy upon check in but it’s a beach rental so nothing crazy. Dishes are lack luster but worked for what we needed. The drawers don’t have liners so you see scratched paint. The curtains and blinds do not block a lot of light.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit had stains on the furniture, I laid a sheet on the couch for us to sit on. The mattresses were old and falling through on the twin beds. Otherwise it met our expectations and the view was perfect!We stayed Sunday til Friday of our spring break week. Monday was a beautiful day spent at the beach and pool. I tried the fitness facility, it was crowded and the equipment was in poor condition. Specifically the dumbbells were rusted and there were no plates for the bar.When we returned from the beach on Monday, there was a horrible noise coming from above us. My husband said it was an air chisel used to remove old tile. It stopped around 5 pm. Tuesday was a rainy day, so we were going to watch a movie and play games. This was not an option, the air chisel began before 9 AM and did not stop until almost 5 PM. I tried calling the resort, no answer so I emailed. There was no response for 48 hrs! We had to leave the condo because it was so obnoxious to listen to! Thankfully we did not have a baby requiring a nap! We chose to spend the afternoon at the outlet mall. Wednesday the air chisel began again, luckily it was nice enough we could enjoy a walk and beach time. My son and his friend played 9 holes at the resort course. However, they didn't get the discount because they didn't play 18 holes, figures. They said the course wasn't great and the greens were in poor condition, regardless they had a good time. The stairwell always had trash in it and the same can and chip bag remained all week, so I'm not sure how often that is cleaned. The pool area is nice however you can't play music. A gentleman was playing various popular songs on his Bluetooth, all appropriate and not loud. He was told to turn it off....maybe someone else complained though. Needless to say, I will not stay at Seascape again nor will I recommend it.

Just had a hiccup with the wrong check out day on parking pass and the amount of bracelets was wrong

Overall without the problem of having to travel to get the right creditials the trip was ok.

Great place to stay with beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay at Majestic Sun Tower A. It had a gorgeous view. I was a little reluctant to stay across a busy street, , but was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and customer service was fantastic. We had an issue with the stove and maintenance came within 30 minutes to correct the problem. I even recommended a spatula would be nice to have for cooking. They brought one within the hour! The only down side we had was when we left. We never found the dumpsters to throw the trash away!
