This rental is fantastic. The view out the windows that run along the entire ocean side of the house is marvelous. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. We had colder weather, but we did get one day when we could eat out on the deck very close to the water. We stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom and enjoyed the sounds of the ocean through the night. I would highly recommend this rental for your next visit to Whidbey Island.

My parents were visiting from out of town and absolutely loved this beach house. The house itself was perfect for them and they loved being right on the beach and able to see the water from anywhere in the house.

Perfect getaway

Check in was easy. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed so much, that the day we got home we booked for next year with an additional night. Walks on beach, beautiful sunsets are hard to beat.

Lovely Hideaway

Great overall property right on the water. Perfect for our small family of three. Got to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Langley is a ten minute drive with plenty to do - quite accessible.

Great location!

We had an amazing time staying in Langley and we will be back. Every evening there were harbor seals swimming right in front of the deck. Excellent stay!

Wonderful property right on the water

We really loved this property. Amazing sunsets and enjoyed seeing the changes with the tides. The porch is literally over the water during high tide. The house was so well stocked and very clean. We loved the upper loft and looking out at the water from the upper bedroom. It felt very home-y and comfortable. If we are able to come back to Whidbey Island we hope to stay at this property again. A real gem!!

Amazing location close to Coupeville, the town of Langley and deception pass!!! The house is beautiful and the hostess Dona has filled it with useful amenities. Its views are stunning with a great deck that has amazing sunsets.. the water is practically and your door.

The place was very clean.Check in was smooth, we even entered the house 30 min earlier. One big complaint is that there was no BBQ, and we booked 4th July weekend stay. When I contacted the host, they said the last guest broke it. Very inconsiderate. If they notified us, we would bring our own, or would not bring food for BBQ. The property still list BBQ.

Beautiful views, comfortable home, highly recommend

Stayed here for a weekend with the family, we absolutely loved the views of the water. The house is comfortable and was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed while staying here. Owner was also very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

Beautiful views but be prepared

Although the location was perfect, there were a few issues. We had planned an anniversary BBQ dinner on the deck only to find out there is no grill as advertised. Also, I had asked the host if we need to bring ANYTHING and was told NOTHING at all, just us, only to find out we couldn’t use the advertised fireplace as it had no firewood and when I spoke with host again she told me guests bring their own. Although the bed was comfy, the furniture is not and there are no end tables to set your coffee cups etc while trying to relax. Also, a small car is preferable as parking is extremely limited. The steps to the beach can be difficult for older people as there are no railings. Very peaceful setting with wonderful wildlife. Amazing sunsets.

Did not meet expectations.

Pros: 1. Lovely waterfront view; 2. pleasant, quiet neighborhood; 3. comfortable beds; 4. Good communication with owner; 5. Nearby Langley is darling; 6. Enjoyed the fireplace. Cons: 1. Cleanliness was far below my expectations and experience with prior VRBO stays. Unfortunately the lack of professional cleaning is evident. The kitchen floors were dirty, with debris under the cabinets. The kitchen drawers, including the silverware containers had crumbs. There were several forks that did not look clean. The inside of the old kitchen cabinets were dirty, with crumbs and stains on the liners. The cabinets were overly packed with opened cooking items. The inside of the kitchen garbage container was dirty.; 2. No bar or other soap for showers could be located; 3. The heat was set at 60 upon our evening arrival, which prevented the house's main living area and loft from warming up sufficiently before bedtime. 4. Livingroom loveseat and matching chair were not comfortable nor could really be used for average adult size relaxation.

A beautiful beachfront home very relaxed and quiet small community home is right on the beach. Beautiful sunset. Two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms house is fully equipped beautiful Deck it right on the water you can watch the seals all day long on your deck, enjoying the coffee .
