Amazing house, beautiful view. The local property manager greeted us, and made sure that we were comfortable. The pool was perfect- like a jacuzzi! So much space. Perfect situation for a low key family gathering. The manager recommended a private chef for New Year's Eve dinner, and it was lovely. We didn't think we needed a housekeeper, but the cleaning service was a nice amenity for a 5 person group. You really can't walk to the central part of town, but it's a quick drive, and very convenient. La Paz was the BEST snorkeling we have ever experienced. It was incredible. Spend your time on the water, you won't regret it.

Absolutely Perfect

You will not find a better location or house in La Paz! The rooms were perfectly clean and convenient, the pool is equally amazing! The views are spectacular from everywhere! Highly recommend this property.

Better than expected

This property exceeded my expectations. It is a great place to stay not only for a couple of days but also for an extended stay. Lio was a great host and helped with everything we wanted from La Paz. The house has many gadgets.

4 day retreat with friends

After a successful project I decided to take my team and their spouses on a 4 day retreat to La Paz. This property was perfect. Nice safe neighborhood with an awesome view. The house was clean, well kept and had all the conveniences and appliances we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful house for a large group!

This house was wonderful for our group of 8! Plenty of space, gorgeous view of the bay, and wonderful outdoor seating area and pool (and recently renovated patio which now includes a smart TV, an awesome gas fire pit and a barbecue area!) We drove our cars into downtown La Paz for our snorkeling and diving tours, which took about 10 minutes, it would be a bit of a hike to walk- but possible, if you are motivated! There is garage parking for 2 cars but our third car was able to park right in front of the house as there was plenty of room and the neighborhood is safe and secured by a security guard and 2 gates. There is a housekeeper who is very sweet and comes every day. She washed towels, made beds, tidied up all the rooms and washed and put away all the dishes, which was very helpful for our large group and gave us more time to enjoy together! The house has all the pots and pans you need and plenty of plates and silverware. It has oil, spices, hot sauce, coffee, etc. so you don’t have to buy these basics to cook at home! There are also 8 pool towels for your use. Only things that would have made our stay better is a mirror over the sink in the downstairs bathroom and perhaps a couple of folding beach chairs for guest use to take to the local beaches! Overall, excellent house with wonderful location!

Great Home in a Great Location

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It had great views and provided plenty of space for us to spread out. We also enjoyed having the chef they recommended cook a delicious dinner for us!

Fantastic House!

So happy we chose this house for our first trip to La Paz ! Not only was the house fabulous but the owner, property manager and housekeeper were all very friendly and helpful with navigating the area!

Luxus mit Aussicht

Von Anfang bis Ende ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu 8 und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war einfach nur ein Traum. Elvira, die gute Fee, kam jeden Tag und hat unser Chaos beseitigt. Miguel war im Notfall sofort erreichbar und hat sich super um alles gekümmert. Die Kommunikation mit Katrina war von Anfang an super. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Volle 5 Sterne für alles.

Exceptional Property

Our golfing group of four players absolutely loved this beautiful home. Each of us had our own bedroom in this spacious property. It was fully furnished and had everything we needed. The pool was so refreshing and was well used after 3 days of golf. Quiet location with beautiful views looking down on the Malecon area of La Paz and out over the bay. We hope the property is available the next time we return to La Paz.

frustrating stay

My family and I just spent the last week at this rental. While we really enjoyed our time at the beautiful beaches of La Paz, we were very disappointed in some distinct parts of our stay: -The pool did not work for the first 24 hrs we were there. After 24 hrs we were assured it was clean, though there was still so much green scum in the pool when my husband brushed his body against the pool wall his suit was covered in green scum. -There was NO WATER at the premises when we arrived. It is shocking that this had to be addressed. It took over one hour for our family of eight to use the basic ammenities of a toilet. -There were only 6 forks at a property listed for 8. -The power went out two times while we were there. When I called your manager asking for assistance the secoond time (he was on site the first time) he asked to speak to my husband to explain how/where to locate the breaker as if I couldn't handle it myself. It was offensive to make such an assumption. -There was no coffee pot at the house. -The safe was not working. When I asked your manager how to work it the first day we were there he said it was broken and did not fix it during our stay. This is increducle uncomfortable as we are traveling as international guests and carrying vital documents. -The water cooler was not on or working and your manager did noot know how to operate the machine. -There was a community gate installed on day two of our stay that needed a security code to open. We were never given a code. I also want too make note that Elvira was an exceptional housekeeper. She went above and beyond each day and helped us so much!She even called the protperty manager explaining that the pool wasn't working on our behalf. Two of our sons needed to see a doctor for an ear ache and she helped us find care which we were so appreciative of. She even brought us a coffee pot since the house didn't have one! She was so amazing!

Beautiful home. Great location.

We had a great time in LaPaz. The house is situated above the city away from the noise and crowds. Short drive into town. Decent walk down but good hike back. House is in a gated community with manned security at one gate and electric operated second gate to go through. Beds are a bit firm but still comfortable. Pool is lovely- had problems with the heater while we were there but all equipment was new so likely just a small issue. Would go back.

Great summer vacation home

The home was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a great house keeper come in every day and keep the place spotless. The pool was a little cool, you could easily get in it during the heat of the day. The bedrooms were spacious and four bathrooms gave every couple their own to use. The negative would be the secure locked gate you needed a fob to open to drive in to the compound. Having the security is great, but with four couples and only one fob, someone was always walking out to the gate to let people in. The home next door has a large dog that we never saw, but woke us all up every morning with his endless loud deep bark. The barking did not start until after 7 am, but on vacation you like to sleep longer. Arturo was wonderful meeting us and sending us driving directions to our phone when we arrived. My son was getting married, his groomsmen came to the house with the photographer for photos before the wedding, the home was a beautiful back drop for this. I would book this home again and recommend it to anyone who wants a spacious home and kitchen to make meals. Ever night we had a game of cards with 8-10 people, all the tables in the house accommodate a large number. There is a double car garage we parked two vehicles in and lots of room on the street out front of the house for parking.

Beautiful home. Amazing view. We could not have asked for more!

The home is gorgeous and has plenty of room for our family of 8. We loved the pool and the breathtaking views and unbelievably beautiful sunsets. The housekeeper took great care of us and kept the home looking spotless. Miguel and Francois were available to answer questions and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This house is great and we highly recommend it!

Gorgeous view property!

Our party of 8 friends stayed at this beautiful view home for 3 nights and enjoyed it thoroughly. It's spacious and well-appointed, filled with natural light, a pristine pool and a fast wi-fi connection. We did not cook a full meal in the kitchen though we made guacamole a few times and had breakfast every morning at the table overlooking the bay. The malecon in La Paz is easily accessible though you do have to have a car to stay here since it's on a hill overlooking the city. The only downside was that the hot water took a long time to heat. However, when I emailed Manuel about it, he responded within 5 minutes and had a plumber come check that same morning. Very gracious and responsible host, and a fabulous place to enjoy your adventures in La Paz!
