TOES IN THE WATER (anteriormente conocido como Sands III Unit 1C). TODAS LAS FOTOS NUEVAS ESTAN AQUI. Condominio completamente renovado de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños frente al mar en el primer piso con vistas espectaculares del Océano Atlántico. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos, gabinetes nuevos y una barra de café, completa con Keurig. Granito en la cocina y hermosos pisos de bambú en todas partes. Nuevas camas y muebles y baños totalmente remodelados. Fácil acceso a la playa ya solo 6 cuadras del centro, el paseo marítimo y el puerto deportivo. Comedor, tiendas y vida nocturna abundan. Pasee por la playa de Carolina Beach Lake o alquile un bote de remos. Piscina al aire libre de 17x9 y estacionamiento asignado para 2 vehículos (máximo). No olvide la mascota de la familia, ya que su perro pequeño es bienvenido con el pago de una tarifa por mascota no reembolsable, sujeto a restricciones. Si eliges una propiedad que admite mascotas, solo se permiten perros en la playa durante los meses de invierno. Todas las mascotas deben ser aprobadas por Blue Water Realty.

Perfect location, we parked and never got back in the car until time to leave. Everything is walkable and that was amazing!!!

Yes, because our Bear is small senior dog with a heart condition we always need a first floor with less steps, unless there is an elevator. However, we had to carry him when using the multiple steps down to ocean. We were advised that we would hear the waves from condo, but disappointed that it was very minimal. We understood the view would be the sand dunes & not much of ocean. Had only two housekeeping issues, but only the one was promptly resolved after contacting twice. The condo was beautiful & extremely spacious for the two of us with Bear. Restaurants and local shops were within walking distance for using Bears stroller. Very friendly vacation area… no worries.

Relaxing comfortable

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Carolina beach hands down within walking distance to everything easy beach access good parking and everything that’s needed in the room and thee beds and room are so comfortable would definitely stay there again would highly recommend.

Awesome location and accomodations

The unit was very clean and well equipped and the decor was really cute and beachy. The beach at this location was not crowded and we were close to restaurants and shopping. The property managers are very personable and helpful. A true pleasure!

Close to attractions

Loved the proximity to restaurants and shops. I wish I had been higher up to be able to see the beach but otherwise good location. The apartment was clean. Had a few water bugs but they quickly came and sprayed. Overall was good place to stay

Great Condo

This condo was a great place to stay! It's such a great location - beachfront, across the street from the lake, and walking distance to many shops/restaurants! The beds and couch were super comfy! It was nice that bedding/towels were included in the rental! The only downsides were no big frying pan, only smaller ones but we made it work; and there was not very much counter space/food storage space - we had 3 adults and 2 children and didn't have much room to prepare meals and store food for the stay. I would definitely recommend this unit if you're looking for a nice home away from home for your beach trip!

Cute condo. Just as described in listing. You can see the ocean over the dunes, but cannot see the waves crashing on the sand. We knew this going in. You can hear the ocean well. Condo was clean, check in easy, we did not need to contact management during our stay, so cannot speak for communication during that time. Prior to stay, it was quick, questions were answered adequately. We were pleased with the size of rooms. Just 2 of us and our fur baby. We had plenty of room for his bed without rearranging furniture. The bed in the Main bedroom was comfy, not as firm as we prefer, but not too plushy or worn out either. Did not sleep in 2nd bedroom but mattresses felt firm to the touch. Plenty of extra pillows/blankets.Kitchen is small, but not as tight as we thought based on pictures. We were both impressed by the amount/sizes of kitchenware provided (pots, pans, utensils, gadgets, etc) Bathrooms were quite tight, so glad there were 2. Just to forewarn, the tubs are deep soakers so if you are shorter or have knee issues, be aware of this.Deck is large, you have good space to move around the furniture provided. Our only complaint is there should be more than one hand towel per bathroom and more than one kitchen towel should be provided. This condo will sleep 6 in the bedrooms alone, so one hand towel per bathroom and only one kitchen towel for any length of stay for that many people is just yuck !Beautiful sunrises. Thank you for letting us stay.

Just what I needed

Haven’t been to beach in 10 years due to health issues for both my husband and myself. This was on my bucket list. If it’s possible to do again I will choose a handicap place. Would have made this trip even better.

Weekend Getaway

October is perfect time to go to the beach! Quiet, Not crowded, & perfect weather. Toes In The Sand is just as pictured! I gave it four stars-because sliding glass doors, blinds and headboard of MBR were filthy. Master mattress was not comfortable (no support & cheap). Otherwise it was a great stay.

Very convenient location to beaches and restaurants

Very lovely setting! Our friends who joined us were disappointed by the view and wished we were on a higher floor. However, we could still easily see the beach and the water, and I felt the dune blocked most of the wind for us on a windy day. One thing that was disappointing is that there were no beach chairs or beach towels in the condo. Being a beach rental, having 4 of each available should be part of the package.

Nice place but loud and not dark

The place was nice but much smaller in person. There was a loud barge directly across from unit that had bright lights on all night. The bright lights at the pool also made it bright in bedroom and porch. Pool so small not worth going to. I went for quiet and darkness on the water. So this place was a huge disappointment. I just wanted to hear the ocean and see the stars. Thought paying extra to be on beach would provide that. Nope. Not a lot of privacy either. People on deck next to us a lot and no barrier between. I'd recommend them out a light barrier curtain on side of deck to block that light and other deck. Like I said though. The place itself was nice. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper for a week and no laundry soap-fyi. All other things provided.

Great beach property

We had a great time visiting the beach here. This property is a great location, easy walk to restaurants while also being in a quiet spot on the beach and nice lake behind it. Easy check in and clean too

Perfect beach getaway

Perfect location–beachfront and walking distance to everything else you need/want to do. The porch is huge with a picture perfect view, easily our favorite part of the property. The interior is very clean and there is a roomy storage unit on the ground floor for all of your beach necessities. 10/10 would highly recommend.
