No welcoming host, the condo was clean the amenities were ok. This condo could use more bath towels so they didn't need to be washed daily, there needs to be an ac in the bedroom as it gets stuffy even with a fan

Very clean, simple condo with all of the basics needs supplied, ie kitchen supples, beach gear, etc. Bed a little firm for us. Great pool and hot tub. Located on north end of Kihei but close to shopping center and market.

Kitchen was well stocked. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Conveniently located near shopping. Although located across from the beach, there was construction during our stay which limited quick access to the beach. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Property close to Sea Turtles

We chose this location because it was across the road from the Humpback Whale Sanctuary. The location was perfect, and the property was very clean and well kept. There was beach gear to use. We would stay there again!

The condo was clean and the pool was nice. The complex was quiet. However, the condo was very outdated and the furniture was on the dingy side. When I sat on the couch, dust came up. The TV had 2 remotes and NO instructions how to access live tv etc. I used trial and error. The worst part was the bathroom sink. The hands free faucet was ridiculous. It would turn on for 5 seconds at a time unless you left a hand under the faucet. It was close to impossible to brush my teeth or wash my face. I had to use the kitchen sink. The cost of the place was reasonable so I guess you get what you paid for. Based on the photos, I had hoped for something a bit nicer.

Great, central location for experiencing all of Maui

Easy parking and check-in. Pool and hot tub were a nice treat. Nice Kihei location with beautiful sunsets and green turtles on NOAA beach directly across the street. From this location, you can easily get virtually anywhere on the island within 20-30 minutes. We especially enjoyed the beaches south of Wailea and poking around Lahaina.

Quiet and yet easily accessible to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the coolers, umbrellas and beach chairs that were available. It was so nice the have a full kitchen for meals. The air condition unit and fan gave us a comfortable night’s sleep.

The unit very well stocked. Full size washer and dryer. Plenty of towels, etc. Including beach towels. Walk in shower. Fully stocked kitchen. Very responsive property management. Nice pool, hot tub, 2 Bbq's.

The unit we atayed in was nice. Kitchen and bathroom had been recently updated. Nice pool. Only one nice restaurant within walking distance so you denitely need a car, especially if you want to visit the nicer, larger beaches, or make a trip to the grocery store. Overalll, the Kiheii area and Maui, as a whole, has a LOT to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island. Signage to the property needs to be more visible, especially for finding the entrance at night.

This time around, we had a very scary tsunami warning, which kind of set back our vacation for one day, but if you have a great mindset and a positive attitude or overall experience was very very amazing.!!!! The condo was great, my son loved it specially the pool he got to swim in it pretty much every night, except for when the sirens sounded for the tsunami. We can’t wait to come back again.

This is conveniently located within walking distance from the beach (it's literally just across the street). The property is beautifully maintained and the condo was very comfortable. We appreciated all of the amenities and the great communication from staff. We highly recommend staying here!

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and well situated for beach time, restaurants and attractions. It was just as advertised. There was ample parking and the pool was steps from our front door. The condo was quiet and peaceful, providing a wonderful home base for all our activities. Someone from the company checked in to see if there was anything we needed or if they could help set up activities for us. The concierge was very helpful before the trip, as well, helping with reservations and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Maui and a good company with which to do business.

Quiet and secluded, yet right in the middle of everything. Pool, BBQ grills, lovely gardens, a lanai and a well-stocked kitchen are exactly as the pictures show. Closet full of beach toys and supplies was a plus! Definitely will stay here again.
