Perfect family get away

Lovely 3 bedroom condo - plenty of space for our family and young kids. We enjoyed taking the free shuttle to the beach and pools, and found easy access to the multiple golf courses and family friendly restaurants. The owner was very communicative and facilitated a smooth process.

Absolutely amazing stay

This property is gorgeous. We brought our children here and I have to say, there was no mistake.. the pools are close. Barefoot landing is a quick drive away, and the neighborhood is extremely clean and friendly. Adriana, the owner, was extremely nice and available if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make our vacation a memorable one and I have to say it was amazing. Adriana, we will be back. Thank you again for everything.

Barefoot landing townhouse north Myrtle Beach

This was our first visit to North Myrtle Beach, The location of our stay was pleasant, but with the pool being closed due to Covid, we had to shlep to the beach daily. The townhouse is nice, clean, it has a Nice screened in patio over looking the golf course. we rented Bikes during our stay and enjoyed riding around the resort. All in All our vacation was enjoyable, and our stay excellent for the value. great communication with Adriana. Thank you for our great escape!!!

Fabulous vacation spot

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! From the get-go, Adriana was a perfect host. She was so helpful and so responsive during both our booking process and our stay. Her recommendations for good restaurants were spot on every time. The property was great! Plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable for the week and decorated very nicely. It was a very short walk around the corner to the small pool which was so clean and never crowded. The large pool is just a few minutes drive away and just as clean. We were only a short car ride from the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. Loved the location. Perfect for our family. Thank you!

Perfect Little Getaway

Communication with the owner was impeccable! Home was beautiful, had more than enough space. A lot of items for guest use (beach chairs, towels, etc.). Community was quiet and tucked back away from the main roads. We enjoyed the option to go to two different pools (recommend the big pool)! We really enjoyed our stay! Would return/recommend to family and friends!

Beautiful condo just as listed

Great condo, plenty of space. Neighborhood pool was terrific. About a 10 minute drive to the closest beach but they were crowded, we should have driven a bit further to get away from the crowds. Very quiet neighborhood, the porch and garage and laundry room really helped for storage space when all the bedrooms are filled with kids. Adriana was spectacular. We will definitely rent from her again. Thanks for a great week!

Clean but missing needed items

The house is clean and a good space for a family to rent. It would have been helpful if the owner had said to bring coffee pods. They do not provide a normal coffee maker. Actually, they don't provide a lot, period. The bed was comfortable tho the pillows were the cheap hard foam type. The master bath downstairs has almost no water pressure but the upstairs one did. The nonstick fry pan is a petite 5" and beat. All the electrical outlets in the kitchen area did not work. I asked to borrow the bikes from the garage. The owner acted like this was possible and, after going back and forth, finally suggested I rent bikes somewhere else. Note: I don't think any problem we had would have been resolved quickly. Her reasons for delay: we are busy working nights. Although we paid a cleaning fee, her final request was to wash the sheets if I had time and to leave an hour before the listing said I had to be out. I get the fact the owner wants to make money but did not feel that they were considerate of my time enjoying my vacation. Her tone was demanding.

Great Location!

We had a great trip and this location was perfect for the kids and adults! Host was very communicative and great to stay with. Highly recommend if you’ve got kiddos and grandparents all in one!! Next trip will definitely try and stay with properties she owns again!

Amazing weekend

had an amazing golf weekend. After golf all day, was nice for all to be in the same house to relax with a few beverages. Condo is close to Rt 17, but we chose to order food in - very comfortable place. Would recommend this unit to anyone. i have been surprised (in a bad way) at many stays on sites like this.. No surprises here!! very comfortable place. plenty of bathrooms

Julie, the house is advertised and located in Barefoot Resorts and Golf community. The only thing between the beach and the community is an interstate and the intercostal. It is a 5 minute ride to the beach. I’m not sure my home deserves a “1 star” review, I am quite disappointed with this rating as I do take pride in ownership and believe to be an honest and reliable host. Looking at our other reviews, yours truly stands out and feels out of place.

Amazing Customer Service!!!

I wasn’t able to stay during my scheduled vacation due to COVID-19 but Adriana the property owner was absolutely amazing! She helped me through the process of cancelling even when VRBO wouldn’t help. Unfortunately we missed out on staying at such a beautiful place, but getting to know Adriana (property owner) makes me want to try to stay here again. She has my 100% recommendation!

Summer fun!

If you are a golfer this is the place for you right on the golf course! We were 7 minutes away from the public beach, which we went to each day! There are alot of really great restaurants nearby with take out or eat in!The neighborhood is a hidden gem. The beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful. Adriana was very helpful in finding everything we needed and answered our questions immediately! We look forward to visiting this rental again in the future!
