Encimeras de granito, cocina y baños. Excelente ubicación, cerca de San Destin, tiendas y el puerto de Destin. Reina durmiente abajo con medio baño. Se proporcionan cable y WIFI. Nueva lavadora y secadora ... cerca de las playas de arena más bellas del mundo. Hay que ver para apreciar. ¡A solo 5 minutos a pie, donde puede disfrutar de muchas experiencias gastronómicas que incluyen música en vivo y increíbles puestas de sol!

This was a great vacation rental. We stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The living space is very comfortable with open concept connection to the fully stocked kitchen. Bed/Bathrooms were clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Property is in a quiet neighborhood and is centrally located for visiting all of Destin and 30A. Pensacola Beach and PCB are both under an hour drive for day visits as well. Amelia was a great host...kind and very attentive to all our questions/needs. Over the past 20 years, we've stayed in many properties in the Destin area and this was by far one of the best in this price range!!

This home is exactly what we wanted for our trip. From being extremely clean and comfortable to all the little extras like beach towels and chairs were thought of. We had close proximity to the beach for an easy walk. We loved our stay!

Great location, close to the beach and several dining options. Condo was awesome! Clean with plenty of home touches. From comfortable beds to spices in the kitchen to frosted glasses for beverages! Can not say enough positive things about Amelia. Quick to answer any questions. Could have even gotten in early!

Much needed getaway!

Our host was amazing and answered any and every question/concern we had!!We were looking for a place for our family to stay after the passing of my mom and this place was amazing to enjoy a little family weekend getaway!We didn’t have to pack anything for the beach it was all included from the wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, and even footballs which were a big hit with my teenage son!!I will definitely be booking here again!!

Family visit to Destin for Spring Break

We had a great time in Destin. The townhouse was awesome. It’s updated, meticulously cleaned and maintained, well stocked with supplies and exactly as described in the listing. Amelia is a very responsive host. We especially appreciated how close and easy it was to get to the public beach at Pompano Joes and the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler included with the rental. It made our stay very comfortable and easy.

This property was perfect. I booked it for a girls beach trip and it was exactly what we needed. The communication with Amelia was perfect, everything was clean. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. If you’re thinking about booking this place absolutely do it!

Hidden Gem

This property was perfect for our group of 5. Very clean and well maintained. The unit is very well stocked with just about anything you can think of from kitchen supplies to pillows and blankets to beach chairs etc. The pool area is very nice and wasn’t crowded at all. The unit has a large grill that is fairly new and can handle lots of food. The owner, Amelia, was in contact with me during the trip and was super nice and informative. I’m glad I happened upon this rental as we will definitely be booking again with Amelia for future Destin area vacations.

The location was perfect. You could either walk down the street to the beach or walk out the back door to the pool. Communication with the owner was awesome. Everything we needed was in the area.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect about this home. It has everything you need, it was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. There is plenty of room with two bedrooms and two full baths. The beds were comfortable and even the murphy bed was comfortable. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. You literally do not need to bring anything for the beach, it had everything-chairs, beach towels, umbrella, wagon, & toys, & even a hose out front to rinse off before going inside. No need to think twice about staying here, you won't regret it!!

Great 2 Master Suite Option Close to Beach

This was an amazing retreat. It had the perfect set up for me, my husband and my husband's family with the 2 master suites, each with it's own bathroom, and the murphy bed in the living room. We enjoyed the pool almost every day and walked to the beach most mornings for a nice long stroll. The place was so clean and comfortable and had everything you will ever need and more. The owner is so nice and very responsive to questions. I can't wait to return!!

I’m orinally from Atlanta Georgia, and visited here frequently when I was raising my 4 children. I always wanted a place here, as the atmosphere was so invigorating, peaceful, and relaxing. The Beaches are absolutely beautiful. Sunsets are breathtaking. I wanted to share what I loved with others.

I love this place, and location. It’s between DESTIN and San DESTIN, convenient to EVERYTHING! Shopping, grocery’s, golf, night life, restaurants, you name it, AND especially walking distance to Beach!!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I love you can drive right up to my front door, no elevators, or parking decks. My place is an end unit, and nobody above or below you. I love to just walk 5 minutes to the beach, or a restaurant/bar. I can ride my bike to places without getting in the car. My place is cozy, comfortable, with everything needed for a great time. Love sitting on screened in porch, and extended pavers, with lots of seating, sipping on coffee in the mornings, or a cocktail in the evenings.
