Esta casa de 3500 pies cuadrados tiene algo para todos. Amplia y recientemente actualizada, esta casa está ubicada en la parte pública del lago Anna en la subdivisión prominente de Wyndemere. El nivel superior de la casa tiene un área común con cocina y comedor que proporciona un lugar ideal para congregarse antes y después de largos días en el lago. Este nivel también tiene un dormitorio principal con baño privado y dos dormitorios con otros dos baños completos. En el nivel inferior de la casa, hay otra área común de televisión, así como un dormitorio y un baño. Las áreas de bonificación de la casa incluyen un área de oficinas y una enorme sala de juegos con Air Hockey, futbolín, Hoop Shoot, Shuffle Bowl, putting green, dardos, consolas de juegos múltiples, juegos de mesa, DVD y mucho más.

El exterior de la casa tiene una gran terraza para asar y también tiene un porche cubierto bien decorado que da a una cala tranquila. Una pasarela privada lo llevará directamente al resbalón de su barco. La casa en sí está situada en la sección principal del lago Anna. La casa está al final de una cala tranquila y está a poca distancia del canal principal del lago. Lots of fun to be had in this house! Owners were responsive. The generator kicked on when the storm cut the power and that was nice. We would stay here again and recommend this property.

Great location

For us it is a perfect location. We have Family that lives right around the corner from this house so we were able to get a large blended family together between the two houses. The property is perfect, plenty of room for the 9 we had with us and was able to accommodate an additional 12 for lunch and dinners. The downstairs games would have been used much more if we didn’t have such perfect weather while we were there. Definitely recommend this house for a stay, very weather flexible space.

Roomy, comfortable house for family vacation

We enjoyed our week here. My adult kids rented a pontoon boat for several days and were able to dock it within sight of the house. There were plenty of things for kids, big and small, to do at the house, either in the game room downstairs or board games in the great room. The house is convenient to groceries,gas, and places to eat.Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again. We also had a delicious dinner one evening at Callie Opie’s Orchard Restaurant—very close to the house.

AWESOME HOME!

Nick met us when we arrived and was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Both Nick and Kristen were so helpful in their suggestions for restaurants and things to do. House was spacious, clean, well stocked and had an awesome deck looking out at the water/dock. The screened in deck was our fav spot! Lots of games and things to do at the house. Our family enjoyed the house and our stay. Thanks again to the awesome hosts!

Spacious with lots of indoor activities while Ophelia passed through…

Rainy weekend forced us inside- glad we choose this house which was well equipped for indoor fun! House is spacious and set back from the road and lake which made it a very quiet setting while we were there. Grocery and DG nearby for supplies. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

These owners thought of everything you could possibly want in a lake house experience. We love to go to the lake to unplug but if you need wifi, they have it and speed is great. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the screened in porch. We rented a boat and loved being able to pull up to the dock right behind the house. In the evenings, after s’mores on the super easy propane fire pit, we enjoyed the game room that went on and on! They have every arcade game imaginable PLUS a cabinet full of board games. One morning, we took out kayaks before the lake got too busy with the big boats. The lake was beautiful. We saw so much wildlife. We would love to go back. Oh, and the house is about 10 minutes from every interesting thing that you might want to visit - Food Lion, Moo Thru, mini golf, the Cove restaurant. Great location! The only thing that could possibly make it better is if there were views of more open water.

Lake Anna Vacation

This was our first trip to Lake Anna and we loved it. The house and location were perfect for our family with young children. Everyone loved the game room where we had lots of fun and laughs. Kristen and Nick the owners went out of their way to make our vacation so enjoyable. I would recommend this property highly.

Great vacation !

Kristen and Nick were great ! They met us upon our arrival . The house is amazing with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms plus a game room ! We enjoyed grilling each night and being able to walk right out to our boat and jet ski that we could dock right at the canal in our back yard . The grocery store is less then 10 minutes away . Everyone is friendly . So much to do at Lake Anna . Great location ! We will definitely be coming back !

Relaxing Family Time

We had a great week on Lake Anna in Kristen and Nick's home. The home provided plenty of space for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. We loved starting our day with coffee/tea on the screened in porch. We used the SUPs and Kayaks provided by our hosts as well as a baby gate, high chair and infant life preserver. They've thought of everything! My 30-something "kids" said they'd definitely return...high praise! Kristen responded to my texts before and during the stay within 15 minutes. She's a delightful host. Nick met us at the house upon arrival to show us the "lay of the land", a nice perk. Looking forward to a return visit!

Lake Anna Bonus

The lakehouse is well maintained and the amenities were perfect for me and my family. Having a private dock for our boat was a huge bonus! The lakehouse is also is a great location, regardless of where you looking to go on the lake. I would definitely recommend this lakehouse for anyone looking for an enjoyable time on Lake Anna.

Great weekend getaway

My family was looking for a weekend getaway with our teenagers. This beautiful home did not disappoint! The place was spacious and tastefully decorated. Our teens spent most of the time in the basement playing games and watching TV. My husband and I enjoyed the screened in porch and the quiet neighborhood. Our family enjoyed cooking together and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the homeowners was great. I would highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely Fantastic!

The house is beautiful, we loved kayaking, sitting by the fire pit, playing air hockey and other games and the owners were incredible. They gave us ideas on what to do for the weekend and made sure we had a perfect stay. We will be back, Thank you!

Spacious home, with amazing game room & screened in porch & deck!

We were most at home at this lake house and grateful for our hosts Nick & Kristen's attentive nature. Shopping is limited within a 30-minute drive so plan ahead before arriving for those Walmart needs. We were never able to buy a swim floatation tube in mid-Aug. Lake Anna was delightful! We rented a pontoon and ski jet and had a blast. The 50-year-old man-made lake was perfect for swimming. The nuclear power plant's use of the lake for its cooling tower made for a comfortable and refreshing swim. There was an algae bloom alert in parts of Lake Anna including Lake Anna State Park, but the southern located Pleasants Landing & Marina public beach was free of the algae bloom and will always be a memorable visit. Highlights of our sightseeing included Thomas Jefferson's Monticello home, which included a new visitor center with many updates that more accurately reflect the life of slavery. Don't miss out on beautiful downtown Charlottesville. We enjoyed the brick-paved pedestrian-only historic district and unique shopping and eateries.

Our stay was very relaxing. Somewhat far from grocery stores. Souvenirs were scarce. Loved the lake.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this home on the northern side of Lake Anna. The kids enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the lake and it was a short drive to all the other amenities Lake Anna has to offer. The house itself was AMAZING and has a really fun game room downstairs. Plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend this location!
