Beautiful Condo Great Owner

This condo is beautiful and spacious and very well appointed. Grounds were spotless and the pool was gorgeous! The owner was absolutely the best. She was incredibly accommodating when we had to make changes to our travel arrangements at the last minute due to Hurricane Debbie. She was very prompt to respond and amazingly generous! This was the best family vacation we have had in many years!

Family Vacation

The positives on the condo: 1. Very spacious for the entire family 2. Beds were comfortable The negatives on the condo: 1. The pictures of the balcony overlooking the pool is not the pool you use it belongs to the neighboring condo 2. The first night the dishwasher broke could not get a new one until Friday 3. The floors were gross not from sand but turned my littles feet black after baths I mopped 3 times myself- the owner offered to have them cleaned again but with a text at 805 am for someone to be there at 830 am. I’m on vacation we were out late the night before no one was awake 4. The air conditioner quit working in the bedrooms on Thursday night they got someone there the next day to repair. But the owner was there with the repairman and never even introduced himself to us while he was there until after my husband asked if they would let the owner know what the problem was. We thought that was pretty rude. So of course my husband told him what he thought about the issues and asked if there was any compensation for the inconveniences we had experienced during the week. Of course he passed that off to his wife handles that part of the business and didnt want to address it and got out of the condo as quickly as he could. 5. We also noticed pen like markings on our clothing when we did laundry luckily most of them have come out of our clothes so far. So I don’t feel we had a positive experience with these owners.

Nice place that suited our family perfectly

The condo was as advertised. So spacious. Worked perfect for our party of six. The owners supplied kitchen, laundry, bath supplies which is a huge help when flying to the location. There were also beach umbrellas, toys, floats and games for the grandsons. Winnie sent a message with detailed check in and checkout instructions. We had no problems. We unexpectedly met the owners when they came by to pick up an item left by a previous renter. Very nice family.

Great Beach Vaycay

We loved this spacious three bedroom three bath. Large family, common area for board games and gathering. Beach and pool needs as well as boardgames and activities included. Of kitchen supplies to cook when not going to many of the great surrounding locally owned restaurants. Easy parking and well secured building. Had a few questions and owner was very quick to respond

Fantastic property with space to spread out. Deck furniture and regular furniture were very comfortable, views from all decks were excellent. Lots of beach accessories was a bonus. Beds were great! Wanted to stay longer!!

Outstanding Home away from home!

I couldn't have been more pleased with this Condo. The location was perfect, the unit was extremely well set up and spacious. From the kitchen to the eating area, the balconies, the bathrooms....great shower in the master!, and everything else we could need for our two weeks was just perfect. I tried to book the condo for the following year while we were still there and was already too late. I know the next condo will disappoint us as we have been spoiled by Winnie and her unit. I will definitely try to book earlier for 2026!

Family vacation

Winnie was a wonderful host! She sent all the information you needed from checkin to checkout, very responsive with questions and went above and beyond to even ship us our few items we forgot! The property is a 10/10 tons of space and has beautiful views! We would definitely stay here again!

Unbelievable value

We could not be more happy with our choice of choosing this property for our vacation. The condo is very spacious, clean and has great views of both the ocean and the intercostal waterway! We hope to stay here for many years to come!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious. We were 3 couples and it was comfortable with 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. We were hoping to stay next year again but it's already booked.

Family vacation

Beautiful property! The views were excellent. This complex is a quiet, well maintained property very close to clearwater and treasure island without the congestion. Winnie was very responsive in answering any questions before and during our stay My only suggestion would be more bath towels. There was 1 per person for a week long stay.

Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot

Everything from check in to check out was super easy. This place is amazing. Beautiful beach view, lots of space, everything you need (for the most part) is supplied. There is a lot of stuff to take to the beach ( towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and our boys favorites the boogie boards) Everything was as expected. We didn't have to contact Winnie for anything because everything was perfect. We had a wonderful week and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Best Beach Property you Can Ask for

Our stay for 10 days was absolutely amazing. Winnie was very accommodating towards our needs and was always quick to respond. We stayed with my 85 year old parents who had additional needs and are normally picky about their accommodations, and they were very pleased and are still raving about the place. What sets this sight apart from others is its close proximity to the beach compared to additional properties we had come across. We are very please with the spacious layout, the accommodations within the unit and the professional service overall. Thank you for helping make our family vacation an unforgettable experience to celebrate my father's 85th birthday.

Family getaway

We loved the location, being directly on the beach. The condo needs some repairs. A towel bar has been ripped out of the wall leaving an ugly hole, faucets are loose. I understand the plastic dishes but it would be nice to have more things that could go into the microwave. All the beach chairs and toys were wonderful and we used them everyday. Covered parking was an unexpected pleasure, making our car not so hot when we pulled ourselves away from the beach. It was very quiet, I never heard any neighbors, but probably half the units were empty during our stay.

Great accommodations, excellent communication, great trip!

We had a family trip that consisted of 5 adults, 3 teens, and a 1.5 year old. From every aspect the condo was very accommodating. Plenty of space for everyone, we did not feel cramped at all. Check in was an ease, a bunch of beach essentials (chairs, toys, towels, etc), clean pool, close to beach. We loved all the time spent there. The condo owner personally reached out to me via phone call to check to see if the dryer was working. They were very expedited with responding to questions. Extremely happy with our stay. We’re already planning our next trip! Highly recommend! :) 5 stars

Would 100% recommend

Loved the location of the property. Was so nice to just walk through the pool area and your at the beach. Nice area to rinse your feet off when coming back from the beach. Beautiful 3 bedrooms- 2 of them had their own balcony which was perfect. Loved waking up in the morning and going out on the balcony without disturbing anybody that may still be sleeping. This condo had multiple beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and many other beach toys for children. Plenty of beach towels available as well. Overall we would love to stay here again. The only thing I wished was already provided were more of the little things you may need while there, such as extra trash bags, dishwasher liquid, and laundry detergent. Although those are little things you can just buy at the store, it would be nice for there to be just a couple provided for you.

We live in Ohio, we travel a lot, after many years of traveling, we found ourselves visiting back to the St pete beach area more than other places, our kids love the white sand beach! We loved it so much we bought a Condo here, we hope your family love it as much as we do!
