Luxurious 3 Bedroom Beachfront Condo with Views and Oversized Balcony

Updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo just steps away from the beach. Featuring new beach gear!

Our getaway sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico. From our spacious balcony you can relax and enjoy meals while taking in the beautiful view of the Gulf.

This unit is fully appointed, allowing you simply enjoy your vacation while everything you need is at your fingertips!

Our home freshly furnished and has everything you will need to relax during your stay. Our kitchen is well stock and will allow you to prepare any meals you wish during your stay at the beach. With the option of eating either inside or outside, each meal will be truly special here.

A large bedroom with a King size bed and access to the balcony sits off the living area. Next to this room is a workspace that is perfect for those who wish to work during their stay.

There are two bedrooms down the hall from the kitchen. The first has 1 queen sized bed. The second has 2 queen sized beds. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, while at our getaway, you will have access to two pack and plays with a mattresses to ensure comfortable sleeping arrangements for little ones can be accommodated.

On top of stellar accommodations, our getaway comes fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy yourself both inside and out. For the beach, help yourselves to chairs, blankets, toys, towels and umbrellas. We also have everything you will need to enjoy the charcoal grills located next to the pool and spa. While inside the unit feel free to make use of children’s toys and family games. Each television has a roku to meet all your viewing needs.

A washer and dryer is located within the unit for guest.Please be aware that construction will begin in early September 2025 on the pool bathrooms and garages that were damaged during Hurricane Helene in September 2024. This work will not impact access to any of the on-site amenities.

Please note that the pier was destroyed during the storm and is no longer available.

Many neighboring properties experienced significant damage during the unprecedented hurricanes of the 2024 season. As a result, you may notice construction in the surrounding area as our community continues to recover. We will do our best to keep guests updated on our progress as information becomes available.

Please note that some exterior images may not fully reflect the current condition of the property or surrounding buildings, as rehabilitation efforts are ongoing.

The condo was spacious and well cared for. We loved the big deck and the ocean view. The neach was amazing and we loved sitting in the hot tub for a few minutes at the end of each day. We met several people who all said that they have come to this place for years. We would definitely come back. The host was very responsive and the property was perfect. Five stars.

First time staying in the area. Many complexes and businesses are still recovering from the hurricanes but there was still plenty to eat. Our unit was fantastic. The complex was good. Pool and hot tub were nice. The pool bathroom and carports were under construction but that wasn’t a big deal. Beautiful sunsets and beach was in good shape. Would stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo, with high-end amenities! Beds were very comfortable. Beach toys, chairs and wagon available. Everything you could possibly need AND MORE! Extremely clean. Positive stay. Highly recommend it. Most often, pictures are deceiving; but in this instance pictures don't do the place justice! Host was very helpful. Patio furniture was nice, comfortable and nice view!

This is our second trip to this condo complex, but first time in this unit. The condo was very well appointed with lots of great amenities (especially for kids), a lovely beach view from the balcony, and plenty of space for our group (4 adults and 2 children). The location is also wonderful with many close restaurants (checkout Guppy's on the Beach!) and right on the beach.Fair warning if you are looking to book right now (fall 2025) there is a good amount of construction in the area which can be disruptive. However the owner was more than accommodating and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again on future stays and look forward to seeing the whole area revitalized after this off-season!

Great stay at the beach

Nice location and clean nicely appointed 3 bdrm condo. Owner was great and communicated quickly. Good view of the ocean too. Owner provided the most personal items you need to get started for your stay that we have ever experienced with VRBO rentals. We had a great time.

Very clean in a great location and totally renovated!

There was 5 of us and we enjoyed everything about our stay! The host was great and responsive, she even had solar glasses for us to watch the eclipse with! The beach wagon was a great addition with an infant for the beach days! Thanks so much.

Great place to stay. Love being on the beach and having the volleyball, pool, and beach for the kids. The only downside is there isn’t much night life within walking distance. You have to drive to everything.

Great location and Perfect Condo

We had an issues with the A/C on the first day but Danielle communicated the entire time to make sure we were comfortable. Condo is decorated perfectly. It’s on the second floor so easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet getaway

The condo was perfect! Located on the second floor. Very clean! The pool and outdoor area was also very clean. The host was wonderful to work with. We made lots of new memories.

Perfect place for 2 friends to connect and enjoy the beach and Indian Rocks. We loved the style of the decor and the layout of the house. The yard and screened in porch were great to have (compared to a condo or hotel). Rita was Max were great. Thanks, again.

Best view on the beach!

Beautiful & clean condo. Definitely NOT what you typically find at the shore, not one stitch of pink or turquoise anywhere. So cozy& the bet balcony that you will find. Danielle was wonderful in helping wirh the few glitches that came up. Wil 100% return!

Comfortable condo

The condo is right on the beach which was wonderful. Pool is adequate. Kitchen came fully equipped. However, seems that a few things could use a refresh as they were worn and/or stained. Also a walk through to ensure that all TV remotes and ceiling fans are in working order.

Small issue

The property was very comfortable and everything as described unfortunately the ice maker in the freezer decided to malfunction creating a noise which really disturbed our visit as it was the weekend Danielle was unable to get it fixed. Danielle could not have been more helpful and we, mutually agreed that is moving out was the best solution. Danielle provided a full refund for which we were very grateful. If we are back that way we will for sure consider Indian Shores.

Sisters get-together

Property was very clean and comfortable. It was finished as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the water. The air temp was only in the 60's so we didn't swim in the pool or the beach. The beds were pretty comfortable overall. The kitchen was stocked adequately. I would stay there again in the future.
