Electrodomésticos de alta gama en la cocina, junto con encimeras de granito y otras comodidades increíbles. In no particular order: Almost nothing worked. We had to call the property manager every day. Internet did not work. Washer was not user friendly. Water was turned off twice with no warning. Leak in outdoor shower. Kayak broken. Bicycles were ridiculous and tires were low.Outdoor cushions were sparse. Gas grill no gas. Major lawn work while we were there. Parked in driveway. Noise. Kitchen supplies sub standard. Ice maker did not work. Toilet paper sub standard. No kleenex. Had to use neighbor's internet.

This was our second time to stay at this beautiful beach home. It was perfect for our family of nine with plenty of balconies and areas for privacy and beautiful open spaces on the main floor to have family meals and play games. It feels so bright and cheery with gorgeous views out of each window.We're looking forward to coming again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year our family of 13 has stayed at this beach house. We like the neighborhood, quick access to the beach, and the location overlooking the bay. The only thing we had to adjust to is the lack of ice from the ice maker but we remembered that from last year’s stay. We’ll be back!

It is extremely clean and the location is perfect for fishing in the bay to enjoying the ocean, which is only a short walk away. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience overall was good. The home had a few issues that needed repair or maintenance but nothing major. It is a wonderful home with an excellent location. But needs repairs. list of repairs: garage door rear of home did not work reported into the rental company their statement was yea its always broken or off track. Ice machine was broken constantly cleaning water off of counter. Managment brought secondary unit out and left by the door instead fixing the problem. the master bath jet tub does not work, All the bike had flats and chain off one of the adult bikes. One kayak has a large hole in it, we spent a good part of one morning with the propane delver driver to install propane in the unit and test out the fireplace. Overall, we probably would stay again but definitely look at other options.

First Family October Beach Trip

This home was a perfect place for our family!! It was even prettier than the pictures! It was light, airy, open and such a happy place!! We all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed being able to have water all around us. The location was perfect!! Hoping to go back the same time next year!!

Outstanding Home

Outstanding home for families and friends. We had ages 70 down to 6 years old. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for togetherness. The teenagers and young adults enjoy using the kayaks right outside the door. The pool is a 30 sec walk and the beach was just across the street. This was the perfect place to come and enjoy our son in laws Air Force retirement. A memory we won’t forget.

There is really not a place for our dog to go except the sandy grassy area full of burrs. We used the empty lot next door and cut through to get to the street and the neighbors complained. Not dog friendly and for that reason we would never return

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay during Memorial Day week. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and their separate TV area. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and chairs provided by the owner. Definitely recommend this beautiful house.

Our family of 13 had enough room to enjoy the nearby beach and spend time together. The only problem we had was the refrig ice maker made little or no ice but there was a portable ice maker that kept us supplied.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home that has fantastic views and is an easy walk across the street to the beach! In addition to the large open concept living/dining/kitchen area, the 4 spacious bedrooms were great for everyone to 'escape' when needed, and it also has an elevator which was very helpful in hauling our stuff up and down, particularly when we checked in and out. As always, we picked up our fish at Joe Patti's and ate in most nights, and the kitchen is very well equipped. They have a 2nd fridge in the basement which is very helpful for add'l provisions and drinks. We used all 3 garages for our 2 cars and the golf cart we rented (from Sage rental) which was a blast and very helpful when we went to the public beach entrance with all of our gear. While we brought our own gear, they had numerous beach chairs and an umbrella in the large basement. The team at Paradise Beach was very responsive throughout, from pre-booking to check-out, and I'd highly recommend them and this beautiful home...we'll be coming back to this one!

Wonderful Getaway With Family

We are 3 small groups within one family and the house layout provided more than enough personal space for each. Although our visit was during wintertime and we were off season for the majority of the outdoor amenities, we were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. The kitchen had everything one could need as well! The house is in a prime location at the very end of the Navarre Beach housing just as you enter the protected the seashore area. This provided for lovely views and wonderful bike rides. We plan to rent this property again next year for our annual getaway!

Great Stay

The home was great. Spacious, all of us had our own space but still had community areas to hang out together. The bikes were nice as well, and the walk to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

Hawkins Family Vacation

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

Great House perfect location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house two years in a row for several reasons.Perfect size for our family of 12 and now our 13th whois 18 months old. Fishing from the seawall in the backyard,a pool only steps away and an almost private beach 5 minute walk away we love this area of Navarre Beach.The negatives are few that includes a tricky driveway and now the neighborhood is getting really tight with several new houses being built. Paradise homes is the Renting agent and they are excellent in responding to any issues we may have had. They even delivered a new gas grill in the middle of the week when we discovered the old one was burned out.
