Great property. We had 7 adults and 5 kids in our family group and the living spaces/bedrooms were excellent. Pool and outside area just steps from the Santa Rosa Sound make this property a spectacular location for a great and relaxing vacation.

Great House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place to stay at the beach. Private pool and games were enjoyed by the grandkids. Lots of room and a boat dock. The house was amazing and just as shown on the listing. There was plenty of space for our group and things to do for all ages. The kids loved the pool and the game room and the dock was great for fishing! The host was very responsive and immediately responded when asked a question. The host also provided great instructions for check in and check out which made the process go smoothly.

This property was excellent for our large multifamily group staying in Navarre. We were close to lots of things that we wanted to do, but also we spent the majority of time in this house. Lots of things for the kids to do. The pool was excellent. we fished off the dock. There is a kayak and paddleboard available and we were able to use that in the bay. They have multiple beach items you can use to take to the beach with you, which was very helpful but we did bring our own as well. The only thing I would recommend is a few more items in the kitchen for cooking. We made all of our meals at the house due to our large group. We were needing some larger cooking items, but overall the kitchen is very fully stocked of items to use . we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and think we will return to this house next time we venture to Navarre.

A very nice property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house so that our kids and their families could enjoy a vacation with us. We also have 2 teenagers and a nephew that tagged along.Everyone was amazed at how nice the house and property were kept along with lots of amenities. We were the third renters and there were a few small things needing fixed but the major.Our 1st day we requested a temp increase and the temp was moved to 85 degrees. After the next morning, the pool was great!The master suite and the upstairs suite were really nice! The large shower was almost too big but no one complained. There is a master closet behind the shower that was very impressive also.The kitchen had all of the dishes we needed to feed 13 of us. It was kinda shy on small pans for cooking vegetables but there were Tupperware containers and a microwave so we used that. There are several refrigerators too so we used one or more for drinks and the main one for groceries. (There are 2 Walmarts and a Publix close (less than 10 minutes) and a SAM'S club for stocking up (further away) along with commissaries for those with base privileges.The game room/movie theater were very nice as well and the older kids spent a lot of time in there and enjoyed the room and theater.The dining table sat most of us at once and the living room held several kids on the large couch with built in charging ports.There was plenty of room for our family and each family had a good sized room. Most rooms had their own climate control and ceiling fans also.The teens had their own room available as well with queen sized or full sized bunk beds and a room with 2 queens for our teen princess. The rooms were good sized but mostly we spent time at the pool, kitchen area and game room and living room areas.There is a small beach and pier available also. The pier goes out into deeper water but it may be 10 feet deep. The water is shallow for the most part and we seen crabs, geckos, water birds and plenty

Perfect property for our multi-generational family gathering

Reviewer Comments: I selected this property for our family vacation that included two sons and their families (4 grandchildren) and my nearly ninety- two year-old mother in law. The pool and pool deck and the view and breeze from the bay were phenomenal and my family enjoyed many happy hours there. We received great responsiveness about a couple of minor issues from management company. Property is located in a great area with proximity to restaurants, Publix and bridge to Navarre Beach. We would definitely consider this property again for a future visit!
